Anyone else with me yet? Smile

To those who’ve sadly had miscarriages prior to this pregnancy can I ask what week you were?

EwwDavid · 09/10/2020 13:09

@Lovethatjourneyforme

Hi all! I'm due June 12th

This is my second pregnancy, 1st one ended at 11 weeks in July. Super anxious to just make it to the 2nd trimester this time around! Totally get the wipe fear, that's me every single time.

Also @EwwDavid love the username, I very nearly went for that Grin

@Lovethatjourneyforme I love your username too! Love a bit of Alexis Grin

Hope everyone is doing ok. My boobs are in agony!

Hey Everyone, I am due 11th June and am so glad I found this thread. Seems like all the cramps and pulling sensation I am having is the same as everyone else which is reassuring.

Does anybody have any good recipes to share? I'm not normally one for veggies as I'm a bit fussy but love my fruit. Any help/advice would be welcomed! Hahaha.

Lovethatjourneyforme · 09/10/2020 14:52

I haven't really had many symptoms yet, mostly just some slight nausea and stretching sensations. Also had a bit of lightening crotch very early on Star

I didn't have many symptoms at all the first time around so actually kinda hoping for some more severe ones this time around. Not that few symptoms is anything to worry about, I just find them reassuring.

@Iknewyouwerewaitingforme I was 11 weeks x

Rory19 · 09/10/2020 14:56

@Iknewyouwerewaitingforme I was 9 weeks x

ChasingARainbow · 09/10/2020 15:18

I called the community midwifes office last Friday and got an appointment letter through for 5th November, exciting that things are moving on, after 2 CP's just really hoping that this one sticks and trying to to enjoy being pregnant.
I'm hoping to book a reassurance scan for 31st October when I should be 7 1/2 weeks.

Iknewyouwerewaitingforme · 09/10/2020 17:52

Lovethatjourneyforme and Rory19 horrendous... so sorry x

bex757 · 09/10/2020 18:34

@Iknewyouwerewaitingforme I was 8 weeks, and for the second one 5 weeks.

Hbw18 · 09/10/2020 18:44

I had a missed miscarriage so it stopped developing at 5 ish weeks but I didn't know until 11 weeks.

Hbw18 · 09/10/2020 18:46

I'm due early June and have just begun feeling quite nauseous in the last couple of days, especially today when I went to the shop for some biege goods!

My toddler was born in June, as was I, it's a great month for a birthday 😊

Coffee4me · 09/10/2020 18:54

@Iknewyouwerewaitingforme - my MCs were 6,8,11 weeks. Taking a day by day now

bestsquirrelinthewholehole · 09/10/2020 20:29

Can I join please. I have been reading the thread, but since I have no one in RL whom I can share my worries with I think I need this outlet. Surprise baby no 4!!!! Due 15th June. But I feel really anxious approx 4 weeks no nausea yet, symptoms include lower tummy and back pain/twinges. Slight headache. Moodswings. Sore boobs. The occasional food aversion, extreme sense of smell.
But other than that I really don't feel "pregnant"
What really worries me though is I have been drinking peppermint tea, max two cups a day. Then suddenly it dawned on me, "can I drink peppermint tea?? “ so I checked and it said to avoid in early pregnancy so I am freaking out!! And on top of that I have been taking cod liver oil tabs for my joints and I read it contains too much vitamin A and to avoid as dangerous. I am so worried I have destroyed all chances of having a healthy pregnancy /baby. 😭

Nellle · 09/10/2020 21:12

Can I join? Second pregnancy, hoping for a baby this time! 🤞🤞🤞
Due mid June and it doesn't feel real yet.

squaresandsquares · 09/10/2020 21:25

@happy2be I haven't been added to the group, not sure it's worked ?
Thanks
Hope everyone is ok. I am 4 + 2 and my tummy is so huge and bloated. It's making me really concerned and worried about how big I'll be at 40 weeks

