Yes @farmgirl1, we're in the middle of harvest so my husband is doing everything and I'm lying on the sofa 🙄 the house is a mess and I feel like I've achieved something when I manage to cook a meal for us aha. I'm hoping the second trimester will be easier. I hate being hungover and it's exactly how I feel!!

FarmGirl1 · 06/09/2020 15:32

@Welliedays you have just described my life! Our house looks like a bomb's gone off, I am literally able for nothing. Managed to hoover yesterday and the thing needed emptying after two rooms 😳 a part of me is so glad we don't have people visiting at the moment, that and anyone who does see me asks if I'm OK and tells me how bad I look 😂 little do they know!

sarahlou773 · 06/09/2020 15:49

Hi all, hope it’s ok that I join. My current due date is 1st April but have my first scan booked in 2 and a half weeks to confirm 😃 so far I just feel nauseous ALL the time and so lethargic. My other half is being a saint but I can tell it’s getting to him a bit as I’ve now been useless for a couple of weeks. First pregnancy so trying not to complain too much! 🙈

Sexnotgender · 06/09/2020 16:06

Welcome @sarahlou773 Smile

Can I highly recommend a robot vacuum cleaner and an actual cleaner! Between the 2 of them my house looks just about ok most of the time😂

Tiff94 · 06/09/2020 16:11

@sarahlou773 welcome and I totally feel you I haven't been able to do anything for the last few weeks DH has taken over but I know it's so much for him I haven't been able to do anything to even help I feel utter useless.

@Sexnotgender omg that is fab! 😂 I think my dog would exercise himself chasing a robot vacuum so double win!

@Tiff94 it’s rubbish isn’t it, I’m looking forward to the glowing part of pregnancy you read about in books... if it exists 😂😂

onewish05 · 06/09/2020 16:54

Hi ladies - I'm new!

I've just sent a request to join on FB, I hope that's ok

Sexnotgender · 06/09/2020 16:55

My dog isn’t entirely sure about our robot hoover.

onewish05 · 06/09/2020 16:57

Sorry - posted too soon!

I'm 9+4 today and had a private scan at 7 weeks and another earlier today as I was a bit worried as my nausea seems to have tailed off.

How is everyone?

Mococo1 · 06/09/2020 18:24

Hello ladies is it possible to join this thread? I'm actually due 30th March so just miss the cut off for this group but figured if I went a few days overdue I'd still count as an April baby c

FarmGirl1 · 06/09/2020 18:45

@Mococo1 @onewish05 @sarahlou773 big hello 👋 I'm a 1st timer, due 16th April so currently 8+2. I've had a whole host of weird and wonderful (🤔) symptoms since dot and I am eagerly awaiting some kind of change🤞hope everyone is getting through the day!

Tiff94 · 07/09/2020 07:13

Hey ladies how is everyone today?

Hi All,

I'm due in April first week as well just thought I'd pop in and say hi.

I'm around 9 weeks + 4 currently.

Pregnant after SMM in March hopefully good news this time at 12 week scan. No symptoms at all don't even feel pregnant which is slightly worrying Hmm but the lady at the scan that saw me last week did a internal and external scan and said baby was there Shock and was measuring 8 weeks 4 days which was smaller then I calculated which was suppose to be 9 weeks. She said heart is beating but she can't hear it yet as to early for me to hear I can only see.

Seems like good news so far but just can't help thinking when I go in for my 12 week scan what they will say and if it will be good or bad news. I did ask the likelihood of having another miscarriage at the scan and she said low but she can't tell me 100%.

Any advice would be helpful ladies if anyone has been in a similar position or is? I just wanna be excited just so hard to stay positive.

FarmGirl1 · 07/09/2020 07:54

@Tiff94 oh no! Hope it subsides for you 😔 what a crappy thing. Does ginger work at all for you? I've been living off ginger chews and ginger hard boiled sweets teamed with TUC crackers. I suppose if it's that bad though even a sucky sweet might not appeal. Sending hugs and hope you feel better soon xx

Sexnotgender · 07/09/2020 08:26

That sounds rough @Tiff94 Flowers
Hope you get some respite soon.

Another123 · 07/09/2020 12:15

Hi All,

Another newbie here - 7 weeks today.

Am fortunate to not have sickness (yet!) but am exhausted, constantly hungry and a cup size bigger than a month ago Shock

Sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish @Tiff94 - hopefully it will ease off during the day.

lavendersblue92 · 07/09/2020 12:34

Hi everyone :) I'm a newbie to pregnancy. Currently 10 weeks today and due April 5th.
We had an early scan at 8 weeks to check everything was ok before telling close family and we found out we are having...
TWINS 😂 so excited and shocked at the same time.
Hope everyone's doing ok, it's exciting times for us all!
I have also requested to join the Facebook group :)

sarahlou773 · 07/09/2020 12:56

OMG @lavendersblue92 congratulations!! 👶 👶

LeopardLover · 07/09/2020 13:48

@onewish05 Welcome! :) Glad all is well - my nausea has tapered off too which is really annoying. I should just be grateful.

@Tiff94 Sending you lots of well wishes - sorry you've been struggling! That sounds sooo difficult. Definitely take time off work!

@Another123 Welcome to the group! Some women don't experience any nausea so you might be a lucky one ;)

@lavendersblue92 Congratulations, this is such amazing news! I feel like there are a few mamas pregnant with twins on the April threads.

@Mya2021 Hope you're okay! I can't really offer any insight as this is my first pregnancy but I feel like every week is a huge milestone at this stage. Not long until that 12 week scan!

Sexnotgender · 07/09/2020 14:26

Welcome all the new faces!! So exciting Star

megmcc93 · 08/09/2020 08:50

Hiya 👋🏼 to anyone new who has joined. Hope you are all doing ok ☺️ just hit 8 weeks and have my early scan on Thursday - hopefully everything is as it should be. After terrible nausea and sickness from 4 weeks it seems to have reduced slightly, still exhausted & boobs are so sore. Has anyone else found that nausea reduced around 8 weeks?

vkbay82 · 08/09/2020 08:53

Hi everyone,
We're due 4th April with our 1st.

Mya2021 · 08/09/2020 09:43

@vkbay82 due same date as me lol

Congratulations x Smile

vkbay82 · 08/09/2020 12:25

Thanks @mya2021 congratulations to you too. Xx

doritodiva · 08/09/2020 15:13

Anyone have awful heartburn? I'm struggling finding things to drink as it just sets it off!
