Hey Smile

So I’m probably one of the First Ladies on here to be due in 2022! My due date is Jan 1st 2022 - New Year’s Day.

I am actually not due on AF until this Thursday coming but have had strong positives for the last 2 days so keeping everything crossed!

Is there any other 2022 mums yet?

Hey everyone, am I too late to the party? Just found out I’m pregnant too and due Jan 7th.
I’m 38 and this is my 6th baby!!! 😳
Looking into buying a minibus 🤣

littlelots123 · 10/05/2021 18:17

@Myhooversucks oh wow, congrats! There’s me panicking over having my 2nd 😂

Puppymamababymama · 10/05/2021 18:23

Hi ladies I'm 4 weeks and 4 days today. Just found out I was pregnant on Friday! Super excited, this would be my first and I'm a little nervous!

BabyBunnyMama · 10/05/2021 18:29

@Puppymamababymama Aww congratulations! 😊

Missingcoffee22 · 10/05/2021 18:32

@Puppymamababymama congratulations and welcome!

Myhooversucks · 10/05/2021 18:44

@littlelots123 to be honest I think having your second is the hardest, once you’re passed that it’s just free for all and all plans of anything going to plan fo out the window and you just wing everything 🤣 it’s definitely fun though.
I’ve always wanted twins but this time (most definitely being the last) a singleton would be most welcome.

amyannx · 10/05/2021 19:01

@Puppymamababymama congratulations I think I'm around 4 weeks 2 days, I found out Thursday x

amyannx · 10/05/2021 19:02

@Puppymamababymama not Thursday I wanna Tuesday super early at 9dpo x

How’s everyone feeling this morning?

I’ve been having really strong cramps & tummy pains. Called the doctor yesterday and she’s concerned it could be ectopic, so I’ve got to keep an eye on it. Definitely going to book an early scan!

Ahh I hope everything turns out okay for you. Keeping all my fingers crossed🤞🏼.

Iv got a headache this morning and also haven't been the toilet since FridayBlush. A pharmacist gave me fybogel but it doesn't seem to be doing much.

KAJWX · 11/05/2021 08:52

I got a 3+ this morning, I know it’s silly but it’s made me feel like things are progressing as they should. Don’t really have much to go by until a scan!
I’ll stop testing now 😂
Hope everyone is feeling ok x

Myhooversucks · 11/05/2021 09:30

I’ve woken up so dizzy, like I can hardly stand. My last pregnancy I had zero symptoms so I didn’t find it a challenge looking after the other children, why did I assume this time round would be the same! 😂 and with a 13 month too!! Praying I don’t get morning sickness because that is completely debilitating. To everyone suffering, hugs.

Myhooversucks · 11/05/2021 09:33

@KAJWX I felt the same way when I got the 3+ made me relax and it’s finally starting to sink in. X

KAJWX · 11/05/2021 09:50

@Myhooversucks I’m the other way around, was soo sick with my son, this time - nothing! I guess there’s still plenty of time as I think I’m only just 6 weeks this week. I hope you start feeling better soon x

gigchic · 11/05/2021 10:25

The sickness has kicked in today. I'm feeling fairly 🤢 all the time. Trying to sit at my computer at home to work but it's hard to concentrate!

Motherbride · 11/05/2021 11:13

@HforHavana thank you! Not gonna lie it has disheartened me a bit, feel like I’m preparing myself for the worst now!

@KAJWX glad you got your 3+!! I’ll definitely be retesting in 2 weeks, it’s the only way to know it’s all going in the right direction isn’t it!!

Just out of interest, who’s on which number pregnancy? Does that make sense 😂 This is my 4th I’ve got 2 3yo Irish twins and a 7 month old

Myhooversucks · 11/05/2021 11:26

This is my 6th AND LAST 🤣
I’ve a 19,17,10,8 and 13 months!!
That’s 26 years of continuous primary age school runs!

Giraffe888 · 11/05/2021 12:36

This is my second x

BFirstTimer · 11/05/2021 12:58

@Motherbride if your cramps are left-side it could just be indigestion?

@gigchic also have low-grade queasiness a lot of the time Envy

Motherbride · 11/05/2021 13:54

Wow @Myhooversucks you’re a hero!

@BriFirstTimer yeah it could be, but doesn’t feel like that sort of pain. It’s like really really intense period pains.. like contractions almost. Enough to make me feel sick and have to stop what I’m doing. I’ll find out on Friday if they’re going to refer me to EPU, I’m going to request a scan either way.

DoesTheQueenOrderChinese · 11/05/2021 14:00

@Myhooversucks wow!

@gigchic ugh, sending sympathies it's awful.

Sickness has been a bit better for me today, managed to only be sick twice. I'm so glad the meds are kicking in.

I had my early scan at fertility today, baby is measuring 6 weeks, 4 days behind. But I saw a healthy pumping heart beat :)

First baby for me.

I keep getting ahead of myself and looking at cute baby clothes Blush

NightDreaming · 11/05/2021 14:31

Hi All.
I first posted on here 2 weeks ago (due 1st Jan) and then stopped. I’ve had 3 misses in a row between this one and my 2nd child who is 5yrs old. So although I’ve kept myself update with what’s been going on with all of you I’ve felt too nervous to message. Just didn’t want to jinx anything. However today sickness feeling has really started to kick in. I’ve been crazy tired for passed two weeks but having this extra symptom (which although is horrible) is feeling like a reassuring sign. Not been ill yet, which I wouldn’t mind, just dislike the on going rumbling of feeling ill.

Sending love to all. And to @penny92 you are amazing. Growing 3 babies is hard work, your body is incredible. I know someone who had triplets. No previous children. One thing she said to me when they were 9months was as she wasn’t going to have any more kids she learnt to enjoy (or at least see the best in) any stage. The good the bad & the ugly. She would only go though teething once, first steps once, the sleepless nights once, first words, first holidays, first time at the beach, chickpox once, ok you get the idea. But it really did make each stage manageable and special. She really zoned into it, focused on her babies and enjoy the time with them all. Hope that’s somehow helps it what must be an amazing but scary time.

xx
