Oh I'm so sorry you're bleeding @Chickoletta and although you're thinking the worst which naturally you will, it's not too far away before you have your early scan on weds. I do hope it comes round fast for you so you're not just wondering. The CB digi were really awful for me too though so don't just base it on that. I kept getting 2-3 despite it being longer than a week of having that before and I'm now 23+5. Sending you hugs xxx

Sorry you are experiencing bleeding.
As it was said before, dont lose hope please.
Until your scan you won't know... so many ladies bleed and are ok. But ofc i understand that when you have that gut feeling that something isn't right it's easier said than done.
Will keep everything crossed for you x

Yes I think us next @MilsCookie eeek!! 37 weeks in Wed which means full term, I cant believe it. I have a scan next week too to decide about my c section, I feel very apprehensive about the next few weeks! But excited too, I cant wait to meet them now, I feel like I've been waiting so long. Looking forward to a bit more resting though before they come hopefully, today has been lovely! so big and tired now though, everything is a military operation.
Need to get myself in gear and do a bit of hypnobirthing I think in the next few days...

Sorry to see your update @Chickoletta, try and stay positive if you can until your scan - easier said than done. Make sure you rest up and look after yourself

Everything was perfect..so so happy!! Didn't realise we were getting a 4D scan in the price of the private scan so extra bonus! Can't believe this little man is in my belly🤣🤣 he was catching and playing with his feet in there..the cutest thing!!
We celebrated by putting a deposit on a travel system!!

@MilsCookie wow 32 weeks now and your final scan coming up!! What a milestone for you!!

And @Whiffle77 reaching 37 weeks..can't believe how time has flown by!! Can not wait to get the next instalment of baby updates!

@SunnySideUp2020 it feels like such a long wait waiting for the 20 week scan and that sense of relief when you find out it's all good!! Only 8 more days!

Great news @Leok83 and amazing pic! He’s beautiful 🥰 my 20 week scan is 20th! Can’t wait to see her again! My husband felt a kick tonight which was amazing and made me emotional! So lucky to be in this position 💖

@Chickoletta I'm so sorry you've had a bit of bleeding... how has it been since? I had some spotting at 6 weeks but it was all okay. It doesn't always have to mean the worst. Fingers crossed for you! 🙏🤞🏻

So ladies last night I was experiencing quite severe tummy tightenings. I say severe because they were coming and going every few minutes and lasting 30-60 seconds each time and they did that for about an hour! I also had lower back ache. This morning the tightenings have completely stopped so I assume it was Braxton Hicks, but the slightly dull back ache is still there. We don't think this could be preterm labour do we?! I really hope not 😬🙏

Thanks for the support, ladies. Still bleeding and it’s quite heavy - like the middle of a period - and my other symptoms have stopped. The bleeding stopped last evening and I felt a bit more hopeful, but it’s bad again this morning and I’ve got mild cramps too now. I know that there’s still a chance that everything’s still ok, but in my experience it’s not the sadness that’s the killer in these situations, it’s the hope. I’m preparing myself for the worst at my scan tomorrow.

@MilsCookie - I had quite strong Braxton Hicks contractions with DD which were similar to what you’ve described. Your body’s probably doing its warming up routine! Might be worth a chat with your midwife to let her know though.

I feel ok thanks @SunnySideUp2020, very uncomfortable now. Having some back ache now so don't know whether my body is getting prepped! But I'm generally OK, enjoying not doing much - although we are having some building work done which isn't ideal, I'll be glad when its finished!

I have a fibroid @MilsCookie which is at the entrance to my cervix, so baby may not be able to get their head past it...Will have to wait and see! Does sound like you have been having some braxton hicks, have you spoken to your midwife? Hopefully not labour but exciting your body is getting itself ready!! I wonder who will be first out the two of us? I think it will probably be you if you are heading for 34 weeks! But you never know!

Amazing news on the scan @Leok83! It’s such an incredible milestone isn’t it? 🥰

I feel ok about it, its been in my head now since my 12 week scan - I'm a planner so I like the certainty side of it!! So much so that when midwife said baby is head down I though oh f, a non c section birth?! But I'm fine either way, just looking forward to knowing next week. That's not long away at all @MilsCookie thats so exciting!! How are you going to spend your time before they come?

@MilsCookie oh my god! Amazing! That's actually going to really become round fast now, such a relief to have a date though isn't it? It gives you this underlying other anxiety for the last month because they don't seem to give you one until a few weeks before. So happy for you and I think your going to make it 🤞🤞💗
