Hey Smile

So I’m probably one of the First Ladies on here to be due in 2022! My due date is Jan 1st 2022 - New Year’s Day.

I am actually not due on AF until this Thursday coming but have had strong positives for the last 2 days so keeping everything crossed!

Is there any other 2022 mums yet?

Morning everyone, the last 2 nights since I've found out I've had terrible sleeps. I can understand the first night as my mind was in overdrive, but lastnight it was more that I couldn't get comfy and was tossing and turning. Every time I turned over my boobs would hurt and my back just feels like it needs a good stretch out and click. Any recommendations for the back? I work in an office so might get work to get my posture checked as I do tend to sit in funny positions Grin

zeromango · 05/05/2021 08:31

Morning all, is anyone having brown spotting at all? I did have it with my last baby (but also a MC) and I'm just feeling so worried already. Only 4+4 weeks so EPU won't see me for ages yet anyway. Sad

BabyBunnyMama · 05/05/2021 08:34

@TheLovleyChebbyMcGee Congratulations! 😊

@HforHavana In my last pregnancy I got a back support for my seat at work. It was like a little pillow you can inflate with air to suit and I found it helped a bit. Sitting at a desk all day when pregnant is a challenge to say the least!

@HforHavana same here, my nights have become so weird. Getting up in the morning has become sooooo difficult, I feel so heavy & tired 🥱 I'm really hoping this wears off soon!
amyannx · 05/05/2021 09:27

@Giraffe888 thank you, still hasn't sunk in yet, been ttc since January so didn't take to long but felt like ages! Haven't really got any symptoms yet other than not sleeping well the last few nights x

Ralala · 05/05/2021 10:01

Congratulations ladies!

TheLovleyChebbyMcGee · 05/05/2021 11:47

Congratulations amyannx!!!

No spotting for me Zeromango, hopefully its nothing important though.

I'm already looking forward to getting my huge pillow out. I had one last time, one of the huge U shaped ones. Very comfy but my DH hated it! I keep suggesting we get superking bed so there's more room, but our room isn't big enough!

I woke up at 4am and had so much anxiety about my lower back ache as I had a MC just before 6 weeks last year and that was the main signal alongside falling HCG before bleeding.

I decided to take the final CB test and another IC because I just needed to know the HCG was rising to be able to get back to sleep.

Pleased to see that its all progressing as it should in terms of hormones. My first pregnancy I never got more than 2-3 weeks and all the ICs were faint.

I know this doesn't mean that it's all smooth sailing till the scan but it did give me the relief I needed to let me get a couple more hours kip!

I ended up waking up at 7am with nausea and sore boobs to remind me to stop being so anxious.

Hi all my symptoms are tiredness, the odd nausea and gagging first thing in the morning.
I go back to work on Monday after having 9 months maternity. I'm so nervous in having to tell them I'm pregnant again lol.
We have early scan booked on 27th so fingers crossed all is well.
I'm impatiently waiting for my CV to be delivered to see if we have changed to 3+.

I've been thinking alot about the vaccine too and it's made me feel alot better knowing most of you will go for it. Im 35 so my time will be coming soon but I am thinking of trying to hold out till after the 1st trimester.

amyannx · 05/05/2021 12:35

@TheLovleyChebbyMcGee thank you feel anxious as it's very early x

Zm2019 · 05/05/2021 12:38

After posting, my Cb arrived, yay it says 3+ x

Hurray! X
Giraffe888 · 05/05/2021 13:15

@Zm2019 yey for 3+. How far are you? I’m 5+1 and can’t decide when to do my CB to see 3+!

My last period started on 30th March which makes me 5+1 today, but I got my 3+ on Monday! Is this normal?

Zm2019 · 05/05/2021 13:21

I'm 4+6 so I am wondering if I am 5 today. I did one yesterday and it didn't change.

RHODXB · 05/05/2021 13:26

Just had apt. Doc did my scan and could see gestational sac and egg sac so she said that looks good. Booked in to check for heartbeat in 2weeks! She said it's early days but so far so good 🙌

Giraffe888 · 05/05/2021 13:44

@HforHavana my period was 31st March so I’m 1 say behind you. Completely normal that you’ve got 3+ 🥳

I’m going to do mine tomorrow x

Giraffe888 · 05/05/2021 13:44

@RHODXB woohoo that’s great to hear and very reassuring z

BabyBunnyMama · 05/05/2021 13:45

Anyone else feeling anything inside? Like I wouldn't go as far as saying cramps cos it doesn't hurt but like little twinges. I've only got that and a bit of an achy back and a stronger sense of smell. No other physical symptoms yet. Naturally I'll worry until my boobs ache and I'm feeling sick all the time 😆

@RHODXB aww yay that's amazing you have got to see all is as it should be at this stage! 😊

lori2019 · 05/05/2021 13:48

Morning sickness really is the devil! I'm only 5+3 but it's hit so bad. Any food smells and my head is in the toilet. Really struggling with people heating food in the microwave at work. It's going to be a long 8 weeks til 2nd trimester!

MrsFLongbottom · 05/05/2021 15:34

@RHODXB amazing! That’s great news

gigchic · 05/05/2021 16:39

This is my first pregnancy and maybe being a bit naive here but why is everyone so keen for the clear blue 3+ test result? I've been using up my spare cheap tests to see the line get darker but should I buy a CB test as it's better? You've all got me thinking now!
