@Chickoletta I wouldn't worry about those CB digi! I'm now 22+5 and I never saw last 2-3 it just stuck and I remember I was so worried it was going to end as a MC again. I've heard however many reviews from people from MN and a few other groups plus social media that it stuck for them too. What really reassured me was the first private scan I had, have you or are you considering booking one when you can?

MilsCookie · 02/11/2020 21:29

So many gorgeous bumps! Ladies... we have come SO far!!! 🥰 And @BecsterG I can't actually believe your DS is now 5 weeks old... time FLIES!! And hopefully all the ladies at the start of their pregnancies will also feel they've come a long way too... the ttc process is horrendous but hopefully you can relax a little bit now? (Easier said that done I know)

Happy due date @AlviesMam!! Really hope that curry 🍛 works and your girl is here this week! 👧🏼

@Whiffle77 woooooo you made it to your final working week!! Only 4 days to go 😊

@scrumdiddly123 bet you're relieved to have told your head... how did they take it?

Chickoletta · 02/11/2020 22:22

Thank you @mlax and @BecsterG. Steadily feeling more sick every day and have no other worrying signs so going to try to forget about it. Yes, planning to have a private scan at 8 weeks hopefully.

Ejb86 · 03/11/2020 06:24

So yesterday I finished work until baby arrives! I'm only 22 weeks!

I sent my head a letter outlining my worries and asking for some adjustments. I also asked that I wfh from 28 weeks.

She said that school couldn't afford for me to be wfh, but I had 3 options. She was very supportive and very worried for me and baby, particularly as I think I've had covid twice now.

In the end, after discussing with hubby, I've gone off sick until baby is here. Going to get this house whipped into shape before she arrives!

BecsterG · 03/11/2020 07:14

I know @MilsCookie time really does fly. He's 6 weeks on Friday and really filling out. I have his 6 week check with the health visitor this morning where I'll see how much my milk monster has gained in the last two weeks and GP check next week 👍🏻.

Such lovely pump pics ladies. Everyone is really progressing now. Looking forward to hearing the news about the next babies.

Good for you @Ejb86 💪 brilliant organisation on your part and just wisdom really with the outlook for the coming months. You certainly won't get bored now your over half way, the last couple of months just get eaten so quickly. With having caught covid and the next lockdown, no doubt followed by another, it must be such a relief to just be off now

ChampooPapi · 03/11/2020 07:19

@BecsterG arhh babies 6 week check, love it 💜

Lovely bumps!!! Thanks for posting ladies 🙂🙂🙂

Thanks for the list @ChampooPapi

@Ejb86 i think you did the right thing. Enjoy your time off, with less worrying. You deserve it.
Have you got your sense of smell back?

So yesterday i decided to do a big clean. Think i hurt my back... just at the dentist now and can barely walk after laying on the bed.
So DH has gone to get the car because i can't walk home 😑

Any ideas on how to make it better? Some specific stretches?

SunnySideUp2020 · 03/11/2020 07:43

Also i did the MORI order last night. Went a bit crazy. DH was a bit shocked at the amount 😳 i think he s just jealous !!!

I bought 0 to 3M stuff as i read some babies don't go into newborn. So better not to splash on them...
I can't wait to receive! It's the first time i buy something for our baby 😇
Very excited if you can't tell 😍🥰

I got the newborn swaddle bag. Anyone used one before?

ChampooPapi · 03/11/2020 07:47

@SunnySideUp2020 their stuff is THE BEST. Oh my goodness, you can wash it a million times and it looks the same, some of mine is going onto the third baby use, how good is that 🙌. I've got the swaddle bag, it's perfect for the early days, it's the one thing that doesn't last long as it's for the newborn period but it actually fits them rather the swamps and your wisdom of 0-3 month buying elsewhere with their clothing is perfect, you'll find some of those bits will last even longer then that too, the bamboo element really has a lot more give

Ejb86 · 03/11/2020 09:09

@SunnySideUp2020 my sense of smell is slowly returning. I can finally smell my wax melts, the house smells lovely!

