Nose bleeds , especially at night. I got these constantly with both

jollybobs89 · 06/01/2020 22:25

Itchy nipples breasts and RESTLESS LEGS

ballsdeep · 06/01/2020 22:31

You breathe like an old goat and even walking up the stairs makes you feel as though you've run a marathon.

Iron tablets make you very loose and your poo is black

Your nipples constantly stick out and could cut glass

You have fanny daggers which makes you feel like someone has shoved a sparkler up your foof

Yellowmellowgem · 06/01/2020 22:32

Baby’s hiccups which can be felt in your hoo-ha when you’re 30+ weeks

ballsdeep · 06/01/2020 22:35

Oh god yes the restless. Legs!!!! I have restless toes, just one foot and it wakes me up every single night.

OhWellThatsJustGreat · 06/01/2020 22:36

How much it would destroy my concentration. I was in a real fog for the last trimester, I took annual leave and started my maternity leave almost 2 months before his due date (he arrived 3 weeks early)

Horehound · 06/01/2020 22:37

That there's quite a lot of injections required and blood to be taken. I have a negative blood so had to have two further injections for that

jollybobs89 · 06/01/2020 22:40

Just that also men don't understand remotely how you feel

yellowmelon · 06/01/2020 22:41

@lovelytobehere - thank you for mentioning mood swings and depression! I can identify - far too many tears, far too easily.

Catworrier · 06/01/2020 22:42

When in labour someone can put their whole hand in you and you don't feel it

WinkyisbackontheButterBeer · 06/01/2020 22:53

Clicky ribs and jaw when chewing because of the hormone that makes your pelvis relax.
The aching hips.
Being awake from 1:30am every night from 30 weeks until baby arrived.
Waking up choking on your own spit.
The knitting needle up the arse/fanny pain.
It looking like you’ve committed murder in the bathroom every time you brush your teeth.
The constipation and piles.
The thirst and weird dry nasal passage feeling.
That too much pineapple (in a bid to get labour started) makes your mouth very sore.

WinkyisbackontheButterBeer · 06/01/2020 22:54

Oh, and how painful and nauseating hunger can be.

ivfbabymomma1 · 06/01/2020 22:58

Don't be so smug if you've got no stretch marks.... them fuckers can arrive after the birth has happened Hmm

NearlyOutedMyself · 06/01/2020 23:02

You'll never sneeze without worrying about the contents of your bladder.

May2020 · 06/01/2020 23:05

Insomnia in the third trimester!

lowwintersun · 06/01/2020 23:22

You might not sleep properly ever again Sad

buddhababy2019 · 06/01/2020 23:27

Seriously painful nipples when you get cold!!! Seriously nearly cried walking round the chilled section in Asda one day lol

Mumof1andacat · 06/01/2020 23:30

That you as person become invisible. Ppl only want to talk about how bump is and dont ask you how you are and how your feeling...

Meggymoo777 · 06/01/2020 23:35

@crystal1717 Another one here with the heartburn!!! never experienced heartburn before or after but was constant during my pregnancy... drank bottle upon bottle of gaviscon. Got out of bed desperately at 4am once when I was 7months pregnant, crying and drove to Tesco to buy Gaviscon in my bloody pajamas.

That and the constant, continuous, unrelenting urge to pee!

Fifilafrog · 06/01/2020 23:37

Horrendous cramps after an orgasm anyone? Almost like labour pains. The one time you're not worried about getting pregnant too 🤷🏻‍♀️

ahenderson270 · 06/01/2020 23:37

I came to say .. bladder weakness .. knowing without a doubt that the upcoming sneeze, laugh or cough is going to make you pee yourself ... only to be made to pee myself laughing at some of these posts.. thank goodness for my tena lady's!!

TheOrigFV45 · 06/01/2020 23:40

Iron tablets did the total opposite of making me constipated! I had to cut the dose down as I was having to rush to the loo so frequently!
Carpel tunnel - vanished right after birth.
Calf cramps. I get these as a runner but oh boy these were something else!
"Hot rocks" when my milk came in.
Didn't change foot size.

MrJollyLivesNextDoor · 06/01/2020 23:47

The stabbing pains up the foof, I'd forgotten about those 😂
Heartburn - 8 tablets a day, spread out at intervals hahahahahahahaha 8 packets more like - it goes instantly when the baby comes out though so hurrah!
Pelvic girdle pain - that wasn't fun

I think I got off lightly tbh

Oh, after giving birth, lochia. I wasn't expecting it to be so..globulous...😑

PPopsicle · 06/01/2020 23:48

Dry, very dry, eyes

eyesbiggerthanstomach · 06/01/2020 23:50

Shoe size getting bigger and staying that way.

Nipples, moles and sun spots getting darker.

Skin tags.
