Anyone else 39+ weeks? Baby watch thread?

39+1 with DC2 today and getting very restless! Partly because I have no idea what to expect with going into spontaneous labour (I was induced for reduced foetal movement with DC1, and ended up with an EMCS). Anyone fancy joining me in a baby watch thread?

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow with my first baby.

Ive not had a single sign yet, no braxton hicks and I'm sick of everyone asking me if there's any movement 🤣

My little boy is here! Arrived on the 30th August (39+6) after a trip to a&e and a speedy induction.
7lb 14 1/2oz of cuteness!

39+6 today and in all my pregnancies have never been so pregnant Sad

Just had a nose bleed. Hopefully that is a weird unheard of sign of labour ....

Hi all, can I join?! 39+6 today with my first.

Absolutely no signs of baby coming out, haven't had so much as a Braxton hicks!! I have my 40 wk midwife appointment this morning, wondering what happens next? Do we go back at 41 weeks if we haven't had the baby before then?

Congratulations to all those who already have their babies, so jealous!!

lioness we share a due date! I had my 40 week app on monday and it was just like previous ones. I asked for a sweep and was told no not til after 40. Ive now been booked for a growth scan tomorrow on due date so my current plan is to refuse to leave the hospital unless they give me a sweep.....but yes also have an appointment booked for 41 weeks

@IVEgottheDECAF Thank you 😊 I don’t want to get your hopes up but I did have a nosebleed literally a couple of days before everything kicked off although I did have to be induced due to suspected DVT/Pre eclampsia.

We have a baby here too. Baby girl born 31/8/19 weighing 8lb9 at 40+5

Very quick labour-complete opposite to 1st baby lol. Went from nothing to 4cm and regular contractions in less than2 hours.
