Oh @MilsCookie. You're in such a tricky situation. It is still so early in terms of when your body expected to be having the girls.

Are you covering your pump bottles? They say watching them makes you produce less. Have you been shown how to do breast compressions and massage before you pump? Are you drinking plenty? Sorry for all the questions. It might be worth contacting a professional lactation consultant for help, I would say they'd be worth their weight in gold. Inhave a friend who's a bf supporter who I can ask for advice too if you'd like? Xx

Thank you @Ejb86. That would be great if you could ask your friend for me? Only if it's not too much trouble! I'm probably not drinking enough cos I'm so busy during the day and just forget... even though I know I need to! And how much massage are you supposed to do before each pump? I do it a little bit but maybe I need to do it for longer? It's so hard cos we missed out on all the skin to skin you should have when the babies are first born... and I am only able to spend a max of 8 hours a day with them 😔 it literally breaks my heart leaving them every day.

Can you get hold of anything that smells of the girls? Something they've slept with maybe? Being able to smell them, and look at photos or videos of them will help too.

@MilsCookie I can only imagine how hard it is to leave them each day. They're doing so well though and it won't be long until you have them home and they'll be keeping you up all night. You're so strong, you're doing amazingly. Xx

Oh @MilsCookie it's so tough but you are doing brilliantly!! I have not been eating and drinking enough, its easy to miss but please make sure you force yourself as its so important - for you and for your milk! Remember we are both recovering from major ops as well as trying to do our best for the little ones - I've been upset and feeling guilty over everything too, but I keep telling myself that is natural with the hormones - and everyone feels like this in some way. Obviously yours is exacerbated by them still needing so much help in hospital. They are all still so little, and we are all working out what we are doing - them as well as us!
Plus just because your body is playing catch up with milk now, doesn't mean it will never come in - you age doing all the right things xxx

Oh @Whiffle77 I'm so sorry to hear you've had such a tough time and your poor little man was in hospital. That must have been some scare.

@MilsCookie it sounds like you are having a rough time too, hope you are being good to yourself too. It's definitely understandable with the mix of everything going on for you that milk is slow so don't be hard on yourself for that. Honestly I expect that I won't produce enough milk for BF either as my boobs are so small (and I know they say it doesn't matter but how can it not!) I haven't even moved up from an a to a b cup yet! Just going to go with the flow though and it will be what it will be..excuse the pun!! My sister didn't BF her kids and they're both perfect and my mum only bf me out of 5 of us and we all turned out ok and healthy 😊

Festive bump picture!! All dressed up to put up the Christmas decorations. I have never in my life bought a Christmas jumper but have splashed out on one from JoJo Maman Bebe for twice they price of a regular one..which I'd prob have still fitted into😂! They had a matching baby one and I was so tempted to buy it but hoping it'll be on sale after Xmas so I can use it next year!

Ahh cute bumps, love it! @Leok83 I’ve been looking on eBay for maternity Christmas jumpers, but they’re still not cheap so I’ll probs just stick some tinsel on it or something to make it Christmassy 🤣

Omg just wrote a whole post and then accidentally deleted it! 😡 basically said I haven’t managed to get on here for ages, working full time plus 2 hour commute plus Xmas/3 children/keeping on top of the housework is taking it out of me! So tired and cannot wait to break up for Xmas next week! I hope all babies and bumps are well?
All good with baby girl, she’s moving so much now and my bump seems to have popped this week! 23 weeks on fri, time is flying! Going to try and catch up properly with the post now 😘

Morning 😄 sorry I've been meaning to catch up on here for a while but have been keeping myself busy/distracted!

Lovely bump photos! I don't have anything to show at the moment - I'm certainly looking a bit rounder but think that's probably more a carbohydrate food baby 😳 bring on the second trimester when hopefully I can sort my diet out!

@SunnySideUp2020 the nausea is still pretty grim the majority of the time! Yesterday was a bit better but I had a window of about 3hrs where I felt pretty vile but wondering if it is starting to ease up slightly 🤞 my scan is on Monday.

Ahh thanks lovey @ChampooPapi ❤️ I have been slapping on the oils / balms since very early on! Hoping I can keep the stretch marks away...

I knooow, I can’t believe how close I am!! 36 weeks on Sunday 😱 I’m not reading too much into things, but my bump has definitely dropped over the last couple of weeks and I’ve been having period type pains pretty regularly each day! Not regularly like contraction regularly, just enough to be thinking ooooh this hopefully means she’s wriggling down into a good position! I’m hoping this means this little baby girl makes an appearance before her due date, but I’m not pinning hopes on, or I’ll end up 2 weeks overdue and very pissed off haha!
