@Pippop21 we have become one 🤗💤

ChampooPapi · 14/04/2020 19:51

@Pippop21 this thread is my bedtime story. I've tried my actual book but it of course makes me feel sick reading off the page 🤦

peachypetite · 14/04/2020 20:26

I don’t honestly know how I’d be coping if I was in the office

Amymone · 14/04/2020 21:30

Hi,
Just joining this because I'm due on the 26th Nov! Feels good to be on the same journey with you!

Saraelle · 14/04/2020 21:52

@EithneBlue I like the sound of an Epsom Salt bath, maybe that’s what I will do next time I have aches and pains. Got really bad back ache tonight but it’s cleared up.

Got my scan (7 week early one) tomorrow, rang and checked that they are still expecting me and they said yes so that’s a positive.

@KrissyMB What was B6 for sorry? Nausea? Mine seems to be more when I am really hungry and does go off. Yesterday I just had small meals all day and mainly toast. Today I have been much better 😊.

Apart from the sickness and aches and pains hope you’re all well!! Xx

So im back out of bed and on the aofa cause my OH is a fat pig and i want to punch him square in the nose!! Hes on furlough so no work...im still working full time on the front line and im shattered as it is!
According to him i do naff all! Sorry but in my eyes he should be doing in seen as though he had no work cause if that was me the house would be spotless on the daily! Hes been going on about me making a cake for days and i just couldnt be arsed! Gave in this afternoon for him to tell me it wasnt nice! I wanted to throw his face in the bastard cake!!!! Grrrrr im sick of him bitching like a little woman! Just get on woth the house work and i'll muck in when i have some time off! Im not lazy and hes making me out to be! Infact i cant do no right at all at the mo and the cake thing tipped me over the edge!! Last time i make an effort let me tell ya! Xxx

@Saraelle yes for Nausea, the doc recommended it.

Oh no @Pippop21 seems like he isn't being the most supportive! Show him our chats and he will soon realise we're all feeling the same!!! Some men just don't get it!

EithneBlue · 14/04/2020 23:01

@Pippop21 That doesn't sound like a great evening. Take a breath and have a cup of tea. Guys are emotionally unaware sometimes.
Maybe wait until the morning and then have a chat with him about what you need from him and be honest that you're feeling a little unappreciated. It's a weird time to be alive and it's certainly a weird time to be also dealing with the stress of being pregnant. Try not to throw any actual punches!

I'm curious actually: I might have missed this elsewhere in the thread - what do you do for work? :-)

MummyShark97 · 15/04/2020 06:42

@pippop21 Hi! I'm so sorry to hear about your rough night! At first my husband thought I was exaggerating it a little bit as he pictured that things would get harder for me over time and saw one of our friends who is about 20 weeks out on a jog which cemented it for him (if she can jog why are you so poorly? type thing) so I went on whattoexpect.com which has lots of videos on pregnancy symptoms and I showed him one about the stage the baby is at in developing (6 weeks at the time) and then I showed one about pregnancy fatigue which explains it's so much worse in the first trimester and many women feel a lot better in the second trimester. He apologised and he has really looked after me since. Might be worth a try as they're very factual videos Smile

Amymone · 15/04/2020 08:56

I got a jibe from DP last night about being a couch potato. Was fairly unimpressed. Sorry for being tired whilst growing your miniature human....

Amymone · 15/04/2020 09:00

@CurlyT94 I've been getting quite bad cramps all the way through. Feel just like period pains. Woke me up in the night last night.
Anyone else waking up like they've been for a night on the tiles? Feeling super dehydrated and gross in the mornings. Must be all the nighttime peeing!

peachypetite · 15/04/2020 14:34

Does anyone else wish McDonald’s was open? I rarely eat it but I haven’t eaten properly for a week and I reckon I would really enjoy chips and nuggets!

EithneBlue · 15/04/2020 14:48

@Amymone -- My husband did say that if he didn't know I was pregnant he would be telling me to see the doctor because I've been so tired. To be honest, all the other symptoms are pretty mild for me but the fatigue is actually insane.

@peachypetite Double cheeseburger and chips...........

Amymone · 15/04/2020 15:00

I'm not really sleepy, just feeling drained and lacking in life force. To be honest, I don't know whether it's pregnancy or low mood with everything going on. Feel like I've pretty much lost all motivation. Hoping I can get it back!

Pippop21 · 15/04/2020 17:55

Oh god im fine haha i just tell him where to go lol!

Anyone elses boobs grown overnight? Hahaha

Oh and update on the tiff i had with OH, im still not speaking to him cause I'm a stubborn arse, he messaged me in work about doing my tea but i said no cause dont want to be branded lazy again! Hes cleaned the house and I'm snuggled up with my son who feels poorly while watching the goonies! Xxx

KrissyMB · 15/04/2020 19:27

@peachypetite omg yes! I was thinking about mcdonalds today - and yet it's probably been a year since I've had one!
@Pippop21 yep I think I've gone up 2 bra sizes already - when I take my bra off at night - my god its sore!!

Pippop21 · 15/04/2020 19:45

@KrissyMB i woke up this morning and was like WOAHHHH!! Mine are more painful during the end of the day, and during the night when in asleep. They seem to be less painful in the morning but aa the day goes on get worse!
Think i'll have to invest in some sport bra type of bra-let things

OP posts:
peachypetite · 15/04/2020 19:47

@KrissyMB glad it’s not just me. Just something about it I’m really craving!

MummyShark97 · 15/04/2020 19:50

@KrissyMB Same ! because I'm wfh I'm sticking to big hoodies and not wearing one. Can't bear having one on at the moment deffo need to get a few nice comfy sports bras!

@peachypetite McDonalds fries would be absolutely amazing right now

peachypetite · 15/04/2020 19:56

God hopefully soon ladies!! I have only eaten some nuts, half a smoothie and a jelly pot today.

Rara88Cas · 16/04/2020 08:30

@Pippop21 I'm the same first thing on a morning nipples are just a bit tender (sorry if TMI!) by the end of the day I cant bare any pressure on them - my poor dog jumps up for a cuddle and I end up screaming! have to sit on the sofa covered in cushions to protect Tummy and Boobs!!
I've said if I reach 12 weeks I'm definitely investing in some better bras!
