I know fundal height charts/growth scans aren't known to be very accurate but I was just wondering how right/wrong they were for people.

39+2 and due to be induced next week on my due date (if baby doesn't come before then) Not had any growth scans but baby has had steady growth (was on 50th line but now in-between 50th and 90th) according to fundal height. Chart is predicting he will be around 4kg (8lb 13) but my bump is really small so I am dubious 🤣

Ds predicted 3.2 kgs and was 3.3.
Dd predicted 3.2-3.3 and was 4.2.

First - was told he was 6lb at 31 weeks and would put on half a pound a week from then on. He was born at 38 weeks and was 9lb 6oz, so very accurate prediction.

Second - told he was also big and he was predicted to be 10lb at 40 weeks, so doctor wanted him out by then so a vaginal birth would be manageable. I was induced just before the 40 weeks, and he was just under 11lbs.

I was told my baby would be over 10lbs and would need c-section or inducing at 39. I was induced at 39 and delivered 39+6 and he was 8lb 6

My last scan they estimated her at nearly 6lbs which was at 35weeks on the dot. I had her 4 days later. She was 4lbs 13oz.
