@professorastrocat - I said I'd set up a graduates group I'm tentatively on here though coz if the test at 11 is bad news I'll be back on a bus! Everything so far seems ok as the test this morning says 3 + weeks got the midwife appt tomorrow xx

That's all good news @Hhdxx it's been lovely and sunny and it helps lift us doesn't it. You have to treat yourself where you can, too!

I'm ok thanks, just trying to balance life at the moment with working at home with my little boy at home but many are struggling a lot more than us at the moment.

I retched for the first time today- bang on 6 weeks. Very pleased that I kept my vitamin down though. Curious to see how this develops... not! Starting nightshifts on Friday, so crossing my fingers for that. I don't feel like it's going to be the best thing ever . How is everyone else? X

@Bumblebee413 ooh those multi vits are so hard on the tummy, I always have to take them before bed otherwise I always vom.

Really random symptom one - but is anyone struggling to stay warm or constantly feeling cold? I am freezing! DD and DH have been wandering around the house in shorts and tshirt all day and I'v got 4 layers on (vest,long tshirt,jumper,hoodie combo & 2pairs of thick socks) yet I'm still not warm! I actually stuck a pair of gloves on when i was on my laptop doing a bit of work! I'm not sick no temperature etc. So not particularly worried about it being anything to do with COVID-19 but it's just weird and really annoying!

@Talcott2007 yes I'm sleeping with pyjamas, jumper and dressing gown. I can't get warm at night.

@Talcott2007 me too! I was really worried I was getting ill but (like you) no temp. Glad I’m not the only one!

Morning, I've not been on for a while, was waiting on the shut down and tying up loose ends in work.
I only seem to pop on now on worries and panics for reassurance or sensibility. Hope everyone is doing well x

Sick of my "before I wake up wee" usually at 6.30am and I get up at 7 anyway.
Today I needed to go at 6ish and each time I tried to stretch my leg and something on my right side wouldn't let me do it, although there's been no pain or cramping.
Managed to go and there was some blood, not just when I wiped (I didn't even look at the tissue, I had no need too) just already in the bowl.
Got to wait nearly 3 hours before BEP clinic opens, what's the chances they'll even call me in with all that's going on?

Sorry for the wailing story, just sat here with not much else to do in the meantime.

@professorastrocat Ive already told DP and I got upset but now I'm not, just realistic, it's completely out of anyone's hands but the more I nip to the loo it's a pinky brown colour which is a bit more reassuring too.

Sorry to hear that @Anon87, must be so stressful, have you managed to contact anyone yet?

@Lola871 There's 2 numbers for our BEP, got through to one and she gave me the other which is heavily engaged 🤦🏻‍♀️Doh x

They've booked me in for a scan for 11.15 today.
Obviously DP can't come in but doubt he'd feel comfy sitting in on a vaginal anyway 😆

@Anon87 fingers crossed for you. How far along are you? I had this week 5 of pregnancy. Stringy bits... Eww xx

@Hhdxx 7 + 4 today. There's less and less now, I really think itll be fine but just worth getting checked.
DP even had a sneaky Google and has been telling me (and himself I guess) all the reassuring stuff. Think it's also opening his eyes abit more too.

Yay good stuff. Glad all is fine. Bleeding really is quite common isn't it but still freaks you out.

Measuring 7+5 (as FEM predicted) but first midwife got 7+4 from LMP. Not bad going.

I never had anyone scares with DD at all, maybe too young and too uneducated back then lol.

Just had my scan date through 16th April. I'll be 13+2 by my reckoning.

My sickness only dies off if I eat. DP hasn't grasped this yet and when he's trying to be lovely and make the meals, it's not quick enough 😆
I don't need whole and hearty all the time just get the beans on toast in my face!! 😂😂

Sickness still going for me @Hhdxx and I'm 10+4 but I've heard of some saying it's easing off around this stage.

@Hhdxx @Anon87 & @professorastrocat all-day sickness started for me in full force 2 days ago 🤢 I am getting through a lot of marmite on toast. At my early scan yesterday they said it should stop at the end of the first trimester so fingers crossed. It’s going to be a long 5 weeks!
