Ridiculous things that made you cry when pregnant?

Trying to be a bit more lighthearted about my hormonal mood swings (which seem worse at 16 weeks!)

So far I've cried at:

  • my friend saying my scan picture looked funny
  • someone looking at my stomach on the tube
  • my dp eating my packet of chipsticks
-remembering I couldn't eat a soft cheese my mil bought me -the fact I'm pregnant and always wanted to be pregnant but right now don't feel massively pregnant!

Hopefully not just me GrinBlush

I cried so much when I was pregnant was DD. I remember sobbing at the apprentice. I'm 14 weeks with DC2 now and I don't feel that emotional apart from when I think of DD not having us all to herself anymore.

I'm 16 weeks today and I have avoided crying much but keep tearing up all the time at work (I'm a TA), if a child is upset about something, if they get a good work stamp in their book, because they said I look nice today.

I did cry on Sunday when DH asked if I wanted to join him and DS at the park, I said no and then they went to the park without me......

Oh and if I really laugh (like proper happy uncontrollable laughter) I could easily burst into tears and be upset Hmm

Tesco didn't have a baguette.

I’m loving these . I cried at half 3 this morning when I woke up for a wee !
I realised someone had opened the new packet of toothbrushes and it really upset me because they didn’t throw the old one in the bin and I hadn’t wiped the sink over that day 😂 I cried in bed for about 20 minutes 😬

At two weeks overdue I came across a squirrel that had been run over, the chest beating and grief if inspired in me was nothing short of biblical Blush

I couldn't spell a really easy word like 'tree', no matter how many different ways I tried to write it. I'm an English teacher by the way.

Eggs, because they wouldn’t become chickens!

I cried today because the bus was late.

And because my DH jokingly called my orthopaedic pillow for tailbone pain a haemorrhoid cushion
