Finally got my pregnancy pillow 🥳

My boyfriend can come to the 20 week scan yes 😍 we are still finding out at 16 weeks though 😍

@JTB123 so pleased everything’s ok! I bet it felt like forever waiting for your 12 week scan seeing all the others pop up on here 💕

Made the switch from Pregnacare Original (which was hard enough on my stomach) to Pregnacare Max, and what the frick are those beasty tablets?!! My stomach feels ruined!

Horrendous aren't they?? The omega-3 is a sod! I can just manage the green ones! 😵

Hi all, I'm 12+6 so due 31st March. Just scraped into this group lol! Any gender guesses? We're not finding out until he/she arrives so a while to wait and find out if you're right. Since the moment I found out I was pregnant and still, I have a really strong feeling it's a girl :)

@SnickerdoodleSnek honestly I've spent the day horizontal with my stomach in agony. I think i'm going to have to ditch the rest. I wonder if vit d and folic acid are enough?

@DSP21 gosh that sounds awful. Do you have to take them with food?

Does anyone take antihistamines? I’m suffering terribly with allergies/pollen at the moment and can’t cope without one a day. Not sure if they’re allowed though :-/

@LandMammal they say take on a full stomach, it doesn't seem to make a difference with me though! This is the worst i've felt all pregnancy, including vomiting all morning!

Wake up needing to pee every night and can never get back to sleep 😩

@DSP21 I avoid drinking for a little while before bed. I've accepted the life of an insomniac - between by brain and my digestive system I am lost!

I've just switched to pregnacare, I'd been using pre-conception tablets before (maybe sinful, but I had a stock and they have the same folic acid and 100% of RDA of iron and vitD). I've also finally started on the prune juice. I think my guts are confused- been aching the past two days but I often get pains and constipation anyway.

Anyone else realising how broken they are? There seem to be so many pregnancy complaints/symptoms where I have them aready to a level so don't know if it's pregnancy related or just normal. Fun.

@Thack I usually wake up in the night to pee and drift off easily, between these vivid crazy dreams and insomnia I suppose it's preparing me for a newborn!

Ooh what is prune juice supposed to do? Help keep things moving?

@DSP21 exactly that! I think it's a bit softening too, so a nice natural approach. I quite like prunes, but I'd still say it's a bit sweet/syrupy at first but you get used to it. I'm having a small glass each morning.

I saw a thread on here a week or two ago where quite a few expectant mums reported insomnia, so I'm not sure if it is an actual thing? It's on my list of 'sorta had it anyway'. I figure we're prepared for lack of sleep at least!

@Thack oooh intriguing, might have to give it a go! My mums been buying me tons of beetroot juice and coconut water (supposed to be cooling for the body esp in summer) but i'm so tired of my digestive system feeling like a run down truck 😩

Luckily I work for myself so the insomnia doesn't leave me stressed about feeling tired the next day, although I struggle to nap so i'm just a clogged up walking zombie atm!

Ditching the pregnacare from today and hope my body returns to some kind of normality soon

Morning ladies! Well yesterday was the best day ever! I got to see my little baby, what an amazing feeling! Then spent the day telling family and friends! Measuring 13 weeks exactly yesterday so new due date is 30th March! What do yous think, boy or girl? I’m going to keep it a surprise but it’s fun to guess haha xx

@DSP21 insomnia has passed here (17 weeks now), cross fingers it's short lived for you too! I just have a screaming 2 year old at 5:30am every morning now. the joys of parenthood 😂

both of mine didn't sleep through until past 9 months at least, when everybody else were raving about their babies sleeping through from 6weeks. The daggers I would give... 😂😂

Lovely scans ladies. I have my gender scan this evening. It's going to be a long day until hubby finishes work. I feel just as nervous as before earlier scans. Even though I'm interested in what we are having I more just want the reassurance x

@Babafarmer I understand how you’re feeling. I can feel my little one rolling but still require reassurance. Crazy isn’t it.

What’s your gut feeling telling you? Boy or girl?

This is a weird one..... I’m starting to feel like I’m going to be sick when I cough. Anyone else getting this? I’m 16 weeks now, the sickness had gone until now

@Sussexbysea occasionally I get that, I cough and gag at the same time! Not my finest look! 😂

I've got my gender scan next Friday but more than anything, I just want a bit of reassurance that bub is okay. I'm feeling little things but not sure what it is, its been 3 weeks since my last scan....feels like forever ago!
