Hello,

About a week or two after ovulation I had a vivid nightmare and the last time I had a nightmare I was pregnant so I said to my husband oh I must be pregnant and we laughed it off...

I'm seven weeks pregnant on Saturday haha

What's your weirdest "I'm pregnant" thought?

I'm 22w pregnant and still feel pretty normal. I'd say no signs for me apart of the obvious: no period and growing bump!

ClearEyesFullHeartsCantLoseZ · 04/06/2020 10:48

All my pregnancies have ended in miscarriage but I had an need for oranges in each one. Like I have to eat a bag a day, and I liked smelling the skin Blush

Muffinandcake123 · 04/06/2020 10:57

I felt eating the kitchen and im never that hungry

IShineAShoe · 04/06/2020 11:24

I had a couple g+ts and felt so ill, like I had drunk far far more! Felt horrid the whole night so I took a test the next morning and got the faintest positive result.

Pleasenodont · 04/06/2020 12:33

I had severe implantation cramps this time, it felt like heavy period pains and I had to take painkillers.

With one pregnancy I knew because DH’s morning breath made me gip and I felt really emotional about how long a pizza delivery was taking Grin.

I drink a lot of coffee and one day couldn't drink the coffee it tasted weird and not good, then I started to heave when I washed my teeth and I knew I was pregnant.

We had been trying for 5 years and it was such a shock and I couldn't believe I noticed to early on

MollyWindley · 04/06/2020 14:28

I'm one of the crying crowd! I'd taken my then youngest son for a walk round the local petshop, they had kittens, as we started to go home I began to cry because the kittens were so adorable....I knew then that there was something wrong with me, much as I like kittens crying about their loveliness in public is not something I'd ever done before or since!

I was SHATTERED. I was barely staying awake at 8pm and would go to bed at 8.30 (I am up at 6am for work).

That same week I also was soo so thirsty. Usually I drink a coffee in the morning, a can of fizzy drink or water at lunch and then a glass of water in the evening, this dramatically increased to about 2l+ water a day (which was hard when they closed all of the drinking water fountains at work due to covid) and then would get up for a wee in the middle of the night.

I thought I was just run down with work as had tested negative mid week but I tested positive at the end of that week when I was going to have a few drinks and thought best do another check to be sure.

Tink2020 · 04/06/2020 14:34

Painful breasts the week I was due on my period and slight nausea. I left it a week to be sure before I tested

Icantthinkofanickname123456 · 04/06/2020 14:34

@Viletta you are so lucky - morning sickness and first trimester tiredness absolutely kicked my ass - glad I'm in T2 now and feeling back to normal!

overweightcat · 04/06/2020 14:40

Huge boobs. Not really noticed it initially until one day I was buttoning up my work shirt and the boob area had those stretch wrinkles when you wear something too small for you and I thought "that's odd".

They were ridiculous, at 14 weeks before a bump showed we were on holiday and I recently saw a picture of myself in a bikini from back then and I look like a cartoon character! Tiny waist (not anymore Grin) and humongous breasts.

Lulu1919 · 04/06/2020 14:41

Metallic taste in mouth

TerribleImagination · 04/06/2020 15:03

Really weird one here... I get PMS type symptoms regardless before AF, so sore boobs, nausea, fatigue, the lot! I’ve been pregnant twice (first was MC and second is now and I’m almost 9 weeks) and both times a day or two before AF is due, I’ve woken up with my hand resting over my stomach! First time it was just mine, this time it was mine and my DP’s hands there. Very odd. We’ve never slept or woken up like that on any other day ever 🤷🏻‍♀️

SecretWitch · 04/06/2020 15:05

My first were vivid blue veins popping out on my very fair boobs. It looked like a roadmap

Extreme exhaustion. I once had to leave a salon appointment because I could barely keep my head up.

Latenightreader · 04/06/2020 15:13

Just over a fortnight after I had an IVF transfer I woke up in the night needing to pee. I had to get up at least once a night after that, and although it stopped after she was born, but she isn’t the best sleeper so I haven’t had a fulll nights sleep since!

Charlottejade89 · 04/06/2020 15:21

First pregnancy I was so tired. And then missed period. This time I wasnt tracking my period and we had only decided a matter of weeks before to start trying, and I suddenly thought I havent had a period for a while I cant remember when I'm due. So did a test and it was positive. We were both shocked because we hadn't even been trying a month so must have happened literally straight away

YukoandHiro · 04/06/2020 15:32

Crazy insomnia

itsme · 04/06/2020 15:37

Late period- thought I was coming on as i had quite bad implantation pain.

FrangipaniBlue · 04/06/2020 15:46

My toenails turned brittle!! When I tried to trim them they'd just shatter rather than cut clean Confused

Blondebear123 · 04/06/2020 15:49

When my hangover lasted three days ... it wasn't (just) a hangover ... I also had a couple of nosebleeds as a PP mentioned.

TeddyBeans · 04/06/2020 16:30

Nosebleeds and REALLY sore achey thighs 🤷‍♀️
