Well my sweep was unsuccessful so feeling a little disappointed.

I have lost huge amounts of mucus plug though in the last 24hrs, its alot bigger than I was expecting.

Feeling at the moment though that I will be pregnant forever!! Back to no symptoms

@Summertime1992 it can take 48 hours to have full effect so you might still be in the running

@TeaPiglet I had the sweep on thursday, but am going to try and remain positive that she is on her way soon.

She is just sooo heavy to carry around now, feel like am a walking bruise haha.

Just been for a 30min walk. Absolutely exhausted but happy to do something positive towards getting this baby out

Hi everyone, I've been checking on the thread and how everyones doing. I'm now 5 days over and still zero signs of anything happening. I've got a sweep booked for tomorrow but when I saw the midwife last week head was still only 4/5 engaged so I'm not feeling to hopeful. Got another appointment on wednesday then if still nothing it'll be induction next weekend. Shes keeping me hanging on is the little one, I completely get everyones frustration.

Waters went about 8:45 this morning on their own! Contractions definitely picking up about 4 in 10mins. Hopefully she'll make her appearance today ❤️🤞🏽

Feeling so emotional today girls! Proper fed up with my VERY overbearing mother. I'm actually laid here crying because I still need her help with watching DD but she's no concept of boundaries at all.

Aww bless you @TeaPiglet, not very nice when you already feel so emotional anyway. Good to have a cry, believe me I've had a few and always makes me feel a bit better afterwards

Aww @teapiglet I know the feeling. I've had one of those days too. Rest and try to have ur own space. My mums been on my back too today....

We were supposed to go for a walk today but my toddler decided she was too tired and ended up sleeping...

I'm constipated (sorry tmi) just taken lactolose or whatever it's called and have that horrible headache feeling when I know I'll have to run to the toilet...I hope it won't come to that...

Im a bit bored to death waiting around...not got the energy to do anything...husband gone to bed...just made my 3 year old some play dough and she's sat on the kitchen table playing with it...it's going to be a long night....

Oh dear! @TeaPiglet I have those days with my mum too. Even on phone/ FaceTime.

Honestly at this point in time I would give anything for her to be here with me. She’s doesn’t live in UK and she’s not traveling because of COVID restrictions.

@Faithfulbird20 I know what you mean about being fed up. I'm now 2 days overdue and got a lot of appointments at hospital and with community midwife this week. Fingers crossed baby appears soon!

Btw I spoke to Safxxx over the weekend and she wanted me to pass on her love and well wishes to you all and a congratulations to @017HF and @ClockSpanner

She also gave birth to her little boy Adam early Saturday morning and he was laid to rest yesterday. She's doing amazing and is so strong, she's found peace in her heart and is healing slowly. A true inspiration. Stay strong ladies.

@TeaPiglet Adam, what a lovely name - my dad and bro are both called that. I thought about Safxxx a lot yesterday as it was her due date. Thank you for the update 💙

Hi ladies, I gave birth to our baby girl Myla at 2:58am this morning on her due date after a positive induction. Weighing 7lbs 1oz. In a total baby bubble but I am exhausted good luck to everyone with upcoming inductions/sweeps xxx

I have my sweep tomorrow as it's the due date - feel a bit apprehensive about it so praying that he decides to get a move on today/tomorrow morning lol

Congrats to all the ladies who have had babies, I’m sorry I have not been on so much I’m very much stuck in a baby bubble! @TeaPiglet I also got a message from Saf letting me know she had Adam and his funeral was yesterday, what a brave and amazing woman she is! She still continues to ask about all of you and who has had babies which is truly selfless xx
