About a week or two after ovulation I had a vivid nightmare and the last time I had a nightmare I was pregnant so I said to my husband oh I must be pregnant and we laughed it off...

I'm seven weeks pregnant on Saturday haha

What's your weirdest "I'm pregnant" thought?

Heightened smells for me. I remember brushing past my hanging basket on my way out and the sheer smell of the flowers making me queasy. I was about 4weeks at the time.

I was sick as a dog.

Breast pain radiating out to armpits.

Just "feeling" pregnant.

Peeing at an abnormal frequency. Literally every five/ten minutes for a good 24 hours each time.

This time around I also had a snotty teary meltdown over seeing people in a pub on a tv show one Friday night because me and OH were sat on the sofa... I’m a homebody at the best of times and virtually never cry! Poor OH was completely bewildered. I found out I was pregnant on the Sunday and it all made sense then lol.

Tiredness and completely went off tea the milk tasted sour.

Super sense of smell. Wanting to vomit everytime I opened the fridge

Feeling like Id been punched in the uterus! Went to doc as really worried something wrong and found I was pregnant! Am 39 and had started trying for second DC and it was immediate so just wasn't expecting it!

4 pregnancies, extreme exhaustion each time. The 4th was a contraceptive failure, and the only reason I took a test was because I was so tired I kept conking out and sleeping massive amounts and I said to dh I've only ever been this tired when pregnant... Famous last words there!

Just knew, every time.

(Four times, two children).

Complete exhaustion, going off wine, needing to go to toilet in night

Random crying over bagels.

Didnt have my usual PMS. We’d been ttc for a couple of months and thats how I first suspected that it might have caught!! I was right!

I was convinced my period was going to arrive the next day as I felt exactly the same way I would normally. I took a test in the morning just in case, fully expecting it to be negative, but there it was!

Then I felt nothing much for a week or two, followed by a brief but intense craving for cheese, and then the nausea and exhaustion hit 🤢

I was on holiday drinking cocktails and got heartburn so stopped and got worse 😂

A horrible metallic taste in my mouth. Both pregnancies.

Probably only me, but literally days after the big event I just had this feeling something was different!
It was similar to when I was pregnant with my first child, I just had this feeling to take a pregnancy test. I tested positive around 5 weeks on both pregnancys.

I was 2 weeks late. Didn't feel pregnant at all. So my first sign was a positive test.

Defo nightmares/ vivid dreams and really strong sense of smell.

Being in the worst mood ever, I could have committed mass murder without blinking, I told my then husband to f@@k off & get out of my life.

I stopped drinking tea one day. And I love tea! I didn't start drinking it again until after DC was born. Very strange!

A positive pregnancy test.

With the first, I dreamt that my mother gave me a parcel to look after and that it was "very special". My mother died when I was a child so it was weird to have that dream. I called my sister and she said that when she was expecting her first child, she had a dream about our mother too. In hers, she had to collect something. I took a test after that call and it was positive. Woo woo or what?

With the second, I could identify smells from a distance. My neighbor, four houses away, would cook a stir fry with her window open and I could identify everything in it. It was odd and that was my sign.

With my last, I had no signs. I just woke up one morning and thought I should take a pregnancy test. I had very irregular periods so that seemed weird to me that I had that thought. I bought the test and voila!

Cramps! And I just had a feeling.

Currently had a week of cramps and tingling nipples (although still breastfeeding so could be due to that), going to take a test tomorrow!
