Hi everyone,
just hoping to get as many people in one thread as possible. More scope for sharing knowledge, concerns or worries. Wishing everyone the best of luck on this journey.
When I've a minute I will try and tag everyone across the three threads.

@Lililou so incredibly sorry to hear your news xx

Pixieandpip · 06/01/2021 17:42

@Lililou I’m so sorry for you. There’s a thread on the pregnancy page “8 weeks and positive stories” that also leads to another thread of ladies going through our issues that’s incredibly supportive.

Pixieandpip · 06/01/2021 17:44

Also thanks to the other ladies for your kind words

ThinnerByDinner · 06/01/2021 20:17

Thanks Ladies and thank you @Lililou unfortunately this isn’t my first miscarriage so I know what’s coming, not that it makes it any easier. Luckily I am very blessed with a 3 year old daughter to keep me occupied.

Good luck to all of you on your journeys xx

BananaHammock23 · 06/01/2021 20:28

krj2688 · 06/01/2021 20:29

So sorry to all those with losses

I had my confirmed 4th miscarriage today too. I have finally been referred to the recurring miscarriage clinic. Hopefully have answers soon x

Pixieandpip · 06/01/2021 20:54

@krj2688 oh my goodness. My heart goes out to you. I honestly really really don’t want to take away from the happiness of this thread but it’s so reassuring to read of these stories. As a first time mum I was completely oblivious to a missed miscarriage or an obvious one. To later learn it happens to 1 in 4 of us was mind blowing. I was first horrified that people weren’t aware. Yet now I’m there I haven’t told many people so I get how it happens .... mostly as not many people knew I was pregnant to start with so it’s a hard conversation starter. So I completely understand why people don’t know. I’m in the lucky camp that I got pregnant quickly and can try again... but it completely ruins that first pregnancy bliss so I really reach out to anyone that it’s happened to more than once.
We are all here though which means we care so in the end no matter how long it takes we will all be amazing mothers

Thisisbananas3 · 06/01/2021 21:06

@krj2688 I’m so very sorry to read this and sorry for your previous losses. Sending so much love and too get some answers xxx

@Pixieandpip the stats are horrible & it’s not well publicised at all. I think a lot of it is to do with it being the norm to spend your first 12 weeks hiding the pregnancy. So not only do you feel crap and have to try and hide it, but if you do suffer a loss, that’s in silence too. I wish the norm was a little different so people can be supported from the start. Take care xxx

Thisisbananas3 · 06/01/2021 21:07

Hope you get some answers

MrsB2019x · 06/01/2021 21:39

I can’t believe how many losses we have had in the last couple of days - I truly am heartbroken for all of you 😪 I hope you all look after yourself the best you can, better days are ahead 💙 xxx

Winecoffeeteamum · 06/01/2021 22:08

Hi ladies was wondering is anyone just plain hungry just now? Feel like eating every 2/3 hours if not my stomach growls. I'm 7wks +4 please tell me I'm not the only one stuffing themselves x

Alittlexmasmagic · 07/01/2021 08:33

@Winecoffeeteamum I've just eaten three cold hard boiled eggs for breakfast, I usually have nothing. Then from lunchtime I'm just a food vacuum, craving carbs so badly.x

I am still feeling ill and tummy ache most of the time so don't fancy anything :( Have to eat little and often as soon as I have any craving.

MrsB2019x · 07/01/2021 08:43

I used to stuff myself on weeks 4 & into 5 but definitely from week 6 I’m eating less, have to eat little and often

Gamechanger2019 · 07/01/2021 08:49

I’m also out at 7 weeks ladies 😭 best of luck to you all x
