I've had a slight burst of energy today so I've got a few jobs done, I've put fake tan on and I've curled my hair.. I'm pooped now!! My tummy feels like I've been doing sit ups?? And my boobs feel like I've been doing press ups!! 🙈😂

@Rnic1x haha bless you, I'm suffering but it's like one day constipated.. then the day after I go.. but i used to go every day! So it's creating some serious grumbling in my tummy 🤦🏻‍♀️

@dixiedo you still clearly have symptoms though - moodswings and crying over nothing is a symptom!

@djmbaker I had loads of energy this morning I did my long walk, cleaned downstairs and done 40 minute pilates, and I've suddenly drained out and I'm laid on the sofa with my pillow and blanket while I listen to my conference call!

@katbaby ohh I don't feel that bad then, this time I've done 6 I've got another 2 on the way, dp was like FFS stop wasting money 😂 but I'd rather be 8 times sure? I will be 3+ now too so I want to see it haha x

@Rnic1x I think anything that makes you feel reassured can't be a bad thing. I got my 3+ yesterday so I'm done testing now, think it gives me confidence getting the 3+ shows my hormones are doing what they should be!

Hi ladies, apologies for writing on here and not starting my own thread- I have no idea how to!

I’m 9 weeks and due on the 2nd December. Just looking for some advice to calm my nerves. I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks and straight away I filled out my hospital referral form which is common practice for my area. I suffered a mmc in December at 10 weeks (baby stropped growing at 6 weeks). With that pregnancy again I self referred myself and was sent a booking in app for when I was nearly 10 weeks, I was sent this about 3 weeks after i sent my self referral.

Anyway, sorry for the rambling and I hope I’m making sense. I haven’t heard a single thing since sending my form to the hospital, I contacted the midwife I saw last time who kindly gave me a number to call, I called a week ago and the only option was to leave a voicemail which I still haven’t heard back from. I completely understand things are being done different at the moment but I am going out of my mind! Thankfully for my own sanity I went and had a private scan at 8+4 and saw a strong heartbeat which has reassured me slightly.

Any suggestions?!

I wouldnt even know where to begin @Charl2701! It's all new to me too, is there no way you could contact your gp surgery? That's how I got my booking in appointment

@Charl2701 welcome!! Where are you based? I know midwives are crazy busy right now but they will ring you back? Surely especially with your history. Could you not try your GP?

I can't offer much more help with midwives as my midwife is my neighbour and she runs a special unit for people who have had issues in the past.

I had a MMC last August so I can totally understand your worries. I am about 7 weeks now and I have an early scan booked for two weeks time.

That's great you've had a strong heartbeat, congratulations.

This group is amazingly supportive so hopefully you'll find some comfort here. 💕

I have completely gone off the thought of food which is NOT like me!!!!! The doctors have just rang me back, can go and pick up a sample to drop back off tomorrow and she will give me some anti biotics. Hope that this makes me feel better! I did my second clear blue before as I got 2 on Saturday and it was still 3+ weeks! Not sure what I was expecting!

@ElectricTonight we had a takeaway on Tuesday! Luckily DH was very on board.

@PocoyoandEllie what are your symptoms of UTI? I feel like I might be getting one too.

@Wearenotyourkind I have had really dark wee, constantly feel like I need a wee even if I have been and have got some tummy ache in my lower tummy. I am hoping it is a uti and not anything more sinister. Every ache or pain has got me panicking!

Thank you. Mumsnet is my saviour sometimes. I’m based in SW London. My GP doesn’t have anything to do with pregnancies either, it’s all do it yourself self referral! Thankfully I’ve been able to contact the lovely midwife I saw last time. I called up the booking team again today but annoyingly it’s just a voicemail option so I will just have to wait and see. x

Thank you @PocoyoandEllie I feel pretty much the same. I think I'll see how it is tomorrow. Having never been pregnant before, it's all new to me with what's normal and what isn't.

We ordered a dominos on Monday and now I'm craving ordering Thai food. I mean like mountains and mountains of Thai food!
We're trying to stick to one cheat night a week so I'm having to make a healthy story fry instead - won't be nearly as satisfying ☹️

Wine still also smells so delicious! This child is going to love wine and spicy food when it's older if cravings and smells have anything to do with their likes and dislikes!

@december2020 I wanted a Thai tonight, I'm going to get one over the weekend instead 😂🐷

I also had a dominos the other day and I caved in tonight and got a Chinese. That's it now home cooked meals for a few days weeks! 😂🙈

How are you all feeling this evening ?

My appetite is the same - DH just made a Mexican feast of quesadillas, rice and beans, nachos and corn on the cob! Was amazing. Trying to get lots of calories in in case nausea starts next week, I’m only 5+1. I also had an epic breakfast of avocado on toast with smoked salmon. Feeling pretty tired this evening though, may have an early night!

I've got really bad acid reflux tonight which is very annoying.
I made a lovely chilli but I didn't fancy it with this bloody issue. Tell you what, pregnancy is not attractive is it 😂😂😂

Don't panic with water infections girls by the way.. I've had one and it's all cleared up with anti biotics. 😍

Well ladies tonight I up chucked for the first time. Most intense wave of nausea, I am not in bed feeling sorry for myself! How is everyone else feeling?

Sorry to hear people have sickness and utis etc. I made bacon and cheese turnovers for tea. Were lovely but sitting a bit heavy now.

Got my appointment through for my 12 week scan. 5 week today

Im just worried about all the little aches and pains, not in massive amounts of pain either I think I am just worried 😩!!
