Hi everyone!

There doesn’t seem to be a thread yet for July 2021, probably because most of you haven’t got your BFP yet! I got mine yesterday at 9DPO which was super early but had a pretty clear line on a FRER with afternoon urine, so confirmed with a digital. My due date is 4th July 2021 and I can’t wait for more of you to join me!! Feeling excited but a bit overwhelmed / not everything has sunk in yet. Also it’s still super early so I’m crossing my fingers (and legs!) that this little one sticks. It’s my first baby so I have no experience of any of this!

Hopefully see more of you in the next few days!!

@Honeyandapple Yes I’ve told my partner but we were trying. Was this unexpected or were you trying?

@stickytoffeepud1991 A new scan place is opening just around the corner from my house so I’m not going to be able to resist going!

I don’t really want to book in with the midwife just to call and unregister again, but I’m worried if I leave it I might not get the 12 week scan before Christmas. I’m not sure how they decide who has theirs in what order. It would be so lovely to tell my partners parents and my grandparents at Christmas, especially if we don’t get to see them!

If you want to tell before Christmas, you can only rely on a private scan really. A '12 week' can can be done anytime up to 14 weeks for the NT testing

Can I just ask your advice? I’m 4+5 and last night I couldn’t keep my eyes open and forgot to take my 75mg aspirin (prescribed by Ivf clinic as 3 previous losses) so I’ve just took it now but shall I just take tonight’s as normal or start taking the rest of them this time every morning from now on? I would do that but I’ve heard it’s better to take of the night?

I take low dose aspirin because of previous miscarriages and have always taken mine in the morning

If you're on 75mg and you've just taken one, take the next in 24 hours time.

Hi ladies! So excited to find this group 😊 Please can I join? I got my bfp on Sunday at dpo 9, confirmed it on Monday and am now just waiting with fingers crossed that my period doesn't come. I think I'm too scared to test again. My due date is 7th July x

Hi! Congratulations everyone! Is it okay if I very tentatively join?

I'm currently 5+0, due date 30/06/21 so will more than likely be July! Had two miscarriages this year though so hoping this is a sticky one. Found out at 3+5 so it's been a very long week and two days!

I would also love to join the Facebook group!

Hi ladies, I got my BFP yesterday, I can't quite believe it, I'm hoping beyond hope it's a sticky little bean! If it all works out my due date would be the 7/7/2021. I can't wrap my head around it!

Anyone else soooo tired? I keep falling asleep on the sofa every night not long after 8pm until bedtime.. not light naps either.. proper deep sleeps with vivid dreams and talking in my sleep as well apparently!! 😂

Hello! Am i ok to join? 😊 found out I'm pregnant with my 1st baby Saturday, according to my app ill be due 5th July!

Don't really seem to be having many symptoms at the moment other than bloated in the evenings and small stitch like cramps every now and again.. is anyone else the same? 😊

@hayjt24 hi and welcome! Congratulations!! It’s my first baby too, due 4th July. I’ve also been feeling bloated and having some cramps, also feel more tired than usual. Most of us have moved across to a private Facebook group (no one else can see you’re a member or view any posts), if you’d like to join just pm me your email address and I’ll add you 😊

Same. Can't bring myself to join a FB group incase the worst happens. Not even booked booking in yet.

Have booked a reassurance scan for when I'm 9 weeks. Would rather not wait until 12 weeks to be told it's a MMC again (like second pregnancy)

How old is your little one? I gave up breastfeeding at around 9ish months and my periods didn't return and I got a positive. Still haven't got my head around it and stopping myself from being excited about it all if I'm honest.

@3rdtimelucky2019 hi! At least I'm not the only one sticking around here for a while. I'm in a FB group from DC1 but didn't join that until I was about 28 weeks pregnant.

Little one is 11 months. I thought I'd have to give up BF but amazingly not. I felt a bit crampy a couple of weeks ago and did an OPK which showed as peak! So I feel incredibly lucky to have a BFP and also feel like it's going 'too well' if that makes sense. I'll do a CB weeks test in the next few days and as long as it says I'm pregnant I'll call the midwives. I'm actually waiting to speak to a midwife to ask a few questions about my last labour (not traumatic, just had some questions) so I'll need to cancel that as I'll do it at my booking appointment.

My GP has arranged Beta HcG blood tests in a couple of weeks but I'll see if they'll do an early scan to date it. If not I'll pay for one. Desperate to be excited but forgot how much I hate these early weeks!

@strawberrycherryblossom As you you aren’t sure of your dates, it might be worth booking in with the midwife soon because you don’t want to be further on in your pregnancy than you realise and miss the dates for the early testing. This happened to my friend and they couldn’t do it!

With my first I didn’t join the fb group until after 12 week scan either but I’ll still post here too whilst people are here 😊

@stellarfox good idea. I'll do a CB digi tomorrow and all being well will call them after. It was so easy with my first as I was certain of my dates! I don't think I'm anywhere near 12w as I still feel good (nausea hit about 8/9 weeks last time) but I also know no two pregnancies are the same.

What is your estimated due date?

@strawberrycherryblossom 4th July I think! I am still bf my first too (17 months now) but only twice a day and I don’t think she takes much. My periods came back about 5 months ago! Not sure how long to continue for but she still gets excited about it so I’d feel a bit bad stopping. Not sure if I’d want to tandem feed or not. Do you think you’ll continue?
