I’m very early with this! I found out yesterday I’m pregnant, due 1st June.

Anyone else with me yet? Smile

@MumToBeMaz oh no! I'm a couple of days behind you and I've got a wedding dress to fit in at the beginning of December 🙈

MumToBeMaz · 11/10/2020 21:17

@ChasingARainbow hahaha, i'm sorry!

I'm a size 12 normally but my favourite jeans dont fit anymore. I'm sure most of it is in my head but I keep looking down to check if I can still see my toes, hahaha.

Also, how exciting to have a wedding to look forward to! Must have been a challenge with covid and all. Hope all goes well for you.

PinkPlantCase · 11/10/2020 22:04

Hi all, it was reading this thread that inspired me to test last week when I got my BFP!!

My estimated due day is the 15th June though I have really short cycles and I know I ovulated on cycle day 10 so I’m assuming the due date will come forward a bit following the dating scan. Currently 4 +4 anyway.

Finding it so hard not to tell people 👀👀

PinkPlantCase · 11/10/2020 22:06

@MumToBeMaz we started taking ‘bump’ pictures last week and I swear the one for this week was bigger than the one from last! 😂 not really sure how since the embryo would be about 2mm right now.

TickyBooo · 11/10/2020 22:10

Hi all, I got my BFP on 9 October and based on my app am due 21 June 2020. This is my first, after trying for a while, can't believe I've just written this! Good luck to everyone x

TickyBooo · 11/10/2020 22:10

I meant 2021 of course!

TickyBooo · 11/10/2020 22:14

@Iamgrumpyswife silly question perhaps - but are you the grumpys wife with thug cat? I love those threads if so and have my own tabby TC! Wishing you a lovely pregnancy x

MumToBeMaz · 11/10/2020 22:30

@PinkPlantCase hahah, exactly! How can a poppy/sesame seed cause such a difference?! Also congrats on the BFP! Super exciting. We have already told our parents and siblings. It's nice to spread some good news and if (god forbid) something happens I would want to be able to talk to them about it anyway. It's really hard not to tell anybody else though!

@TickyBooo Yay! Congrats!

angelinaxoxo · 11/10/2020 23:37

I read up online faint lines mean your super early and only had enough hcg to detect pregnancy ? Is this true because my hcg was 53.27 and I feel like I'm way earlier then I think I am for 5 weeks today !? any advice would help

PinkPlantCase · 11/10/2020 23:45

@angelinaxoxo do you know when you ovulated? Or do you have long cycles, it could be that your ovulated later than normal so like you say you might not be as far along as you expect.

@MumToBeMaz I’m a bit scared to tell my parents. We’re in our late 20s, married and baby very much planned but ever since we got married my parents have been telling us to wait before TTC. I’m worried that if I tell my mum early and the worst does happen she’ll try and put a ‘bright side spin on it’ as in ‘well now you can wait until after xyz like we always said’ and I will not react well to that 😂

So we’re going to wait until we hear the heartbeat I think. Im sure they’ll be excited and fab GP just worried about their attitude to MC.

angelinaxoxo · 12/10/2020 00:06

@PinkPlantCase I have a 30 day cycle and ovulated September 20th

MumToBeMaz · 12/10/2020 00:09

@PinkPlantCase I'm sorry to hear that. It's hard to separate parents opinions. I'm 27 and the same with my mum. I seek her approval on a lot of things and can get nervous or scared if I know she won't particularly like it.

I have been with my partner for 4 years, we have lived together for 3 and we didn't plan the baby but we were so excited when we found out. We are not married or engaged.

You have been waiting for this to happen and it's your decision, so it's amazing news that should be celebrated! Remember you are living this life for you, not your parents. You need to just focus on what you want to do for your little family. I'm sure when you break the news they will still be very excited about the thought of a grandbaby.

Iamgrumpyswife · 12/10/2020 11:22

@TickyBooo Hi thank you - but it's not me. Although now I am intrigued to find out who this cat is. 😂🙀

MrsV2018 · 12/10/2020 11:30

Hi All. Can I join? Due 9 June 2021. After about 3 years of trying and a successful ivf round finally got my first ever BFP. Am a bit worried though as I'm 5 weeks and feel nothing. Have a viability scan due next friday and am considering doing another test but just so scared in case it's all over so soon so going to hold out. Does anyone else have no symptoms or is it just me? Not tired or no soreness or nausea so almost don't believe I am pregnant. Just keep telling myself I'm really early

TickyBooo · 12/10/2020 11:38

@Iamgrumpyswife if you go into Mumsnet classics or search for ‘next doors thug cat’, you’ll find the threads Smile

JandL2020 · 12/10/2020 11:47

@MrsV2018 I’m in the same boat. Successful after IVF but no symptoms. I was initially very sick/bloated/abdo pain when I got my BFP but I had mild OHSS (did not feel mild at the time though!) Less than a week later all disappeared...only thing I’ve noticed is veiny boobs and tired by early evening. Hoping this is all normal. I have a viability scan this week and I’m tempted to test as well but so scared to see a faint line. Such as anxious time xx

Trying4one · 12/10/2020 11:58

Hey, I found out I was pregnant last week. I believe I am 4 weeks + 1 and due 20th June. This is my first pregnancy 😊

MrsV2018 · 12/10/2020 12:09

@JandL2020 good luck for your scan this week. I hope it all goes well. Yes defo anxious few weeks. I'm just so scared something is wrong

Banana2010 · 12/10/2020 12:10

Hope it's ok to join!! Just found out this morning!😁 After 2 lost pregnancies within the past 12 months- maybe this time we will have more luck!! Due on 22 June.

JandL2020 · 12/10/2020 12:15

@MrsV2018 I think it’s difficult to enjoy it in the early stages and especially with infertility/IVF thrown in. I can’t concentrate on anything else at the moment xx

SweetDreams92 · 12/10/2020 12:44

Hi all, please may I join? I got a positive test yesterday at 10 DPO. I don't usually test before AF is due but I temp for ovulation and it was consistently a lot higher than usual. I'm due 25th June 😊

Bearandbee · 12/10/2020 12:54

Hello all! Due 19th June will be baby number 3... have an 11 and 10 year old so there will be a huge age gap...

Congratulations all!!

GG2707 · 12/10/2020 14:00

Hi all!

I am currently 5 weeks + 5 days and yesterday and today I have experienced pinky discharge. Is this normal? I haven't experienced any pain, only the occasional twinge and have all the other symptoms (sore boobs, extremely tired, a little nauseas) I don't know if you'd class this as 'spotting' or not?! Anyone else experiencing this sort of symptom?

Any recommendations on if I need to tell my doctor or see how it is in a few days?

angelinaxoxo · 12/10/2020 17:57

Also still having around each time during the day slight cramping like very sligh and thigh pain. Still think I'm very early but dose anyone else have those ?
