Due at the beginning of March.

I’ve estimated I’m due around 29th of March so thought I’d make a thread for that! Anyone else?
Ive just come back from holiday, I took the tests the first day we got there to check if it could enjoy a cocktail or two.. ended up with mocktails instead!

How are we feeling? Any symptoms yet?

Hey, how is everyone today? I'm trying to ring the gp again because my spotting got so bloody over the weekend (although it's eased off today and gone back to brown), and also because I took a test today that was positive but weaker than before. However, had read that it could be the "hook effect" and ok. Or could be another mmc. Can't even get through to gp practice atm though, not even to a robot, so probably just have to wait until my private scan on Friday. Trying to stay calm but my head is a bag of screaming worms.

Know how you feel @GeorgiaMcGraw. I have to wait until next Monday for my follow up scan at the EPU after they discovered last Tues that I’d lost a twin at 5 weeks and the one that still had a heartbeat was measuring 6+1 instead of 7+6, per my embryo transfer date. Looks like I’m probably going to have my 4th miscarriage, but desperately hoping for a miracle.

I had my 4th scan this morning, measuring 7+4 with heartbeat showing, still have area which would've been twin showing (I had bleeding previously) they don't know if I will pass it now or whether my body will absorb it.

Horrendous morning sickness which they have said is probably down to twin hormones - my progesterone was/is through the roof.

Still not sure how I feel about it all

@enodmai and @sunbird24 so sorry you've both had the loss of a twin, and I really hope the remaining pregnancies go well. @sunbird24 it's horrible you have to wait so long, is it worth trying to get a private scan in earlier? I hope the little one can catch up in size and do well. Update: I'm now waiting for a call back from doctor and just really hoping my lighter pregnancy test line is due to hook effect and not mmc.

EPU have told me to go in for a scan tomorrow at 7+1 because of the spotting/bleeding. :( I know it's a good thing to do rather than sit around wondering, but I'm convinced it will be bad news. I've had a freak out and given myself a talking to, but I know I'll be full of dread the whole time I'm waiting (lucky they are seeing me tomorrow I guess!). Hope everybody else is doing well and getting lots of good news.

Thanks everyone, really appreciate it. Good news so far! Baby had a heartbeat! I was a bit worried when she said it was about 5 weeks as I'm technically 7+1, but I do ovulate late (cd18-19) and she did say they can be out by 5 days or so because they are dealing in mm and it's hard to keep it in view so early. I've been told to stop thinking about pregnancy. Lol. I'm going to lock the tests away and stop frantically googling. I hope everyone else is doing well. X

I am exactly the same @GeorgiaMcGraw. I’ve booked in for the NIPT on the 11th September but already thinking that 4 weeks is too far away and whether I should book another scan in between! Driving myself and DH mad at the moment.

Ahh @GeorgiaMcGraw that’s great news! Don’t stress about the measurements, mine was about a week behind where it should be but she said it’s fractions of millimetres so has a big margin of error so not to worry. Looks like seeing a heartbeat is more important which you’ve seen!

DH has been in hospital all day today with severe anaemia (he has Crohn’s disease) so that’s been a stress.

On the plus side I ordered a bra for sleeping in as my boobs are so madly sore against fabric. It’s amazing, like wearing air but really supportive. It’s a sloggi zero bra that I found on Amazon if anyone else is having the same issue 🤣

Poor your DH @ItsAlice! Is he home now? I will keep that in mind should my boobs turn against me and all fabric again. Atm they seem to be happy with producing colostrum when squeezed. Very strange.

I (finally) managed to get someone to scan me at work! Only had access to the portable scanner (abdominal only), but she managed to find the sac and a heartbeat inside it! Quality of the scan is nowhere near good enough to date, but knowing there's definitely something there was more than enough for me. Booking appointment is scheduled in for Thursday. Me being me, I've already forgotten where it's being held and the exact time..... I'm pretty sure it's at a community hospital, but I can't remember if it's the one near me, or one a bit further away. Need to find out tomorrow as, if it's the one a bit further away, I'll struggle getting to it. I'll manage, but it'll take some logistics to get there.

@ItsAlice thank you for the recommendation! My plan for later this week was to go comfy bigger bra shopping! Definitely going to have to start sleeping in a bra soon

Morning all, hope everyone is okay???
I'm just wondering if anyone else is struggling with their mood? 😔
I'm really really happy about this pregnancy so I know that this mood change is totally separate to my feelings about the baby, but I do think hormones may be playing a part.
I'm waking up feeling really low, tired and demotivated with everything 😔 I have so much I need to do and I genuinely struggle to even drag myself out of bed, never mind move off the sofa once I get on it. I just look forward to bedtime because it's the only time I don't feel so low, as I get to go to sleep. I feel deflated and fed up and I just want to be productive but I feel stuck.
Anyone else experiencing anything similar??
