Is anyone else around 5 weeks pregnant?

Anyone else on here around 5 weeks pregnant? X

So mines is a bit different....been trying for three years, but i got married 7 weeks ago and stopped focusing on falling pregnant. So on Saturday I noticed I had a kinda brown discharge....so it continued to wednesday where my friend suggested doing a test. I had had my period last week so was fairly certain I wasnt pregnant and I was aware I was ovulating this week (I have a 21/24 day cycle) so done a little cheapie test to rule it out and of course, the two lines went up quite faint. So went to Tesco and bought the clearblue early detecto r and a digital test. All came up positive. The digital.one showed as 2/3 weeks pregnant. I have now developed an obbsession sonibhave tested another 7 tests and all have relatively faint lines. This morning I done another digital one that's bow showing me as 1/2 weeks pregnant. I spoke to my midwife and she reckons my period last week was implantatiin bleeding. I no longer have discharge or anything but got mild cramping and tingles down there. Should I be concerned a digital test showed 2/3 weeks at 8pm on Wednesday and now 1/2 weeks today? It wasn't my first pee of the day? I woke up at 4am and done a test, im driving my husband mad

@littlelamb85 I have read on here that those week tests are notoriously inaccurate so I would try not to focus on that too much. I did loads of tests at the start too but now I am just focused on one day at a time and unless I know otherwise I am pregnant!

@2fingers22018 I am the same, my family used to all laugh at me cos I could sleep in til 11, 12 o clock some times (I'm 33 not like I'm a teenager and have an excuse!) but it definitely feels like those days are gone now... sob!

Im terrified my hcg levels are falling. It's my first pregnancy And it's all new to me. The midwife says in 5 weeks pregnant but now im thinking im earlier

@littlelamb85 i second that the date tests arent always accurate and they show when u conceived not how pregnant you are so if they say 1-2 wks u add 2wks onto that if that makes sense @toomuchteaandcake lol i couldnt sleep that late but i did sleep 12 hrs at a time sumtimes now im falling asleep at 9 at night sometimes up at 6 but its a REALLY disturbed sleep

Hi, new here and probably a bit late to the party sorry!

I’m 4 weeks today (I think, based on my LMP date, but I know I ovulated a little earlier around CD12). I’ve got 1-2 weeks on clearblue. First pregnancy and first cycle TTC. To be honest in total shock it happened this quickly, and now just anxious hoping it sticks!

I don’t really ‘feel’ pregnant, other than being tired and having a few twinges and cramps every so often, and my boobs are a little sore although that seems to be subsiding.

It sounds silly but without symptoms I almost don’t believe it’s happening? Thinking of booking a private scan for reassurance, not sure whether to go for 9 or 10 weeks? 10 weeks would be right before Christmas.

Excited to see you all progress and jealous of all your symptoms! Haha x

@Lid88 we're literally a day or two apart. I'm going to try and get a scan done before Christmas too.

@Lid88 Congratulations! I'm exactly like you ie 4 weeks today. Not many symptoms either. A little tired, breasts a little sore... I had tiny bit of brown discharge yesterday and started to worry :( anyone else had this?
It's my second pregnancy, first sadly ended in MMC at 9 weeks. Hopefully it will be fine this time around!

@GingerRH amazing! I’m going to arrange mine for 8 weeks I think, but not sure if that is too early to see anything? The scan clinic says from 6 though..

@Izabelus so sorry to hear about your loss but fingers crossed we’ll all progress and have our mid July babies!

@Lid88 fingers crossed! I went at 7 weeks and could see the heartbeat! 8 weeks might be more certain though 🙂

I am 6 weeks and 4 days , Congratulations to you all! U had a scan a week ago at the EPU because I had some spotting which has now stopped they were able to see heartbeat on scan but said it was a bit slower than they would expect so I need to go back next week for another scan to make sure heartbeat has picked up , anybody else had similar issue and it worked out ? Worrying so much xx

I'm currently 6+2, also my first time.
My boobs hurt and I have intermittent cramping, the tiredness is unreal but I'm on cloud 9!!
I've not been able to read all of the comments but saw a few of you are going for early scans - I'd like to do this but not sure when's the best time to book?

I wanted to share with anyone struggling with nausea something that has helped me a lot these last few days.
Sugar free lemon sherbets! I've been sucking on one when I feel my worst and it's really helped. I picked some up in Aldi and they've been a godsend!

@FreshLinen I'm the same stage as you and the same symptoms! My sore boobs only just kicked in in the last couple of days, not living it! I have my early scan booked for 7+5

@pollysproggle i ll b buying those thanks! Ive been sucking on mints soo sick of them tho and i hate ginger😝think the trick for me is to eat often the longer i go between meals the less i want to eat still 3lbs down since i found out anyone else the same?

Hi everyone!! Im 5 weeks today! First baby after 12 cycles ttc. Actually went to doc and got referred for tests...mentioned having a weird 'period' and fact it was 4 days later proper starting and she said oh test tomorrow if nothing has happened...didnt think anything of it until the faint line appeared next day and the very clear 'pregnant' on the clear blue the following day. So here we are! 5 weeks pregnant. I am anxious the whole time, terrified of going for a wee and tired. Have had some brown discharge when wiping but doc didnt seem overly concerned...just to monitor. Have booking in appt on 21st Nov. Few mild cramps and twinges, sore boobs, backache and terrible wind .

@2fingers22018 don't worry too much about the weight loss in first trimester. I have lost 4kg since finding out I was pregnant (3 weeks ago) due to nausea and vomiting GP not too worried as long as drinking enough, not getting dehydrated and managing to eat a little bit. If your getting really worried you can buy ketones sticks on amazon that you check your urine for ketones (these are present when your body starts breaking down its fat stores) and are generally a sign you need to see a Dr. I've just started on my second antisickness medication as I'm off work due to severe sickness. 🤞🏼 so far so good, they seem to be doing the trick

@toomuchteaandcake ah yeah the sore boobs can do one, I’m having to wear a sports bra in the evenings and on weekends.
I see the midwife in about 4 weeks so may arrange it for sooner as I don’t fancy waiting that long.

@Cornishbumpkin thanks thats reassuring to know im feeling really flat with all these hormones dnt want to complain because we ve wanted this for for soo long and im soo grateful that im finally pregnant..but i have to admit i have no energy and dnt feel my usual self the past few days quite down really. I know it will prob pass tho

I saw this on a fb group and if I go by my ovulation date I'm 6+1 today so it's looking better for the early scan I have on Friday as I'm potentially a few days further on that I thought x
