@PippaPug sorry, but you are legit a pro and that answer proves it! I'm based in a town but we do have a dog and go on woodland/beach walks pretty regularly, so ideally I'd look at something all terrain. Both of your options sounds really good, but perhaps more suited to urban living? I'm currently looking at the Out n About Nipper 360 - which I've noticed quite a few people seem to have around here. I guess it's just a case of testing them all out. Thanks for highlighting some of the other issues to look out for e.g. warranty, repairs etc. All things I hadn't even considered!
@MrsR16 you look incredible! Men really do just know the right things to say sometimes don't they. A nice quick "yeah, thanks for that" usually does the trick for me
(it is, after all, 50% their doing).
@stormtrooperjulian Wow 15 weeks!!!! That is so incredible. MIL just told me she had hers at 16 weeks, but a friend of mine didn't get them until 20 weeks when she was at the scan. I get a sort of stretching out, ever so slightly crampy feeling but no actually movement. 10/10 move keeping a pack of digestive biscuits on your bedside cabinet. Enjoy catching up on sleep and I hope you have a fab BBQ. Is the kitchen all completed now?
@MrsEG two dinners for two babies...seems legit! I woke up ravenous AGAIN last night. Think I need to adopt a two dinner strategy tbh.
@LokiCat I'm pretty laidback about getting appointments for health things, but I really don't mess about with eyes. Freaks me out! I'd make an appointment with your GP if I were you, they can access and refer you to the eye casualty (not as dramatic as it sounds). Enjoy the bank holiday weekend - it's supposed to be glorious. Your family dinner on Sunday sounds lovely. Oh gawwwwwd don't tell me about another sale...I have already spent way too much on maternity clothes haha!!
I do actually have a pair of ASOS maternity dungarees (I got 2nd hand from eBay) and they are FAB. Highly recommend as they are super adjustable - on the tightest setting they pretty much feel like regular dungarees and I wear them allllll the time.
@Bettythecat I can't believe she was dilated to 9cm! You're right you can't plan these things. Accepting that really messes with my inner control freak, but it's a good lesson to learn before the baby arrives haha. I like the idea of having birth 'preferences' rather than a plan. Funny about your fringe - I decided to cut my own hair the other night. No idea what possessed me. Luckily it turned out alright!
@thumper58 fab dress - you look great!
@BostonFern gorgeous bump!
Have a fab bank holiday everyone! I've got pregnancy yoga tonight, and then we're off on our hols. Speaking of which, I probably won't be around much next week as we're away.
