I’ve had a constant craving throughout this pregnancy and its for fish and chip shop chips, sometimes with curry sauce. Probably explains the weight gain!

But I’ve been struggling lots with heart burn recently and the thought of any food is unbearable. Probably a blessing in disguise as I don’t know how much weight my body can carry!

Kj1010 · 06/10/2020 18:20

Well that was a long old appointment baby is absolutely fine where he should be on growth chart and currently weighs 3lb 10 ounces had a good old convo with consultant done birth plan so to speak also informed of all the possible risks because of my age previous births etc feeling better now also got all my other appointments booked in now aswell baby current breech position but consultant not worried as I've still just under 10 weeks to go do after a long day feel a bit more at ease

kkr168 · 06/10/2020 21:56

32+5 bump pic, it's seriously out of control

No cravings for me, if anything I've gone off of things. Used to have a real sweet tooth, now I can barely stomach anything sweet. Same goes for crisps & I bloody love crisps!

Morning ladies - I'm thinking ahead to a new thread and I've seen on others that at the top, the person starting the thread has written the names, due dates, baby's sex (known/unknown) and whether mum is FTM, STM TTM FTM FiTM (first time mum, second time mum etc) at the top and it is really easy to read that and know which stage everyone is at (because I get a little forgetful with when people on here are due!)

Would we all be up for doing that? I don't mind collating everyone's info and starting the thread when the time comes. I'll start with mine here:

@danielasummer - due 9th December 2020 - sex unknown - FTM

kkr168 · 07/10/2020 07:24

That's a great idea, I love seeing those lists too......

@kkr168 - due 26th November - boy - stm

jalu47 · 07/10/2020 08:29

@jalu47 due 13th December, FTM, boy 💙

NaomiB79 · 07/10/2020 08:31

@NaomiB79 due 13th Nov - FTM

This is a good idea but I'm on another thread where they do a list and it is quite tricky to keep it up to date, needs re-done every time someone joins the group and then some people stop posting or leave the group but keep getting tagged every time the list gets posted and don't like it so I wouldn't put too much effort into keeping it up to date as it's virtually impossible on an active thread like this.

NaomiB79 · 07/10/2020 08:31

I'm having a girl

MummyShark97 · 07/10/2020 08:32

@Jwl45 due Nov 13 (although C-section will be booked for 9th or 10th according to today's clinic)
TTM team pink 💖

Jwl45 · 07/10/2020 12:00

Had my growth scan today.....but according to the centile lines... I've gone down.... Not up 😏
However, consultant told me not to worry about this... The sonographers may have measured differently or whatever... I don't quite get it.
My first baby was centile 3 and the second centile 25. So have to have another growth scan in 3 weeks. I did ask if it was small and he said no ... Average.
They say not to worry but you can't help it can you?

Midwife also reassured me when I went to speak to her.

(Saying that... My midwife tape measured me on the 90th! I know this is not accurate lol)
We are currently at 5lb 2 .... I'm 34+5

lionsmum · 07/10/2020 12:14

That's a great idea @danielasummer I did wonder about this too, hopefully we can keep it going!☺️

@lionsmum due 6th Dec (although c-section planned week starting 9th Nov), STM, baby boy💙

Although I'm saying STM, this will hopefully be the first baby I get to bring home. The anxiety of possibly not is really starting to set in, but I guess it's only normal to be feeling this given my circumstances! Sorry, I know people won't like reading what I've said/thinking about the possibility of not bringing their baby home at this late stage, but it's my reality (although thankfully extremely rare) hope you all don't mind me talking about it x

NaomiB79 · 07/10/2020 12:31

@lionsmum of course we don't mind you talking about it, like you say it's your reality and part of your history no wonder you are anxious. It must've been devastating losing your baby, I'm so sorry for everything you've been through.

I'm sure the doctors are taking extra care this time to ensure that your baby arrives safely and we'll all be sending positive thoughts between now and then for their safe arrival xx
