@Bubbabee im 9 weeks tomorrow, epu have said they won't see me or do an early scan but if bleeding gets worse to call back. If I go to a and e all they can do is take bloods so seems a bit pointless going while I'm not in pain. I'm hoping the spotting will just go xx

@dixiedo lovely scan pic, glad is all ok.

@Mumof4andahalf try to rest as much as you can. Remember bleeding is worrying when heavy and accompanied with cramps. Some women bleed throughout there pregnancy and go on to have healthy babies. Hope your ok x

@Mumof4andahalf aww babe try and rest I had the same last week went from brown to pink to red then it stopped.

@Mumof4andahalf like the others have said sometimes a little bleed happens - try to rest and stay positive. We are here if you need us x

@Mumof4andahalf hoping all will be ok. I had some light bleeding at 6 weeks with some pain in lower abdomen and all worked out ok. Feet up and rest for the evening and if you do end up in pain or anything do go to your local a&e. FX all ok.

Just home from my 12 week scan and thankfully all is well and ok. All measurements seemed normal and sonographer was happy. So I'm very relieved this evening. Had to get home to get little lady to bed so will be tomo afternoon before we get to tell anyone. Hope all are well tonight xx

@Bubbabee - I’m not sure mine has popped visibly to anyone but me, but I finally caved today and ordered a few maternity dresses as all my skirts and summery clothes are annoyingly tight. Hoping they’ll be ok now and when I get bigger!

@Carabu1 I've had baggy clothes on today and it's noticeable ha. Luckily I've always suffered with very bad IBS that makes my tummy pop so kids havent noticed any different yet haha. X

@Mumof4andahalf - fingers crossed for you - it sounds like lots of women experience this but I know I’d panic too. But so many good outcomes on here so hopefully it will pass x

Just back from my first scan, all good! I can hardly believe it, I was so sure that something would be wrong. But baby was so obliging, there as clear as day as soon as the probe made contact, waving its little hands and legs around! Measuring pretty much bang on for 10 and a half weeks. And relax! At least a little bit until the NHS scan in two weeks...

So lovely to hear all these positive stories of scans, hoping that will be me tomorrow! I'm so scared but also it can't get here any sooner.

@Mumof4andahalf have everything crossed for you. I've had bleeding including red blood pretty much throughout this pregnancy and two scans so far have suggested all is well. It is scary but try not to assume the worst. Did you book to go in tomorrow?

Well ladies, I stepped on the scales this morning and I've lost 9lb! If I'd of tried to lose that before baby bean was in there I'd of failed miserably! Apparently weight loss is super normal in the first trimester so I'm not getting too worried about it for now. Have been sick most mornings for the last few days but hoping it eases in the next week or so now that I'm almost 12 weeks.

@nmw93 I am the same - been off food and sick in the morning (only like bile tho sorry tmi) and got on the scales and have lost about 5lbs. Got a little worried but like you said it’s not uncommon so hoping little bean is getting what he/she needs.

I am 10 weeks tomorrow so hoping things start to ease soon and I get my appetite back as this is so not like me haha

@MissHoney85 we must be similar in due dates as I will be 10 weeks tomorrow (well going off my early scan). How are you feeling? I am still struggling with nausea/sickness and no appetite oh and tiredness! Xx

@MayBug2020 I'm exactly the same. Every time I brush my teeth, I can't even get to my wisdom teeth without throwing up. It's always just bile and juice from during the night. I was sick last night as well for the first time in ages and that was all of the days food which was literally just celery, peppers, hummus and some crackers.

I really don't have the appetite for anything substantial. I usually love pasta dishes, stir fry, rice dishes... and I just can't stomach anything. Bearing in mind I was just over 14st pre pregnancy! I'm not afraid to eat!

@MayBug2020 I'm feeling fine really! That's part of the reason I wanted a scan - I've had no sickness or exhaustion and was a bit worried by reading everyone else's experiences. I have a few symptoms - oily skin, fuller boobs, weeing a lot at night - but it didn't feel real somehow. It's weird how different everyone is! Good luck with your scan 🙂
