Due November 2021 - anyone?

Anyone else with veeery early November positives who wants to hop on a thread and keep one another company?

I’ll start - I’m a MN regular posting under a new name. Took a test this morning and got a BFP! I already have DD(3) and last year we sadly lost her sibling to miscarriage - so I’m expecting a nervous nine months ahead. Sorest boobs ever and odd dreams the past few days but otherwise feeling ok (I know it’s very early though!). Oh, and DD gave me a hug yesterday and announced that there was a baby in my belly 🤦‍♀️

How are others getting on?

Hi everyone and congratulations!

I’m due 2nd November... already have 3 DS, sadly lost a daughter at 20 weeks between son’s 2 and 3. I’m not sure if we are totally mad going for no. 4 - especially as I’m now 40!!

Really trying not to get my hopes up as I know the chances of miscarriage are high at my age :( I’ve been testing everyday since 10Dpo and my lines are getting darker however 😊 so fingers and toes crossed.

Any other older mums in the November group??

Xx

Kayeyeem · 25/02/2021 21:31

Thanks and hello 👋

@Honey2 I'm also due the 2nd of November ☺️
I'm so sorry about the loss of your daughter 😞 congratulations on your bfp.
I'm an older Mum. I'll be 38 next week. It's only been 2.5 years since my last pregnancy but I can certainly feel this one is already harder 😂

Itsfiveoclocksomewhereright · 25/02/2021 21:54

Hi everyone! Please can I join!

Big congrats to everyone 😁💖 I'm due 3rd Nov! 3 x early miscarriages previously. Getting a fair bit of light cramping so far and a little nausea but that's it for symptoms here!

Anyone else getting light twinges/pulling cramps?

Honey2 · 25/02/2021 22:08

@Kayeyeem congratulations due date buddy 🤣

How many children do you have already? Are you having many symptoms so far? For me it’s just slight nausea and achy boobs! But to be honest I’ve never had many symptoms

Jaymar · 26/02/2021 06:46

Can I join too please? I’m 4 weeks today, AF was due yesterday. I had a MMC last Oct at 13 weeks so fingers crossed things go smoothly this time. I’m so happy to be pregnant again and enjoying feeling that familiar stretching and cramping. Last time I also got really tired and had huge, painful boobs from about 6 weeks. I had no nausea, but neither did my Mum in her 3 pregnancies. Think I’m due on 4th November Smile

Honey2 · 26/02/2021 07:08

@Jaymar congratulations 🥳

Hoping this time all goes well Xx

sierraleona123 · 26/02/2021 07:17

Congratulations allSmile

I am 4/5 weeks (I think) and very very bloated. Anyone else?
Has anyone had this in the past and know how long it normally lasts?

Garman · 26/02/2021 07:31

@sierraleona123 it usually eases around 10/11 weeks.

sierraleona123 · 26/02/2021 07:35

Thanks @Garman hopefully!

spookycookies · 26/02/2021 07:52

Can I join? I'm actually due 29 October but I always go two weeks over. (2DC already) I had a miscarriage in December so definitely more anxious this time. Second guessing every twinge is so hard! Plus I am absolutely exhausted all day every day!!!

Tibtab · 26/02/2021 08:51

Got my bfp this morning! Was definitely negative yesterday morning at 14dpo but I felt pregnant so bought another test.
This will be my second, dd is 11 months - took a while to get pregnant with her so was expecting at least a few months this time. This was the second month and the first month that I actually tracked ovulation. Feeling rough this morning though!

treesall · 26/02/2021 09:26

Hi all! I got my bfp last week but I've had 3 losses in a row and was too scared to join a due date thread. But now I've given myself a talking to as joining a thread will have no o bearing on what happens with the pregnancy, and it's lovely to have the support, so hello! EDD 02/11. Eeeeeek. Very very very nervous and hoping this is 4th time lucky.

Jaymar · 26/02/2021 10:14

Hi @treesall! I’m so sorry to hear about your losses, I can’t imagine how difficult that must have been. I love your attitude though, you are right that we can’t control it, so why deny ourselves happiness. Let’s keep thinking positive Star

Honey2 · 26/02/2021 10:37

@Tibtab and @spookycookies congratulations 🥳

@treesall sorry about you losses.... it’s so much harder/ more stressful than you ever imagine before you start trying isn’t it? Are the nhs offering you some extra tests/scans due to the mc’s?

AlackAlasAlackaday · 26/02/2021 10:43

Welcome tib, trees, spooky. Lovely to see you here and fingers crossed for easier times ahead.

Is someone making a fb group? I have one for my 2018 baby and it's been brilliant.

Kayeyeem · 27/02/2021 07:06

@Honey2 I've got 2 boys already age 5 and 2. I've been very bloated, light headed, sore boobs, constipated, got backache and out of breath oh and tired 😩 far more symptoms this time that I had previously I think!
@Itsfiveoclocksomewhereright @Jaymar @spookycookies @treesall Congratulations 🎉 sorry about your losses 😞 fingers crossed for more happy outcomes for you all.
Congratulations @sierraleona123 too and the bloating, omg 😳 I've been so bloated and uncomfortable. I don't remember it being this bad in my previous pregnancies but maybe I just blocked it out 🤣
I've taken two digital tests, one shop own brand and a clear blue, both said pregnant...but I can't get it out my head that I'm just imagining things. Keep thinking it's either a chemical pregnancy or hysterical one 😫🤯

Hufflypuf · 28/02/2021 12:50

Has anyone else had light spotting but absolutely no symptoms? I'm coming up to 6 weeks now and I'm getting a bit anxious!

AlackAlasAlackaday · 28/02/2021 19:22

huff with my DD I had no symptoms at all unlike this time. If the spotting is light then all sounds normal.

Hi everyone, I’m due 1st nov. This is my 4th. My others are 15, 12 and 10. This one was a shock and I haven’t told my OH yet! I’m 37 he’s 53, we don’t live together, there’s a whole heap of stuff!
I wasn’t sure how I felt but then 2 days ago i had spotting and cramping and now I realise I really really want this. So hoping everyone is ok and fingers crossed this little one sticks x

AlackAlasAlackaday · 28/02/2021 19:48

Welcome miss. Wishing you well, sounds like a whole heap of emotions you're going through x

Hi all, found out I was pregnant again about a week ago after ttc following miscarriage September 2020.

Gone from obsessing over getting pregnant to instantly obsessing everything’s ok with this pregnancy, struggling with the unknown and being positive this time won’t end up the same as before.
Done quite a few tests, now getting darker test lines than control lines so going to step away from the tests and wait for my early scan, which I think is going to between between 6-8 weeks, if I can hold off until nearer 8 weeks I will so there is more to see.

Main symptom for me is sore boobs (but this seems to change daily and some days are less sore??) and also some mild twinges/pains mainly on my right side (worries me because I have endometriosis on this side)

It feels so weird that such a major life event is happening yet we just have to wait 3 months to know properly what’s going on!

Congratulations to all and hope you all have happy and healthy pregnancies.

Mysleepingangel · 01/03/2021 14:02

Hi everyone

Did any of you had spotting/back ache/pelvic pain/bloating during ovulation when you got your bfp?

I'm just wondering because I'm having this right now. Hoping for a positive on the 18th x

Any insight is appreciated x

Nnovember · 01/03/2021 14:34

@Mysleepingangel

I have generally found that I can feel ovulation strongly from my left side, but I when it's the right side, I don't get a lot of pain. I have twice conceived from my right side now. I definitely have bloating during ovulation as well.
