Please will someone reassure me!

Ok so I unfortunately had a chemical pregnancy (early miscarriage) last month and it really upset me even though I believe I was only 5 weeks it still really got to me:/

I've now found out a month later that I got a BFP again ! But now I'm just absolutely terrified it's going to happen again I obviously no the chances of miscarriage is at like 20% anyways but have you had the same thing happen and go on to having a healthy pregnancy after a chemical one? Please tell me your experiences and put my mind at ease x

@Mummy120494 forgot to say - otherwise I'm good after a little wobble at the weekend due to the weeks test. Still got symptoms and wrong lines.

Booked a scan for 9weeks which is 3 weeks on Saturday Woop!

@Bl0ndi3 oh that's fair enough guess they don't work for everybody ! They are expensive too lol well I think if your lines are still strong you have nothing to worry about ! Did you have to pay for your scan ? X

Hi @Mummy120494 I thought I should update you, it looks like I'm suffering a miscarriage, scan tomorrow morning to confirm it but been bleeding since Tuesday with cramps, clots and HCG is low 💔

@Bl0ndi3 hi I'm so so sorry to hear that that's terrible :/ I have also had some scares had brown discharge all week on and off have a scan booked in on Tuesday to see what's going on ! I'm sorry to hear that :/ hope you're ok I know it's a terrible thing to go through hope your ok x

I know exactly how you’re feeling.
I had an early miscarriage beginning of June at 5 weeks.
I’m now pregnant again and absolutely shi**ing myself but I’m just trying not to worry and take each day as it comes.
I did my last digital test today which changed from 1-2 weeks to 2-3 weeks which is good x

@Mummy120494 it started as a lot of blood in my underwear and then pain shortly after and the blood just continued with clots and stuff

@Chicken123 hi lovely it's definitely hard at the moment waiting for a scan on Tuesday to get some clarification with what's going on ! Try not to beat yourself up about it stay strong and stop testing does you no good trust me !

Scan today has confirmed it as there wasn't anything there :(

It wasn't a CP as I would've been 7 weeks so was a miscarriage :( @Mummy120494

@Bl0ndi3 aw bless you I really am sorry hun :/ hope you have all the support you need! I'll be 7 weeks on Tuesday when I have my scan and I'm an absolute ball of nerves it's the not knowing bit that scares the shit out of me , and obviously hearing your story is just absolutely heart breaking ! X

It's horrible and I wish it hadn't happened but it did and I just going to focus on getting myself fit and healthy, lose some weight whilst trying again and just hoping I get there again quickly because I cannot bare the thought of it taking 8 months again!

I had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks and then got pregnant with DD 2 months later. Then when trying for second baby I had a chemical pregnancy before getting pregnant a few months later with DS. Currently expecting number 3 and always so anxious in the early weeks, but am 30 weeks now. I completely get the worry, but there is every chance this pregnancy will be absolutely fine x

@RoseGoldEagle that makes me feel a bit better I'm really hoping we can get pregnant again ASAP! Seen lots of stories of it taking ages but just as many where it's happened quick so hopefully for me it's quick x

Thank you I just need to get past the date I was due to have a scan so I can fully put it out of my mind.

Feeling a bit better today, haven't cried so far it will be a new record if I can get through a whole date without crying. Got some OPKs coming to get trying again immediately and hope for the best ♥️

Bless you I really do understand your pain and I am so sorry you've had to go through it again but it will come for you , I say everything happens for a reason just stay positive x

Hi @Grace2296 yes it was an abdominal scan , they did say that they'd try that first and if they couldn't see anything they would do a transvaginal scan but it wasn't necessary . X
