OK so the title isn't the best haha but didn't want to lose you all and the other thread is filling fast! Gonna flip between the two to tag everyone and make sure I get the usernames right.

So she actually fell asleep at 8pm so I took her upstairs just after 10 changed and fed her but didn't manage to put her in her bed til 12am but then she sleep thru til 5.30am so I fed her and put her back in her bed for just over an hour so that wasn't too bad but it's so hit and miss unlike before.
Don't worry about her being 7 weeks @Hatepickinganame my DD was seen at 8 weeks as due to Covid they combined my appointment with 1st imms so I only had to go in once xx

Hi @Hatepickinganame - all well here. He’s a hungry boy so we’re lucky he’ll breastfeed, take expressed milk or formula, but it took a bit of trial and error to find the right bottle.

Like @MummyBearBoo we’ve got our combined 8 week appointment next week. I’m feeling nervous about his first lot of immunisations and wish DH could take him! Sorry to hear sleep is tricky @MummyBearBoo 😞

Still getting a reasonable amount of sleep most of the time tho but yeah my DD1 would drink expressed milk from a bottle, or formula and at 1 switched to cows milk fine this one only wants boob - if I try loads I can sometimes get her to take 2oz from a bottle but it's hard work as she won't drink it if it's not warm enough and after spending ages trying to get her drink it it's cold!!

First imms they get a bit if a temp but j only had to give her one dose of calpol to sort it -my baby took all the oral tots virus vaccine fine then vommed it all back up so she had to have it with her second imms instead!!

Oh @MummyBearBoo my first and second were like what you are describing, the first took BM or formula or whatever we threw at him, in pretty much any device we had haha but the second guy refused all bottles point blank no
Matter if it was BM or formula. The third guy didn't take a bottle either but I didn't try v much either because I never seems to go anywhere without him anyway 😂. I doubt I'll bother trying with this one either, we definitely don't go anywhere atm anyway 🙄 I'm really feeling so fed up with the restrictions and covid. The schools never opened here at all so by March the children will have been distance learning for a year. Fed-up isn't the word. Especially when we've held up our side of the bargain and tried hard to follow guidelines etc. Anyho I'm ranting now. 🙈

Also the sleeping thing is a disaster. I'm already dreading it tbh. I wake during the night to wee or go to one of the children and I think oh god why are we having another baby, all the night time wakings... 😂 at least I can have some champers in a few weeks again xx

Hey @MummyBearBoo doing ok thanks though seriously fed up of the home learning. It's too hard not because of the baby which you'd think would be the reason but my boy just doesn't want to engage.
I don't know how you'd done it for a year @calimommy you must seriously be fed up. Though last years lockdown it didn't seem as bad, probably because my boy was in reception so I was less stressed about it all but now as I'm on Mat leave it feels like all the pressure is on me to sort it so OH can work

There is a reason why I didn't become a teacher!! I hate homeschooling plus my DD gets mote than I'm sure she'd be able to do in school it takes st all day and I have to send a summary at the end of each day to show what she's done!! My DD is pretty good with it and the baby is pretty chilled I just can't get through all the work with my DD while trying to look after a baby and keep on too of the house we have to catch up on a weekend!!

Hey! How is everyone? @MummyBearBoo @professorastrocat I'm struggling with homeschooling too, teachers don't have 2 hourly breastfeeds to contend with! Plus teams never works well, and I've run out of printer ink 😅 Luna is doing great, we are currently getting 6 hours sleep overnight but 2 hourly feeds after that. Still refusing a bottle 😳 any tips?!

I can't help regarding bottles Amelia was a dream would take any milk from anything but Izzy won't take a bottle or a dummy! She's still sleeping fairly well at most she wakes up twice. She's just hungry all the time but is fairly patient to a point when we're doing homeschooling! Glad Luna is doing well! 😚

Hi all anyone awake? My baby woke up at 2am for a feed like usual atm but she's been back in bed a while but I can't get back to sleep! Got a few things in my mind my dads in hospital awaiting an MRI coz he's been displaying dementia like symptoms though they don't think it's this he's only 60! He's disappeared 3 times for a few hours and only know where he's been coz 1 time got a fixed penalty notice for driving in a bus lane but he doesn't remember driving where the notice was issued and 3rd time got picked up by the police having got a taxi to where he used to work thinking he was still working there?! My dad has never even had a parking ticket before in his life hence why he's at the hospital having investigations! Kind of hoping they find something to explain his change in behaviour 2 weeks ago he was fine it just changed really quickly!
Got my vaccine invite I'm Clinically vulnerable so got on the 8th! Xx

Hi @MummyBearBoo that does sound puzzling about your dad, I hope he's ok sounds strange being out of the blue...I hope they get to the bottom of it!

He's had a cat scan and is in hospital waiting for an MRI

It's looking like early on-set dementia I just can't believe how quick he went downhill in 2 weeks!! 🥲🥲🥲

Hi ladies... I recognise some names on here from a ttc bus a loooooong time ago. I just got my bfp after 18 months (fertility issues on both sides) and just thought I'd say hi! I am FREAKING OUT. We were all set to have ivf and then this happened!

It never rains it pours- my cousin also has found out he's got bone cancer! They say bad luck comes in 3's I really hope the 3rd isn't as bad as the first 2 -there's no treatment for my dad. He's only met the baby twice and he's forgotten all his grandkids birthdays not sure he knows how many grand kids he has -he's like a different person🥲 trying to hold it together for my girls sorry to bring the mood down but if I don't let it out in here I'll end up crying infront of the kids and they know grandad is a bit poorly but nothing else!!
