Due November 2021 - anyone?

Anyone else with veeery early November positives who wants to hop on a thread and keep one another company?

I’ll start - I’m a MN regular posting under a new name. Took a test this morning and got a BFP! I already have DD(3) and last year we sadly lost her sibling to miscarriage - so I’m expecting a nervous nine months ahead. Sorest boobs ever and odd dreams the past few days but otherwise feeling ok (I know it’s very early though!). Oh, and DD gave me a hug yesterday and announced that there was a baby in my belly 🤦‍♀️

How are others getting on?

I’m still getting a lot of cramps at 4+6 - they seem to be worse in the evenings too. No sickness for me yet, but collapsed on the sofa at about 8pm last night and couldn’t get up. I feel a bit better today (actually slept past 5am!), but now worrying that’s a bad sign - naturally...

@Dinosaurus86 I'm the same..... some cramps but not much else except randomly felt sick about 4am after a dream about being sick haha.

@Mancbear88 - we joined the thread at the same time - I thought it was time to move over. I was hoping that your clinic would have gotten you in before Easter.

@AlackAlasAlackaday - its been a very interesting journey but I'm glad that I've started to get towards the last few bends!

@Dinosaurus86 - I'm the same, in bed by 9pm and up at 5am! Oh and up twice a night for a pee!

Symptom wise, I've had a bit of morning sickness but lots of nausea.
Weird butterfly feeling in my stomach, sore boobs which this morning felt like my nipple was being pulled inwards.
Cravings for cheese!

Flicking back through this thread makes me feel completely normal, I was starting to think I was sounding odd with the amount of worry I was having.

Hope you don't mind me lurking - due November 22nd, told 6 weeks ago we would not be able to conceive naturally after 3 years of TTC and was due to start IVF mid April - terrified the universe has made a mistake and will take it all away if I start to feel good about my BFP, so I'm going to focus on all of your BFPs!

Scan went perfectly today ❤️ Bean is healthy and has a lovely heartbeat. My dates were bang on, Valentine's conception and 7+1 today. Was awesome and now I think I finally believe it! 🥰

Hey everyone, I’m a first timer and only 4+5 so no clue what to expect!! Has anyone told their families yet? Not sure if I should wait a couple more weeks? @regirayful I’m due 25th Nov! Not feeling any major symptoms yet (I’m sure they’re coming) except really sore boobs and super out of breath. Good luck to everyone on your journeys! Super exciting and scary at the same time!!!!

I hear you with telling families - I spoke to my mum and two best friends yesterday and I had to hold myself back . Am going to tell my therapist on Thursday so hopefully that will do the trick of letting someone know. I'm keen to tell someone so that I have someone close to talk through should things take a turn.

@regirayful that was exactly what I thought. I’m not sure if I’m over worrying about things going wrong. It’s hard to feel like it’s actually real at the moment. Haven’t even been to GP yet as I don’t know if it’s too early!

Hi @happyavocado28, i am 4 weeks and my mum knows but not the in laws but i dont think we wil be able to wait until 12 week scan as if we end up seeing them when we are allowed i always have a glass of wine... so they are going to think somethings up 🙈😂 x

@Sammy12xx omg I didn’t even think about that 😂 I worry that I’ll let it slip myself to be honest. I first thought I’d wait till 12 weeks but now I’m swaying myself earlier and earlier. I just can’t keep it in any more!!!

@happyavocado28 i rang my gp this morning and they gave me a contact for the midwife at my hospital and they took details down and booked me in for 20th april which i will be 8 weeks x

@happyavocado28 I we're going to retest at the end of this week just to make sure. I haven't been to the GP either but did register with my local midwifery centre to book in initial appointment. Figured I'd do it now as I heard it can take a while (up to 4 weeks) to get an appointment and by then I'll be 8/9 weeks give or take. It is a pretty busy centre in London though so that might be why

@Sammy12xx - ahaha that sounds like a very likely scenario with things opening up again. I think I'm just going to tell my friends on our next Zoom call and mum via Whatsapp

@Mrbay I’ve been debating joining but been too scared to have to unfollow if it was a loss.
But I’ve been reading a book called pregnancy after loss and I’m trying to believe I might have a baby and be positive so I thought I’d join! I was hoping to get in before Easter too, 8 weeks seems so far away...
Fingers crossed this first trimester passes quickly and positively.

@HLMx yes I am going to window in the womb on Weds. I’ve not heard the best about them in terms of their manner but we really wanted an early scan! I can’t wait x

@Bonniecoloo that’s worried me now, I am 7 weeks tomorrow and don’t have any nausea or sickness yet. Not that I wish it upon myself but I had been panicking wondering why. 😕

Wow alakalasaday that's amazing twins is fantastic big congrats!
I had scan with epu today couldn't believe it but baby was ok ! After a weekend of hell preparing myself for the worst. Not sure what caused the bleed still not going to relax as still worried I may bleed again but for now I am so relieved the lil bean is ok and hanging on in there!
