There’s already a March thread but everyone seems so far along already with people
Due at the beginning of March.

I’ve estimated I’m due around 29th of March so thought I’d make a thread for that! Anyone else?
Ive just come back from holiday, I took the tests the first day we got there to check if it could enjoy a cocktail or two.. ended up with mocktails instead! Grin

How are we feeling? Any symptoms yet?

Anyone not had the vaccine yet? I'd decided to get it next week but not sure now. I couldn't bear it if anything happened to this baby.

Had my first before falling pregnant and my second is in 3 weeks time. Doctor has told me to speak to the on-site nurse when I arrive 😐

I had my second the day I found out I was pregnant. I'd recommend going and talking to one of the medical professionals on site, there are some risks to the vaccine as with all vaccinations, but there are also risks to the baby from Covid. It's up to you to weigh up what's right for you

I had my second 6 days before finding out I was pregnant. The lovely doctor who gave me mine asked if I was pregnant or if there was a chance I could be, I said maybe but I don’t know yet, he was very reassuring about how safe it should be and I had done a little research beforehand. I had Pfizer and other than a sore arm for a day or so I didn’t feel any other side effects and I got my bfp on Monday, no issues so far but obviously still very early 😊

@Shad0w

What is everybody's due date? I think a few have said already... so sorry if you have šŸ˜€

Mine is 20th March (from NHS DD calculator)

31st March
Nats7504 · 21/07/2021 20:27

Mine is 24th March!

I’ve had both of mine. I’m glad as there’s a lot of worry on this board with people not knowing whether to have it or not

@L00byL0u I had mine March and May!

heywhatswrongwitu · 21/07/2021 21:05

@BellatrixK

Thank you all for your advice. I’ve booked a scan for 12th August when I’ll be nearly 8 weeks.

Love that we’re all so stay out but sharing this together: it feels very supportive already.

I have just finished school today for 6 weeks, so I’m very excited!

Same finished yesterday hurray!!

I'm due 25th March

Going to check out those apps thanks!

I've had my first vaccination , due for my second mid August but I'm going to wait until the second trimester and then decide what to do I think.

MyMabel · 21/07/2021 21:08

25th of March here, I thought the 29th but had my midwife call today’s bd she said 25th so I’ll take that.

I’m being referred to the consultant as I’ll need extra scans for this pregnancy, makes me a bit nervous as DP works much further away this time around so isn’t just able to come in with me or get out of work so easily.

@MyMabel why do you need extra scans? I had preeclampsia in a previous pregnancy so think I will be monitored closely and prescribed aspirin from 12weeks.

GabeKhera · 21/07/2021 22:04

Good evening my lovely ladies, after the long day in scans and hospital, feel that I need to vent myself, so apologies in advance who don't want to hear sobbing. However I think it is right think to tell my experience, maybe it will help to others.
So as 3 years ago I had ectopic pregnancy without the symptoms, what was found out at 9 weeks of pregnancy, followed by f tube removal. This was my first time getting pregnant since, not because we were not able, but because I was scared same thing to happen again. When finally I overcome my fears, fell pregnant straight away, what means that me and my hubby are still fertile. However, the only symptom last time I had was pulling feeling near the ovary on my right side. That's where the pregnancy was developing. So despite all positive symptoms of a healthy pregnancy, I started to feel same pulling sensation again. So went to a private scan today, where confirmed that I am 5 weeks pregnant, but... my uterus is preparing for the pregnancy, however embryon is still near the ovary and f tube. Hormone levels are 1161 and embrion size is 1cm, according to doctors, they count as a deffinate ectopic with the numbers 1000 and 2cm. What kind of gives a tiny hope. So for now I am going back to hospital to check my blood again on Friday and they will see what is happening with my hormone levels. If doctors will not be happy with the numbers, I will have to terminate the pregnancy. I am really really not ready for this again šŸ˜”

Sunbird24 · 21/07/2021 22:09

Oh @GabeKhera I’m so sorry you’re going through all this stress again!

heywhatswrongwitu · 21/07/2021 22:41

@GabeKhera thinking of you.

bekaf · 21/07/2021 22:44

@GabeKhera I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through! I wish I had something I could do to help you more but sending hugs and well wishes your way.

@MyMabel your midwife sounds fab. I'm a little nervous I'm now close to 7+5 and high risk (pcos, endo, past surgery) and my GP still have not seen me - and won't for another two weeks. I just feel they should be doing more.

Shad0w · 21/07/2021 22:47

@GabeKhera Thanks

GabeKhera · 21/07/2021 23:31

Thank you for your support ladies. Wish that all of you would have the most beautiful pregnancies and your peanuts would be the happiest babies šŸ˜‰

Houserenoqueen · 22/07/2021 04:28

Hi ladies. Has anyone experienced miscarriage before? I am having period like bleeding and no idea what to do. I am around 7 weeks pregnant. Should I have a private scan to confirm my fears? If I were to contact an EPU I have no idea where to contact.

BellatrixK · 22/07/2021 06:38

Oh, I’m so sorry @GabeKhera . Sending all my love and thoughts to you.

@Houserenoqueen I am not sure what to advise. Maybe contact 111?

Bdbel · 22/07/2021 07:57

@Houserenoqueen Im so sorry to hear this, how are you doing now? Did you manage to talk to anyone? The hospital should put you through to epu x

spookycookies · 22/07/2021 07:58

@Houserenoqueen call your midwife or gp. Tell them what's happening and they should arrange a scan as you are 7weeks. If bleeding is soaking a pad in an hour go straight to a&e. Hope you're ok.

Houserenoqueen · 22/07/2021 08:46

Thanks everyone. I’m certain I’m miscarrying, it’s quite heavy bleeding. Tried to do an econsult for the GP but they don’t till 9. DH hasn’t been emotionally very helpful aside from asking if there’s anything I need to do :(

spookycookies · 22/07/2021 09:06

@Houserenoqueen it's really shit and I'm so sorry you are going through this. Keeping things crossed as bleeding doesn't always mean the worst.

Sunbird24 · 22/07/2021 09:59

Ah no @Houserenoqueen, fingers crossed for you

PeachScone · 22/07/2021 10:11

So sorry @Houserenoqueen - fingers crossed for you Star
Those of you who were asking about vaccines, I just saw on Instagram that Tommy's are doing a live Q&A about vaccine in pregnancy Friday 23rd (tomorrow) at 10.30 am and the recording will be available after. Might be helpful for anyone who has concerns Smile
