I've just found out Im pregnant - due Mid March next year so literally only 4 weeks. Dying to tell people already 🤦🏼‍♀️ anybody else in a similar boat? Who have you told how did you announce it?

It'd be lovely to chat to people in a similar situation!

How is everyone?

I had a scan today which was all good, so feeling enormously relieved! It's still very early days and could go wrong still, but I'm keeping my fingers tightly crossed.

Maui69 · 06/08/2021 18:44

That's great @treesall, pleased for you!

I've been struggling with food today, do not feel like eating anything and now I have a bad stomach ache.

Hope your well.

@AlwaysSeekingComfort waiting patiently for update 🙏🏻 xx

AlwaysSeekingComfort · 09/08/2021 20:05

@Milly238 thank you! X

Soooo all, it’s good news thankfully. Measuring exactly what I should be from my last EPU visit (well 1 day ahead!) I am supposedly 9w2d (thought I’d be 9w1d). So we have got further than last time which is a relief! The SCH is still there…. Thought it would have been absorbed by now :( but going to try not to worry about that.

Am sooooo relieved (for now 🤣). We have another private scan 2w today. Thanks for all of your positive wishes 💐 x

Milly238 · 09/08/2021 20:09

@AlwaysSeekingComfort excellent news!! I’m so so pleased for you ❤️ You must be so relieved! Good idea choosing not to worry about the SCH - defo focus on the positives :)

Ell17 · 09/08/2021 20:22

@AlwaysSeekingComfort YES! Great news! Knew it would be. Stay positive 👏🏻 this is it for you ♥️♥️

AlwaysSeekingComfort · 09/08/2021 20:25

@Milly238 - thanks so much lovely 💐

Ell17 · 09/08/2021 20:34

@AlwaysSeekingComfort Thank you, I'm doing ok 🤗 xx

Nikkixx · 10/08/2021 21:24

Hey just an update for you guys had a scan last week due to painful cramping via epu, the could see the sac but not the yolk sac, so they booked me rescan Monday just gone, but I got super worried because the Friday before I started spotting, but thankfully on mondays scan growth is expected and can now see the yolk sac, she said she could see what could possibly be a fetal pole but it's too early to tell, so I'm reassured she wants to rescan coming Monday but I've started spotting again. So it's getting me anxious😭

Maui69 · 10/08/2021 21:34

@Nikkixx hope everything goes ok for you at your next scan. I had spotting with my first pregnancy and everything was fine, so try to be reassured spotting doesn't always mean bad news. Good luck, I will keep my fingers crossed for you xx

Nikkixx · 10/08/2021 21:43

@Maui69 thanks i feel a bit better, hopefully all good and can stop worrying xx how are you??

Maui69 · 10/08/2021 21:51

@Nikkixx I'm ok thank you. How are you apart from the spotting? Xx

Nikkixx · 10/08/2021 22:04

Yeah nauseated in bouts, always hungry now and sore nipples lil nips and aches in the pelvic area, bit constipated but otherwise perfectly fine 🤣🤣🤣

treesall · 11/08/2021 09:07

Anyone else feeling crippled with tiredness? I don't remember feeling so exhausted with my first but I can barely function at the moment. I actually feel a bit tearful at the prospect of a full day of Webex meetings! I am grateful to have only mild nausea this time, and I know I really just need to put my big girl pants on and stop moaning but arghhhhh my limbs feel heavy and my eyes won't stay open and I just feel totally pants!

Maui69 · 11/08/2021 09:23

Bless you @treesall these first 12 weeks can be hard. Hope you manage to make it through the day, treat yourself to a nice bath and early night later x

Nikkixx · 11/08/2021 16:52

@treesall I'm so tired too especially after eating, these 12 hour shifts are actually killer for me right now

Jay210 · 11/08/2021 23:57

Hi! Can I jump on? I’m 9+2 weeks pregnant due in March 2022. @Nikkixx I’ve had some spotting this pregnancy at 7-8 weeks, EPU have said it can be delayed implantation/bruising. Told me to just monitor but all is ok x