Penny2020 · 09/10/2020 21:49

@GG2707 I’m so glad someone finally mentioned the constipation! It’s my only symptom so far. Why is it the movies pregnant women are always ‘glowing’ and graceful, nobody said they were doubled over in agony every night with constipation!
I’d recommend you try prune juice, it helps a lot!
@bestsquirrelinthewholehole try not to worry! I’m sure most women eat or drink a few things they’re not supposed to early on. You’re so early, I’m sure baby will be absolutely fine

Jen8888 · 09/10/2020 22:04

@Finallybfp I think our due dates are similar...

The first day of my last period was 29th June, I have several apps and some say I'm ending week 5, some say I'm ending week six?!

Really confused TBH.

Therefore I should be 7/8 weeks by the time I have a scan xx

Jen8888 · 09/10/2020 22:07

Jesus...
29th August

Can't be baby brain already can it Blush

Happy2be · 09/10/2020 22:21

@squaresandsquares i sent an email invite to both your email addresses you gave me 🤗 could you check junk mail and if not ill try sending them again. Its been a bit picky with a couple. So if that doesnt work i can add you on facebook then delete once you have been added to the group x

Kamacs12 · 09/10/2020 22:31

@bestsquirrelinthewholehole my pregnancy wasn't planned and last week was my honeymoon, between DH and I we drank 3 bottles of gifted champagne, had a meal with a wine tasting so shared 5 small glasses of wine in one evening and had cocktails on other evenings. I usually don't drink at all so it was probably a big shock to my system and it doesn't seem to have had any bad consequences yet (fingers crossed) so I wouldn't worry too much about your tea 🙈 (literally only admitting this in the hope
It makes you feel a little better! 🙈🙈)

LifeWithAllTheBoys · 09/10/2020 23:08

Hey all, I’ve just found out I’m expecting, due on the 19th June. Nausea has been horrible this time round sadly and the overwhelming tiredness! I’m hoping to find some support through this pregnancy.

angelinaxoxo · 09/10/2020 23:36

I'm due June 13 if somebody can answer some of my anxious questions :( I haven't been able to get an OB app yet I just found out I was pregnant Monday ! went to the er yesterday bc I was having slight cramping on both sides and lower back ? I also had appendix surgery not to long ago so it could be also my uterus and scar tissue !? did anyone else have mild cramping for a while I just was worried about an eptoic my hcg for 4 weeks is 53.27 all advice could really help me calm down !

angelinaxoxo · 09/10/2020 23:39

my first time in the group I am due June 13 2021 and need some advice ! Unable to get an OB appointment atm but was wondering a few things .. I just found out I was pregnant Monday and been having light cramping on both sides lower back and lower front ?? Recently not to long ago ab 2 1/2 month has appendix surgery . was worried ab eptoic pregnancy? cramping isn't bad to where I need medince and lighter then period cramps also have pain in the hits . went to the er bc I was nervous they couldn't see anything I'm 4 weeks 4 days and hcg was apparently normal of 53.27 could anyone please give some advice I've been worrying and don't wanna worry !

bestsquirrelinthewholehole · 10/10/2020 04:32

Thanks @kamacs12 and @penny2020** that helped... I also had a boozy night before I found out Confused am literally the worst lol

Penny2020 · 10/10/2020 08:04

@angelinaxoxo cramps are totally normal. I’ve had them on and off for weeks, some quite painful and other just a dull period ache. As long as there is no blood I think there is nothing to worry about - it’s just your uterus stretching and making space.
It’s totally normal to be anxious though, the only reason I know it normal is because of excessive googling!

Kamacs12 · 10/10/2020 09:10

@bestsquirrelinthewholehole glad it helped! I won't pretend I didn't panic. But think about it this way, in the 1500's they only drank beer, no water, and yet people still had pregnancies that went to term, so one night isn't the end of the world! 😂🙈
