@professorastrocat - I said I'd set up a graduates group I'm tentatively on here though coz if the test at 11 is bad news I'll be back on a bus! Everything so far seems ok as the test this morning says 3 + weeks got the midwife appt tomorrow xx

@Needallthesleep it could be the scan couldn't it? Can you ring epu?

Thanks, I really hope it was because of the internal scan. I’m so scared. I so desperately don’t want to miscarry.

They should really warn people that this could happen! May put your mind at rest if there's someone you could call?

They usually say no need to worry unless it fresh red blood but I agree it would be good to ring one one - might be different where you love but the EPU here I am only deal with people from 10-17 weeks!!
I'm 8 weeks today and my sickness has come back I feel shocking! Xx

Aw @BooMamaBear I'm the same, poor us! I felt a bit better yesterday and then it's back again today awful. I think being more tired makes it feel worse. I'm eating a lot of ginger biscuits.

I'm feeling a bit crappy today altogether as I feel like I'm still carrying on doing everything normal but failing at everything 😢

Blood is getting redder. I think I’m miscarrying. This is the worst.

Oh gosh @Needallthesleep try not to panic, we're all here holding your hand. Is there nowhere you can call or get a quick appointment or advice from somewhere? I hope your Dh is with you xxx

I've everything crossed it isn't, as bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy xx

Thanks for the messages. I had a scan today and all is fine. No idea why I’m bleeding but it’s not anything I need to worry about at the moment.

@Hhdxx how did you get on with your blood test? I was thinking of you last night. When I was in a&e they did the same blood test that you had, but then told me the results were pointless because there is such a big range that just one test can’t tell anything.

@professorastrocat -how are you feeling now? I was fine all day until now and now I feel really sick and have stomach ache!! I just feel so rubbish! I though I'd finished with the whole nausea stage after two days of feeling fine plus my boob pain has got worse too!! It's annoying coz I keep planning what we can have for dinner then I don't feel up to cooking or eating! I've hardly eaten today had stomach ache so I've not felt hungry!! Probably tmi but I've not been able to poo for a few days so I think that is the cause of my tummy ache!! Xx

@BooMamaBear thank you. The doctors have had them back but the doctor hasn't seen them so they can't give them to me. Ahhh so annoying

@JM0934 do you want to join? I know you were on March bus but this group is graduates from the Feb and March bus just when we set it up the March bus hadn't started yet, just coz everyone is such a good bunch we wanted to keep people together once we weren't on the TTC bus anymore? Congratulations and try not to worry about symptoms they don't usually start til around 5-6 Weeks anyway!

Thanks @BooMamaBear still feeling sick constantly. I'm busy at work and seem to be able to deal with it ok but generally not great. I'm the opposite with food in that it makes me feel better briefly so I'm constantly snacking! 😬 sorry you're so up and down.

Does anyone have any good tips for always staying regular / getting good fibre etc? I try and drink but probably never enough so that would help, but I had this issue aswell ( not being too regular) in my last pregnancy regardless of what I did 😔

@professorastrocat I've got an app that reminds me to drink water 😂 I like meeting targets so its my own silent comp haha I've also started snacking on fig rolls instead of my daily twix. DPs started making me a nutri bullet pot with his too. Only have 2 brews a day and I think I've done enough so far.

@professorastrocat - If it gets really bad j use lactolose the hospital gave me some when I was discharged from my last TFMR coz lost so much blood after a few transfusions I had to be on liquid iron for weeks and that makes you constipated so I've still got some in the cupboard I'm not there yet coz I don't want to end up with the opposite problem! Xx
