Thinking of you @nearlyamummyof3. Hope you managed to get some rest last night

Teaandbiscuits123 · 11/06/2020 09:53

@nearlyamummyof3 thinking of you and your babies this morning. I hope that you managed to get some rest. Sending a big long distance hug! Xx

nearlyamummyof3 · 11/06/2020 10:09

Thanks for your lovely messages.
I've just been scanned and both babies are well! I'm over the moon and a nervous wreck.
They think one baby will be smaller and not sure if there will be other repercussions but so far so good! 🥰👶👶

I'm dying to get home and see my son just waiting to be discharged all very strange and disorienting but feeling semi ok!
❤️❤️❤️

@nearlyamummyof3 What good news!!🥳 Super pleased for you, fingers crossed it's onwards and upwards for you and babies now xx

chubbyhotchoc · 11/06/2020 10:18

@nearlyamummyof3 that's wonderful! So glad xxxx

ChampooPapi · 11/06/2020 10:24

@nearlyamummyof3 thank God! I am overwhelmed with relief for you and your partner. This pregnancy will go down in history for you, what a time! Considering you'll have a early c section I'd say your definitely half way through now, so your really getting there. Assuming they are scanning you again next week? Rest up as much as possible at home, don't worry about responding to much of your just hybernating over the next week or so, just let us know you and the babies are ok when you can 💞💞

Little Lamb Nappies

I would advise a washer dryer too, they are quite honestly the best things ever in the history of the world with a baby. I am practically in a relationship with mine!

I can really recommended the Nappy Lady questionnaire. She responds with a set of personalized recommendations for reusables based on the answers you give, and stocks most/all brands on her website. I got my recommendations back and it's really helped demystify it! Plus you get an unlimited use 5 per cent discount code.

RestorationInsanity · 11/06/2020 11:04

The little lamb nappies look so cute and fluffy! I had a dream last night that I was changing baby's nappy and just had no idea what I was doing (I have never changed a nappy before, am so unprepared for this!)

ChampooPapi · 11/06/2020 11:21

@RestorationInsanity I know I'm tempted to buy them just to look and snuggle them 😆. Don't worry, I had never changed a nappy either when I had my first daughter, I think the low experience and low expectations made everything so much easier and you continuously feel brave, competent, and brilliant for being able to do even the smallest thing! You'll be an expert on it all within a few months as well trust me 🥰

😊 plus I can mine those of you with children already for all the hints and tips!

I did get excited this morning though, as I can no longer do up my trousers and have had to use a hairband today! With clothes on I think I've even started to look a bit pregnant. Now seriously glad I ordered some maternity jeans and they're arriving today!

danielasummer · 11/06/2020 11:42

Hi everyone, haven't posted in a while but I've read every single thread, the posts moves so quick but that's no bad thing :) @nearlyamummyof3 I've been keeping an eye on your posts and so glad surgery went well and both babies are fine x

@ChampooPapi @RestorationInsanity I've looked at Little Lamb too as I've been recommended by a friend, still no idea which pack to go for though! They do look so cute though and getting me excited about nappy changes (weird I know, probably won't be saying that in 6 months I'm sure)

I hope you're all well. I'm 14+1 now, clothes feeling very snug but pretty much all symptoms gone and don't feel pregnant! Next step is 16 week midwife app and I'm sure it'll all feel real again when I get a listen on the doppler :) thinking of you all, not long to go now really! xx

MummyShark97 · 11/06/2020 11:43

@nearlyamummyof3 really pleased for you, hope you can go home, put your feet up and enjoy being with your family. x

RunnerGirl123 · 11/06/2020 13:13

Great news @nearlyamummyof3. Hope you've been discharged now.

I had a scan this morning to try take some more measurements and unfortunately the prognosis does not look good for us. The cyst in baby's tummy has grown and looks as though it is putting pressure on the heart now and whilst the body is the correct length, the head is measuring 2 weeks behind. Just waiting for an earlier referral to fetal medicine centre (we are being seen at 22 weeks) and further advice. They can't say which way it'll go right now, so we're expecting the worst but hoping for the best. Sorry to be a bit of a downer but thought I'd give an explanation if I'm not around for a while. Will try keep you updated though.

chubbyhotchoc · 11/06/2020 13:22
