@professorastrocat - I said I'd set up a graduates group I'm tentatively on here though coz if the test at 11 is bad news I'll be back on a bus! Everything so far seems ok as the test this morning says 3 + weeks got the midwife appt tomorrow xx

I felt fine yesterday until I got in bed then I couldn't sleep coz unfelt so sick!! Had my scan today little bean is fine so far and has a really strong heartbeat they've booked me in for CVS on 31st March! They said it looks like the placenta might form at the back wall which might make CVS difficult but I'd have to back a week later if they can't do not then- Ives dead on with my date I am 7+5 which is what I thought means I conceived day after my DD birthday! I can't read the letter as I don't want to in know my due date!
@Hhdxx - yes I used FMU
@Anon87 congrats
Hope all you girls struggling with sickness start to feel better soon! Xxx

Another random question, is anyone worried about corona due to reduced immune system when pregnant? I travel on the tube every day which is manky at the best of times!

Anon87 · 03/03/2020 19:11

@Needallthesleep Ive worked with pre-owned items everyday in all conditions for nearly 15 years, my immune system must be like concrete now 😂

🖕🏻 To Coronavirus 😂😂

Hhdxx · 04/03/2020 20:39

@Needallthesleep yes I'm quite worried about the Corona virus because I work in a school with snotty children 😂

I've had my first lot of test results come back as abnormal but the number seems pretty normal to me? I've about 5 and a half weeks and I have 6300 HCG. Anyone else had theirs done? Xxz

Anon87 · 04/03/2020 20:52

@Hhdxx I've got my first appointment with a nurse at my Gp's next week, I'll be 5 + 2, I doubt she'll do a blood test. Feel like I'm missing out. X

Hhdxx · 04/03/2020 20:55

@Anon87 it's because I've had spotting xxx

professorastrocat · 04/03/2020 21:09

@Hhdxx did they explain the test results to you?

@Anon87 I have nothing until I'm just under 10 weeks 🙁

Hope everyone is doing ok!!

Was wondering if we should be Feb/March bus graduates group so we get a few more joining? We'll have to stalk the March bus though....

Anon87 · 04/03/2020 21:09

@Hhdxx Oh I'm sorry. I keep reading people knowing their levels but not always seeing why they know.

Hhdxx · 04/03/2020 21:14

@professorastrocat nope just that I need my test doing tomorrow again to compare. Fingers crossed.
@Anon87 don't be sorry! It's not your fault. It's stopped now so hopefully everything is ok xxx

sparkler07 · 04/03/2020 21:33

@Hhdxx. I havent had mine done, i have googled and the your results seem within range which is good. I have an appt with midwide to book in in 3 weeks. Xx

Hhdxx · 04/03/2020 21:45

@sparkler07 thank you for searching. I thought they looked normal too? Why would the doctor put abnormal? Just to stress me out? I've got mine in three weeks too... Don't know how to tell me boss 😩

BooMamaBear · 04/03/2020 21:56

@professorastrocat - i do stalk the March bus just to see how all the girls are doing and add anyone who gets a BFP can I change thy name of a group or do we have to set up a new one?
I'm 8 weeks tomorrow - I'm feeling sick right now and had really bad hip and back pain all day but apart from that my sickness has been a bit better!

Still gotta wait just under 4 weeks for the all important 11 week test! This is going to drag so much need you guys to keep me sane!! Xx

Had my first over emotional show tonight. To be fair, DP was speaking to me like I was 3 (or as I said, like a tw*t), so he damn well got told and I went and ate my tea in the kitchen and came straight to bed.

That's not the over emotional, that was bang on, but I cried in the kitchen which frustrated me even more. Crying is just not my thing.

Talcott2007 · 05/03/2020 10:40

I've been very emotional too over the last couple of days @Anon87 I think it goes with the territory! Be kind to yourself.

So I'm after opinions on when to book my early scan for. It's between the option of either 21st March or 28th March which would make me 7+3 or 8+3 based on LMP. Now I'm obviously super impatient so
wanting to lean towards the earlier date plus as that's the day before Mother's Day it would be like the best gift! Grin

BUT the pragmatist in me is thinking that IF (and there is no reason to suspect anything is wrong) but IF the scan say didn't have good news, then it was totally ruin Mother's day and I'd probably not be able to not thing about it every Mother's day to come in the future!

What do you think?

Needallthesleep · 05/03/2020 11:42

I would just go with the earlier date @Talcott2007, though just a flag that a scan at 7+3 would probably be dildo cam rather than the nice one on your tummy! I had an early scan at 7 weeks yesterday and it was so lovely.

Talcott2007 · 05/03/2020 11:52

I'm not over bothered by an internal scan - I had that sort with DD at an EPU as we weren't sure on dates with her and it was important due to starting some additional medication by 12w

DH is leaning more towards 28th - As sure there will be more to see/make it worthwhile.

BooMamaBear · 05/03/2020 12:05

It's difficult coz I had a normal ultrasound scan at 7+5 and although the bean was small I think it's easier to see the heartbeat as it was when I had an 8 weeks scan. However on my 9 week scans the bean was bigger and though your can still see the heartbeat it's not as clear as the baby is bigger! Xx

Needallthesleep · 05/03/2020 12:37

Ahh yay @Hhdxx that’s good. Very bizarre they told you your HG levels weren’t normal. Dr google says they very much are normal. Can you get a second opinion?

Hhdxx · 05/03/2020 12:44

@Needallthesleep thank you. I'm so confused and spent all night worrying. I've got another test today to see if they've doubled
So fingers crossed xxx

sparkler07 · 05/03/2020 13:02

@Hhdxx . I'm doing mine 2moro. Was going to do it today but by time i remembered I had already been to the loo lol. Xx

sparkler07 · 05/03/2020 13:05

Had my flu jab today. The nurse annoyed me. Questioning by saying why I am having another when my kids are older as its like restarting again 😒. Xx

Needallthesleep · 05/03/2020 15:59

I’ve just had a large bleed of brown blood. How much of an issue do we think this is? Do I go to the EPU?

Needallthesleep · 05/03/2020 15:59

I had a scan yesterday which showed a healthy baby

Needallthesleep · 05/03/2020 16:00

Could it be as a result of that?
