Hey Smile

So I’m probably one of the First Ladies on here to be due in 2022! My due date is Jan 1st 2022 - New Year’s Day.

I am actually not due on AF until this Thursday coming but have had strong positives for the last 2 days so keeping everything crossed!

Is there any other 2022 mums yet?

@AryaKidding yeah I'm the same, def more worried bout covid & long term effects as well as pregnancy risk!

@L1ttleb1t thanks for link.. helped settle me on having already got the AZ, good to know there is no medical reason not to get it that over the others!

BennyB22 · 19/05/2021 22:09

@Clarkey86 I live in a high risk area of Glasgow, so the vaccine roll out has been stepped up here. Fair few kids in work testing positive, hoping they all just behave themselves until the end of term!

Hi!!! I'm 5 weeks and 1 day. Due January 19th, but my son was born 4 weeks earlier due to his size so I think I'll be Christmas.
IDontDrinkTea · 20/05/2021 07:43

Swear my toddler knows something is up… she’s chosen to start the day at 4am nearly every day this week. It is not helping with how exhausted I feel 😭

Emc16x · 20/05/2021 07:47

@LilmissCa @Puppymamababymama how are my due date pals? 6 weeks today!

I’ve been experiencing cramping and terrible shooting pains in my back. Feels like a trapped nerve. May ring docs today! Boobs still sore, still feeling nauseous and never off the loo!! Xxx

HforHavana · 20/05/2021 08:24

Hey ladies,
Had my viability scan yesterday and so far my dates are spot on! 7 weeks 2 days and due on 4th Jan. Starting to feel more real now that we've seen him/her on the screen with a heartbeat!

I am still extremely tired and it just hits me out of nowhere, and my boobs are still the most sore they've ever been, but so far no sickness except little waves of nausea every now and then. Fingers crossed it stays that way 🤞🏼

Barbs96 · 20/05/2021 08:47

Hello, 6w4d here, had an early scan on the weekend where a heartbeat was visible, baby measuring at 3mm. I've had some intense cramping last wednesday and yesterday which i assumed was constipated related. Har brown discharge from last week but this morning was red but only when i wipe. They did notice a bleed but i was told should come out but as brown discharge. Anyone else experiencing the same? A bit worried. Might do a clearblue test and see if it still shows 3+ weeks

LilmissCa · 20/05/2021 09:58

@Emc16x @Puppymamababymama
Awh hope the docs get you checked ! Trapped nerve is sore!!
Yay 6weeks!!
I'm doing good so far.. nausea is started to kick in yday & today I'm already I need to eat & eat stage! Been like this in the mornings the come evenings struggle to eat dinner!

gigchic · 20/05/2021 12:25

@marnh18 I've been the same this week. Felt awful for a few weeks and then ever since Monday I've felt fairly good. It's worried me a bit too but guess there's nothing I can do about it.

Monkeyandthebear · 20/05/2021 14:10

Does anyone have very few symptoms and actually wonder if they are pregnant? I am 5w+5 and on the grand scale of it have very mild symptoms. A tiny bit tired but it’s a busy time so nothing out of the ordinary, I feel maybe I am a little bit queasy in the morning on the odd occasion but not every day. This is my second and it is nothing like my first with my DD.

KAJWX · 20/05/2021 14:41

@Monkeyandthebear I was exactly the same, as soon as I hit 6 weeks I’ve been so sick. Hopefully you don’t feel rough but there is still time if you’re worrying x

Guineapiggiesmalls · 20/05/2021 14:44

@Monkeyandthebear I’m the same. I had hyperemesis last time and lost 1.5 stone in the first trimester. I’m 8 weeks + and I’ve not had a twinge of queasiness, and forget most days that I’m actually pregnant...

Ya91 · 20/05/2021 14:49

@Monkeyandthebear I’m 5+3 and I’ve had minimal symptoms. A tiny bit tired and sore boobs but nothing major at all! Glad I’m not the only one I’ve been worrying it’s not a good sign. This is my first!

L1ttleb1t · 20/05/2021 15:36

@Guineapiggismalls I had a similar morning sickness experience with my first... it was horrific... But it's really heartening to hear I could hope it might be different this time. I really hope so. I hope the morning sickness stays away for you too.

Mama2be2022 · 20/05/2021 17:14

Come out of work today and as I can't have my phone with me at work i've missed 3 calls from the community midwife. Unfortunately closed when I tried to ring them back. Feels like such a long wait till tomorrow!

mimirouge · 20/05/2021 17:19

OMG just been sick for the first time. My nausea really hits late afternoon rather than morning but I definitely didn't have this with DD1.

I’ve not any nausea, just a lot of tiredness and sore boobs. My sister didn’t have any sickness with either of hers so I’m not going to worry!
Giraffe888 · 20/05/2021 18:07

@HforHavana that’s great and how exciting! I’m due the same day as you and have got an early scan tomorrow

I feel lousy on a morning and constantly bloated. Then when I’m hungry I feel sick. So worried about putting weight on though

Missingcoffee22 · 20/05/2021 18:44

@Giraffe888 I'm going to put so much weight on the first trimester, I just know it 😭

GummyBear2022 · 20/05/2021 18:57

Hi, can I join? Found out last week I'm pregnant with my first. Due 3rd Jan if my calculator is right!

The hardest thing so far is hiding my symptoms in work! I feel sick from waking up until early evening. Constantly eating fruit or salt and vinegar crisps to make my feel better. And the tiredness......I'm worn out from doing nothing!

KAJWX · 20/05/2021 19:19

@GummyBear2022 congrats!! I also have a thing for fruit and salt and vinegar crisps 😂

marnh18 · 20/05/2021 19:38

I spoke way too soon. My nausea has come back with a vengeance today! Barely eaten and everything I've made myself to eat has made me feel so sick that I genuinely don't think i'll be able to eat them ever again.

Giraffe888 · 20/05/2021 19:44

@Missingcoffee22 me too whereas last time I lost it in the first!

Clarkey86 · 20/05/2021 20:04

@Mama2be2022 I’m really struggling with this because I don’t work Fridays so I rang to book in last week and they didn’t answer, but they keep ringing me back in the day and I work in a school so there is literally nowhere to go and make a private phone call until their office is then shut again! Hopefully I’ll get through to them eventually 😂

Tangfastic91 · 20/05/2021 20:05

Anyone else had trouble staying asleep? I've woken up a few hours before the alarm for the last couple of mornings (since getting the BFP) and am wondering if it's a physical symptom or just the shock setting in. Also having lots of mild cramps and hoping it's normal!!
