Hi all,

I'm jumping the gun a little with this as I'm pregnant and found out earlier than a missed period (it's 3 days away)

I had a miscarriage at the start of February so I'm terrified, but trying to be optimistic all will be okay. My lines are getting darker, which they didn't do last time.

Anyone else due in December?

Ladies who have messaged me to join the FB group, check your emails if you haven't yet Smile

Anyone else please feel free to message me your FB email address to be added Smile

Gems7 · 07/04/2020 16:51

@littletandme just messaged you 😊 x

Hakunamatata9 · 07/04/2020 17:09

@Maggi85 similar to me, my little one is 2 in September! X

LBJ2410 · 07/04/2020 17:18

@confused107 congrats!! We went through IVF too and luckily it worked first time (after 2 years and 2 operations for my husband! 😬)

I was exactly the same.. I don't want to get ahead of myself and didn't believe the test for ages!! I think it's natural to be scared when you've wanted it for so long! But try and stay positive - it's all we can do ☺️ x

bitheby · 07/04/2020 17:32

Good luck @confused107.

Fingers crossed all these pregnancies stick. Got everything crossed for you.

I'm single and 43 and have conceived with a donor. The rumour was that London would be locked down on the Friday and I was due to ovulate on the Saturday. So I made a mad dash into London to meet him and inseminate, knowing that if I didn't, I might not have another chance for months.

As it happened London didn't lockdown - it was all just a rumour; but then the whole country locked down a few days later.

I really hope this pregnancy continues. It feels like if it does, then it was my only chance.

MrsB2019x · 07/04/2020 17:54

Is anyone else spotting? Going slightly out of my mind. I think I’m 4+4 today.

Emerald89 · 07/04/2020 18:07

@bitheby what an incredible story! Congratulations, I hope it goes well for you

MrsC2018 · 07/04/2020 18:20

@confused107 IVF pregnancy here too 🙋‍♀️ this little bean is my 5th and only successful transfer so I'm utterly terrified. Congratulations ❤️ although I seem to have just swapped one set of worry and heartache for another as my IVF viability scan isn't until 20th

@MrsB2019x ive been spotting since Saturday night and have been out of my mind. I have no advice, except that nowhere NHS will scan or take bloods 😢 I've managed to book a private scan tomorrow as I'm 6 weeks but I'm not hopeful that they'll be able to see much.

Just realised I'm really negative there, sorry guys!

bitheby · 07/04/2020 18:27

Not negative at all Mrs C. Totally natural to be anxious and want so much for these pregnancies to become cherished children.

Beccarans89 · 07/04/2020 18:27

@MRSC2018 I totally understand that feeling as that was me last week! I had spotting for 5 days on and off and was terrified. I had a private scan on Saturday (I was 6 weeks too) and baby was fine! They did an abdominal scan and could see the yolk sac and could check it was in the right place. They then did an internal scan and saw the baby and it's heartbeat so they should be able to reassure you tomorrow! Good luck with it xxx

MrsB2019x · 07/04/2020 18:33

@MrsC2018 How exciting to have an early scan! Let us know how it goes 🥰

AnnieCa34 · 07/04/2020 18:40

@confused107 awww what type of dog have you got? Mine are both spoilt and love my lap, they also love kids though so hoping they will be ok with a baby here! They will have to learn to share my lap though!

MrsC2018 · 07/04/2020 18:43

@MrsB2019x 😂 not excited at all! Utterly and totally terrified. I would rather do anything than go 🙈 but of course I'll let you know what they say xx

aitch07 · 07/04/2020 18:50

@AnnieCa34 I should be banned from google right now! My little dog is such a comfort to me. He will be the best big brother. So hope this one is here to stay xx

BettyS89 · 07/04/2020 18:57

Hi ladies 🙋🏼‍♀️ hope it's ok if I join the gang? I'm due on the 11th of December with my first although we have sadly had two mc's already. Really hoping this one sticks but got a good feeling 🤞
Has anyone had an early scan yet? The ultrasound centre near me is closed until May so I have booked on for then but I'm a bit concerned that it might be closed for longer due to Coronavirus 😔.
The only symptoms I have had is cramping although a few of them have defo not been mild!! Has anyone else had the same??

confused107 · 07/04/2020 19:00

@AnnieCa34 we have a little cavapoo. Aren't dogs the best

@MrsB2019x I completely feel the same as you. I only have 9 days to wait until mine, don't think I could last any longer. Do let us know how you get on

AnnieCa34 · 07/04/2020 19:02

@aitch07 awwww they are the best! What dog have you got? I have 2 cavaliers, they are cuddle monsters, are getting a bit too used to me being home 24/7 lol.

@BettyS89 have you got a window to the womb near you? They seem to be the only ones open at the moment. I have one booked with them for the 18th all the ones nearer me were closed. I have had awful cramps they have eased now but when I was week 4 and 5 I had some really bad ones and was really paranoid but all seems fine, I hope! Good luck and I hope this one sticks for you!

AnnieCa34 · 07/04/2020 19:04

@confused107 awwwwww mine are cavaliers! They are the best! Not sure what I would do without them, one got me through an awful relationship and a divorce and the other has been there since I set up on my own and now live with my boyfriend with them both! And his cats! It’s rather squashed!

MrsC2018 · 07/04/2020 19:08

@AnnieCa34 @confused107 I have a little Cavapoo too ❤️ but she looks like a cavalier as she's only 1/4 poodle. Little treasure she is 🥰

My scan tomorrow is booked with window to the womb, and depending on the news tomorrow I imagine I'll be goi g back weekly if they let me 🤣

BreadmanAndCake · 07/04/2020 19:22

Evening everyone, tagging along if that's okay. Think I'm due about 8th December. This will be our second, my son is 2. Super excited despite all the madness occurring at present! Smile

MrsB2019x · 07/04/2020 19:23

Just started bleeding bright red. Like first day of your period kind of heavy. I think it’s all over. 😭

Beccarans89 · 07/04/2020 19:26

@MrsB2019x so sorry to hear that! Keep a close eye and then call your docs in the morning to see what they say. Got everything crossed for you that it's ok. How far along are you? X

Dreamcatcher34 · 07/04/2020 19:29

Aww so sorry to hear that MrsB. Don’t give up just yet, it’s not always the end. There’s lots of threads on here about people who bleed throughout their whole pregnancy.

MrsB2019x · 07/04/2020 19:29

4 weeks and 4 days. I only found out yesterday. 😭

I phoned the doctor’s today to register and they said I need to self-refer to midwifery myself at 6 weeks so don’t think they will do anything anyway.

Dreamcatcher34 · 07/04/2020 19:31

My due date going off my period is 8th December, but going off the conception indicator and when I must have ovulated, I think I’m due around 16th December. Does anyone know another about VBACs?
