Early pregnancy worries

Hi all, I got my first BFP with first baby on Saturday and am roughly 5 weeks pregnant... my question is has anyone else experienced little to no symptoms at this early stage? Yesterday I felt exhausted, headache and slightly hung over.. I am going to the loo a lot and have had some mild cramping at the start of the week but today I feel nothing. It has made me feel quite anxious today as a lot of people keep telling me sickness etc is a sign of strong hormones . Anyone else had similar experiences?

@RDC2020 I really wouldn't worry if it's just the sore boobs that have disappeared! Symptoms come & go, no 2 people are the same so don't worry yourself.
Personally in both my pregnancies I didn't have any symptoms at all until 6weeks when the headaches started. Only lasted a couple of weeks 1st time, currently 7 weeks & still feeling off but hoping it subsides soon.
I know it's hard not to to be anxious until you've had the scan etc but just relax & enjoy feeling ok because tomorrow you might not 😅
