@holb54 @aureliacecilia what are your girls names shortlist? I have no girls names at all. For boys I like: Riley, Jackson, Harrison and Jake... but I'm convinced it's a girl so I really need to get a shortlist at least!

@Flodo I'm so sorry to hear this. Be kind to yourself and let time be a healer. Its really difficult to comprehend how things can be so fine one minute and not the next. What a beautiful idea to order a special rose. Surround yourself with your nearest and dearest for support. Sending big hugs xxxx

@Taylortyler Probably Clara for a girl or possibly Martha. Martha was our choice had DS been a girl but leaning more towards Clara this time. I also like Naomi.

I quite like Benjamin and Alfred for a boy but they don't seem quite right so will keep thinking.

14 days over 😳 oh dear, I am terrified of having to have a c-section, they used forceps with DS which was not fun.

Thanks all. Really appreciate your comments. Don't know anyone in real life who has had this happen but these boards have been amazing (have been mainly reading not posting). The best thing about mumsnet during crappy times is that people who are down the line can give practical advice, empathy and hope for the future. Just sorry so many people have known this kind of loss.

@Taylortyler for boys I like Gino, Luca and Bruno and for girls I like Mila or Siena (love Olivia but it's way too popular here) Having said that I change my mind every minute 😂 Riley or Jake are lovely boy names and you could use Riley as a girl name!

@Flodostill happened to me last November with my first pregnancy, i was alone as my partner was travelling for work so know how tough it is to go through it without immediate support. You are by no means alone, unfortunately so few of us speak about it publicly so alot suffer in silence not knowing others have been through the same. Do whatever you need to do to get through this difficult time, there is no right or wrong way to handle it 💗

@Flodostill I didn’t know anyone in real life either but i am quite an open person and given I was off work suddenly due to the covid guidance for pregnant women, lots of people guessed I was pregnant, so I did tell them when I returned after my MMC. It was only when I did share it that I found a lot of others had been through similar or the same. It’s one of those things that you can only understand if you have gone through it and I found a lady at work such a good support as she totally understood exactly how I was feeling. I am part of the private group on Facebook which is run by the miscarriage association and it’s a god send.

Depressingly found my first stretch mark tonight  my I'm never got them..... can only assume it's because im a fair bit older than she was.