AlviesMam · 03/11/2020 09:55

I'm getting another sweep today.
I think I'll scream if I'm not dialated!! Grin

ChampooPapi · 03/11/2020 10:09

@AlviesMam good luck! 🤞🤞

ChampooPapi · 03/11/2020 10:09

@AlviesMam November the 4th babies for both of us hopefully 💜

MilsCookie · 03/11/2020 10:21

@Ejb86 that's brilliant news!! Sounds like you've got a really supportive head. I definitely think you've made the right decision 😊

@SunnySideUp2020 whereabouts does your back hurt? I had horrendous back pain from week 17-25 and could never get comfortable.

@AlviesMam eeeeeeeek good luck lovely!!! Can't wait to hear how you get on!! Fingers crossed by the time you get there you're already at least 5cm dilated 😄

@ChampooPapi thank you for the list!! And the last one where you're pregnant 😮 what's the plan for you tomorrow?! Have they given you a specific time for your section? How are you feeling about it? I'm so excited for you!! 🤍🤍

MilsCookie · 03/11/2020 10:26

Sorry @FireflyGirl I just realised I missed your reply. That's great news that your c section wound is healing nicely. I hope I'm as lucky!! How's the UTI? Hope it's gone now... whenever I've had one it's been the most horrendous pain ever. Really hope you're feeling a bit better now!! Luckily I haven't been working since Sept so the lockdown doesn't affect me too much... it's just rubbish that we now can't see people but going to embrace it and make sure I just rest for these last days/weeks! (Hopefully weeks!) Hope you and DD are doing well! 💕🌈 xxx

ChampooPapi · 03/11/2020 11:00

@MilsCookie 7-30 arrival and should be one of the first. Just all I can say is 'oh my god' 😆. Just remembered you had the belly itching, I posted about this a while back, it has been horrendous, it's because of the stretching and will get to the point potentially of turning into this thing call PUPPP. I got a steroid cream for mine from the doctors and it went away over night. Any oil will irritate it so avoid, it gets into the stretch marks which are kind of breaking apart so it's going into a bit of a wound so to speak. If it gets bumpy it's definitely PUPPP and phone the doctors and get the steroid cream! Then put nothing else on it. No moisturiser just the medical grade cream. Don't soap it or use any wash at all on it really. I drove myself insane with it last week, it started like yours, like exactly the same time 😫 slowly it got worse and worse until around 35 weeks it was really bloody itching, then by last Tuesday I wanted to rip the skin off so thought 'mmm better mention this!' prescribed the cream, by the next day it was soo much better . I've only had to use the cream about five times, just once a day and now I'm done with it so minimal kind of skin steroid use baby wise 👍

MilsCookie · 03/11/2020 11:09

@ChampooPapi ahhhhhhhh so this time tomorrow they should hopefully be here?! 👶🏻👶🏻 I can't believe it!!! I'm so so excited for you!! And cannot wait to hear your update ❤️ Thank you for the tips about the cream, I'll mention it to the doctor if it gets any worse!!

Whiffle77 · 03/11/2020 11:42

Great news on finishing @Ejb86, pleased your head has been helpful with it! Enjoy getting some rest while you can Smile

Good luck @AlviesMam, fingers crossed you are dilated! Not a sentence i would have thought I would've written a year ago...!!

Eeeee im very excited for you @ChampooPapi, are you doing much with your last day of "freedom"?!

Just had a midwife appointment and baby is head down now which is good, so maybe I won't end up with a c section! Next scan in two weeks though so will find out for sure then.

ChampooPapi · 03/11/2020 12:05

@Whiffle77 great news your baby is head down now, likely to stay that way I'd imagine now, you are so close too 🌈. My last day of freedom has been spent puzzling over my perfect prep machine , I find it takes me a long time to get to grips with gadgets, I'm am so dense about these things 🤦
