Snowwhite2020 · 20/06/2020 16:34

@Mummyshark87 wow a boy!! Wasn’t expecting that for you! Congrats everyone who found out today! So exciting 💖💙

peachypetite · 20/06/2020 16:38

Congrats to all. I’m not sure who said it a few days ago about having an off day but I’m not feeling myself today, have spent three hours asleep this afternoon and just feel wiped out! Husband has just brought me tea and biscuits Smile.

Amyyy1 · 20/06/2020 16:55

@MummyShark97 Congratulations!!! 💙

Kj1010 · 20/06/2020 17:20

Wow congrats to all that have found out I'm jealous only just hitting 15 weeks and oh not really interested in finding out till the hospital scan at end of july so working on him to book a scan in next week or so

StephRae · 20/06/2020 17:21

@roro87 know how you feel, I don’t find out for another 2 weeks

roro87 · 20/06/2020 17:24

Congratulations to everyone. I can't even remember what was predicted for everyone. Hope you are all happy

lc86 · 20/06/2020 17:27

@Mummyshark97 💙 congratulations!! Think we have chosen our name 😊

lc86 · 20/06/2020 17:31

We like Harry, with Alfie as a close second.. but he could come out and we will think he doesn't look like either of those 🙊

chubbyhotchoc · 20/06/2020 17:43

@Kj1010 tell him you want the 20 week scan to concentrate on looking at baby's health not the sex. Better to have a private scan for that and let 20 week confirm it if they have time. With my dd at the 20 week scan they really struggled to do the checks they needed to as she was upside down wrapped up to the placenta. The sonographer didn't really want to look at the sex.

Kj1010 · 20/06/2020 18:11

@chubbyhotchoc I will get round him if not I do it myself lol

MummyShark97 · 20/06/2020 18:41

@Snowwhite2020 I know! What a genuine surprise we have spent the afternoon picking up baby boy things so it's been a lovely day!

@Ic86 amazing, what lovely names, I'm totally unsure at the moment, we'll get our list going soon! Really want to reflect hubby's Jamaican roots so we'll get thinking!

StephRae · 20/06/2020 18:42

@Ic86 wow love those names, I haven’t really thought about names yet so you’re way ahead of me 😂 also tmi but has anyone else been terribly constipated, suffered from it a little during my last pregnancy but much more this time around!

lc86 · 20/06/2020 19:10

@StephRae I recently stopped taking all the vitamins and my stomach has been much better! xx

Kj1010 · 20/06/2020 19:47

@StephRae yes I have badly I've stopped the vitamins and now just taking vitamins d and its beginning to help

StephRae · 20/06/2020 19:52

Thank you I might have to give that a go as I have been taking several vitamins

peachypetite · 20/06/2020 19:54

@stephrae I make juices or smoothies with loads of fruit and veg and have one daily, I also have bread with linseeds and flaxseeds and I haven’t been constipated.

RestorationInsanity · 20/06/2020 20:16

I've been having a bowl of branflakes with raisins every day. Normally that would give me a serious stomach ache after the first day or two, but seems to be keeping me going. Same as @peachypetite loads of fibre, however you can get it, is the way to go.

chubbyhotchoc · 20/06/2020 20:24

@StephRae I've been constipated the whole time so far but last week I had a subway tuna mayo salad box and it really cleared me out. I've had like three this week for my lunch or tea and have been going every day. Feel like a new woman! 😂

Awkes · 20/06/2020 20:31

I’ve been doing weetabix with banana for breakfast and snacking on dates most days. Bonus I read eating dates in the last few weeks of pregnancy can mean a shorter labour. Not sure what the science is there mind but I’ll try anything
