Due November 2021 - anyone?

Anyone else with veeery early November positives who wants to hop on a thread and keep one another company?

I’ll start - I’m a MN regular posting under a new name. Took a test this morning and got a BFP! I already have DD(3) and last year we sadly lost her sibling to miscarriage - so I’m expecting a nervous nine months ahead. Sorest boobs ever and odd dreams the past few days but otherwise feeling ok (I know it’s very early though!). Oh, and DD gave me a hug yesterday and announced that there was a baby in my belly 🤦‍♀️

How are others getting on?

@AlackAlasAlackaday ah no way. So the quick access food ready to eat is best for you then 🥰 do you like breadsticks?? I dip mine in Philadelphia 🙈 and use the excuse of calcium intake 😂

AlackAlasAlackaday · 20/03/2021 13:37

@HLMx current faves here are bagels with peanut butter and those quick-cook pasta with sauce sachets that probably have the nutritional value of wallpaper paste Blush. I might give breadsticks a try though I’ll be competing with the toddler for them!

How are others getting on with food?

I’ve just put a chicken in the oven. Bet I won’t want any by the time it’s done. Currently giving a cup of tea side-eye... Cold Diet Coke seems to be ok but I know that’s frowned upon.

KS88 · 20/03/2021 14:59

I am quite often hungry but by the time i get food can only eat a small amount! But no sign of morning sickness as yet 🤞🏽 I had it quite early on in my last pregnancy but nothing as yet, hoping it stays that way!
Don't really feel pregnant at all at the moment apart from sensitive nipples anybody else not got much in the way of symptoms?? Xx

Tabbycat92 · 20/03/2021 15:08

Can i join? Technically due December, but literally around the 1st/2nd going by AF dates. I got my positive yesterday at 9dpo!

DoveGreylove · 20/03/2021 15:14

Hi everyone, my nausea kicked in yesterday. I forgot how tough it is, like an all day hangover ... For the next 8 weeks or so!! I don't know how I am going to handle it whilst looking after a toddler, I guess I just have to deal with it and get on with things and hope I done puke whilst I'm out with DD.

Hope you're all ok and the scans are going well. I have mine next week at 7+4.

@Ttc2017 how are you? Has the bleeding stopped? X

Ttc2017 · 20/03/2021 15:32

Bleeding stopped for now was brown yesterday with like coffee granules my symptoms had sort of died down to my sickness around the days of bleeds but then today I feel like death have been on sofa all day so weak feel faint and sick as a dog dunno if that's partly from being bit depressed about it all and waiting to hear my fate next week. :( hope u r all ok and coping with the horibble nausea. It's the worst thing isn't it x

Dinosaurus86 · 20/03/2021 16:50

Hi everyone, may I tentatively join? If all is well, I am 4+4 and due 23 November. I had spotting for a few days and a bleed the day of my expected period, which, for now, seems to have stopped, although I still have cramps on and off, which is unnerving and constantly feel like I might be bleeding.

Otherwise, I’ve been a bit tired but I think that’s largely due to suddenly waking up everyday at 5-6 am for some reason. I haven’t really felt sick yet, in fact I’ve felt completely ravenous...

I had just been referred by my GP to the fertility clinic, so I guess I need to cancel that!

I’m really sorry about your bleeding @Ttc2017 - I don’t want to give you false hope but my sil had loads of bleeding with her first, was convinced she’d lost the baby, but all turned out fine in the end. So fingers crossed for your scan.

AlackAlasAlackaday · 20/03/2021 17:48

Welcome @Dinosaurus86! There's a recurring theme on here of women about to start treatment at fertility centres finding themselves pregnant just before - I hope they count it as part of their success rates Grin.

@Ttc2017 Do you think you should call 111 for some advice? It doesn't sound like your very well and you might need to be seen sooner xxx

DoveGreylove · 20/03/2021 18:13

@Ttc2017 I agree with @Girlmama3, I hope you're ok. Sounds like you're feeling rough today. Definitely get yourself checked out. Xx

Ttc2017 · 20/03/2021 18:18

Spoke to out of hours gp last night to check if I needed the rhesus shot she didn't seem to bothered she asked if I felt faint or ill I said yes but could just be cos I'm stressed or from being pregnant and she said yes it probably just that. They don't seem to care do they there never in a rush to see anyone or anything. I'll try hang on till Monday to hear from epu nothing much I can do at moment anyway as got no one to look after dcs and I don't want to tell anyone esp if I have miscarried I don't want the attention

Ttc2017 · 20/03/2021 18:21

I'm just so cold got the chills and keep feeling like I have the shakes and light headed

Allthingspeaches · 20/03/2021 18:32

@Ttc2017 I think you should phone 111 again, it has been a whole day since you last phoned and you feel rotten. At least you can see what they say with updated symptoms.

Rest well!

Potterurotter · 20/03/2021 19:02

Hi all! Got 2xbfp yesterday, had nausea hardly slept and really dry skin. Nice to meet you!

Girlmama3 · 20/03/2021 19:17

@Ttc2017 you might have an infection. It's really awful that no one seems to care. 111 have always been brilliant when I've used them xxx

Girlmama3 · 20/03/2021 19:18

Welcome and congratulations to our new mums to be 🎉xx

babynov · 20/03/2021 19:39

I've just realised I've eaten homemade Mayo with s takeaway which is not ok! Sorry if this seems dramatic but should I be worried?

AlackAlasAlackaday · 20/03/2021 19:52

baby was it homemade by you/DP? IIUC if you used British Lion mark eggs (which most are) you're absolutely fine. I expect this is what restaurants would be using too.

Welcome potter Flowers.

babynov · 20/03/2021 19:55

@AlackAlasAlackaday no it came from a restaurant that are doing takeaways currently - I hope it was! I want to ring and ask but it's my boss' friend that runs it!

Potterurotter · 20/03/2021 20:10

@babynov try not to worry was likely lion eggs. I had a panic earlier when I made a coleslaw it’s all a learning curve Smile

Maya000 · 20/03/2021 20:16

@Ttc2017 I really hope you are okay. Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Please get yourself checked again. I hope it is not the case but, it could be an infection. I had to make numerous trips to A & E before anyone took me seriously. I had to have an emergency op in the end. I really hope you don't have the same outcome. Take care hope you feel better soon xx

Ttc2017 · 20/03/2021 20:23

I rang them and they said to go a n e but cos chills is a covid symptom I have to go to secure unit or something I can't go tonight as have children in bed but will go in morning

pineapple2021 · 20/03/2021 20:34

Hi all! Can I join? First baby and got BFP on weds. Calculated at 4 + 3 and due November 24th.
Haven't had any symptoms except for sore boobs oh and I had so many nosebleeds since ovulation. Did a digital yesterday and freaked that it only said 1-2 weeks but then realised I did it at 6pm so that is maybe why.

Girlmama3 · 20/03/2021 21:05

@Ttc2017 please keep is uodated. Drink lots of fluids and rest as much as you can xxx
