Thank you @Babyhope98

Say in the car waiting for the phone-call.

Suspense is killing me. Half an hour late now.

EithneBlue · 28/05/2020 10:56

@Eskdale2004 Good luck! :-)

MummyShark97 · 28/05/2020 11:08

@Eskdale2004 gosh hope you are not too uncomfortable x

Eskdale2004 · 28/05/2020 11:19

Baby fine, measuring 14+1 so couldn’t do screening. Thought I was around 13+5 so it’s nice to be moved forwards a little bit. Sex guesses welcome.

@Eskdale2004 I got distracted with work but came onto say good luck but instead I will say that is great news that everything went well and that you got moved forward. I was a bit upset when I got moved back I must admit. I'm going to guess a girl but it really is just a guess.

RestorationInsanity · 28/05/2020 11:28

Lovely news @Eskdale2004! Sorry it was too late for screening but nice to shorten the waiting time a teeny bit! Hope the good news helps mellow your DH a bit after last night's episode.

RunnerGirl123 · 28/05/2020 11:31

Fab news @eskdale2004! Safe journey home!

Pe4nutsmum · 28/05/2020 12:31

@Eskdale2004 yay Grear news I'm so happy for you. My guess would be girl.

I got my NHS scan this morning baby is measuring 12 and 5. Due date is officially the 5th of December yay.. Bloods all taken said results take two weeks.

The midwife I had this morning was so lovely you gave me so many scans and said this way dad can feel like he was here.

It's amazing how much they change in a week.

Pinktruffle · 28/05/2020 12:41

Lovely to hear your scans went well @Pe4nutsmum and @Eskdale2004.

I often think I see coloured discharge when I go to the toilet @Eskdale2004 but I think it's just our overactive imaginations. I've never inspected toilet paper so much in my life!

@ChampooPapi haha don't worry, I'd never be one of those mums! The pram itself is enough an indulgence for me!

RunnerGirl123 · 28/05/2020 12:48

Great news @Pe4nutsmum look at all those lovely photos!

Eskdale2004 · 28/05/2020 13:35

@Pe4nutsmum those a photos are great! So many too! Mine were crap quality, they always have been at that hospital, don’t know whether it’s the machines they use or that fact I have a little bit of a mum belly 🤣

skinnyhotchoc · 28/05/2020 13:47

@Eskdale2004 @Pe4nutsmum that's brilliant. Scans are so nerve wracking!!
Just had my NIPT back low risk. I've been a cow to my dh all day with the stress of it lol. So happy. Nub whisperer was correct. If is a girl!

ChampooPapi · 28/05/2020 13:53

@Eskdale2004 hey congratulations! Fantastic baby news 🥰 you'll get the quadruple test and I think that it may be slightly more accurate although later, but quote me if I'm wrong anyone as not 100 percent on that. Fantastic news on your healthy little one 💜

And @Pe4nutsmum I am obsessed with your scan pictures! They are so clear and too cute 🥰👣 i'm literally just guessing though with the sex this time from my inspections as I look at one and think girl, then look at another and think boy. So I tossed a coin, heads for boy, tales for girl.

It was heads so I anoint your baby team boy ☺️

Mmmm, maybe i should coin toss on all of ours and we should see how accurate that is, I bet its as accurate as a lot of other guessing from the I'll informed such as myself!

@skinnyhotchoc fantastic news on your results lovely 🙌 absolutely brilliant, you can fully relax into this second trimester now. I'm pretty sure I guessed girl too as well! Don't worry about your dh, he'll survive, you have been growing a human and you can now sit back and enjoy the relative calm of the next few months together 💜

ChampooPapi · 28/05/2020 14:00

I did it 🧐😅

From about a week ago

@skinnyhotchoc gorgeous little girl if say you have there 🌈🥰. Wonderful update, except the blood letting obviously! Good effort of getting them to do it, it'll make the results so much faster

ChampooPapi · 28/05/2020 14:01

And by the way, I will only be charging everyone 4 pounds for my correct guesses 😏

Money sent in a stamped addressed envelope please 🙏

@Pinktruffle can I also shout out the ergobaby adapt sling. It's cheaper then the 360 or Omni and is suitable from birth. Great one for the dad's to use as well, really supportive for the back and shoulders

skinnyhotchoc · 28/05/2020 14:10

@ChampooPapi hee hee! I did wonder if that nub woman on fb was a charlatan but for £8 I was ok with it. Maybe she's genuine after all!

ChampooPapi · 28/05/2020 14:15

@skinnyhotchoc oh I love it all, it's just harmless fun and we all need that during these times.

I may even become a nub whisperer myself 😂

....Though may not use the phase 'nub whisperer' to describe myself as it sounds really weird

I'd perhaps be 'the nub considerer' or alternatively 'the random coin tosser of gender fate' 🧐

Congrats @skinnyhotchoc 💕💕
Beautiful photos @Eskdale2004 what a relief today must of been for you and to move forward is awesome.
I was 15 weeks yesterday felt like a massive mile stone for some reason 🥳🥳🥳

Lovely pictures as well @Pe4nutsmum gorgeous little peanut 🥜🥜

nearlyamummyof3 · 28/05/2020 15:31

I can see you making a lot of money from this 'gender coin toss' venture @ChampooPapi 😜💙💕💙💕

nearlyamummyof3 · 28/05/2020 15:32

I can't wait to see if you're right about my little beans I'm counting down the days till Wednesday @ChampooPapi

ChampooPapi · 28/05/2020 15:51

@nearlyamummyof3 I'm counting down too! If only for the extra 4 pounds 😂

I can't believe your 15 weeks! It is a big landmark for twins, from 15 weeks onwards you are in the 'safe' zone as far as my research goes. I can't wait for your update lovely, whichever you get it'll be double the love either way 🥰

nearlyamummyof3 · 28/05/2020 16:01

@ChampooPapi haha at this rate you'll be able to get a very fancy pram!
That's lovely to know about the safe zone thanks.

I'm still waiting to see the specialist about my asthma but that's my only niggle at the moment. ☺️
