@AlexandraPark it’s hard to decide when to tell work but if you’re comfortable telling them Early might be worth it.

I’m going back to work from maternity in 2 weeks but won’t tell work until after 12 weeks just because of a history of loss

Yesterday was the worst!

Omg I've just had to like out of the car door in traffic!!
I haven't really suffered up till now (7+4) but on the way to pick up DsS's a massive waiver of nausea cane over me and I didn't even have time to pull over, just straight out of the door!! What a tramp!! 🤮

Puke!! Not 'like' outbid the car door!!

So true, it's lovely having us all here sharing our symptoms, tips and experience/ advice.
That's absolutely wonderful it worked for you and was what enabled you to stop smoking once and for all. Amazing you conceived shortly afterwards too.

YES! It does feel odd "hiding things" and you feel a little sense of guilt doing it too-like when you get a call from a parent and you've got this huge little secret!
I agree with the rest, please don't worry about taking your BBT and try to take each day as it comes.

I’ve just had some brown spotting when I went to the bathroom. Waiting for my GP to call back and feeling very anxious.

I had the early scan on Sunday and everything looked perfect. Baby was fine and heartbeat was strong. I’m 7+ 4 today and panicking a bit if I’m honest

@Lozzlepop welcome! I'm currently at the bloated farting gross feeling stage. The hair on my head isn't growing but everywhere else bloody is!!

@Yeoooooooo try not to worry ( I know it's hard!) brown can be common when things are settling in your uterus xx

@Littleseed the thought of doing anything for tea is making me gip, bht eating a tub of pringles in salt and vinegar is looking appealing

Where are the other teachers?

At the moment I'm a bit preoccupied with getting my class through their exams whilst feeling so lousy!

I'm also really worried about going back from ML and whether to go back FT or try for PT. I can't imagine full time class teaching plus small child. DP says I shouldn't be worrying about something so far off...

I think our bodies need the salt at the moment, that's for sure @thumper59. I had some oven chips which I airfryed and put a generous amount of salt on them!

Oh no @tigsyboo I have done that before, but we managed to stop in the nick of time! Amazing you didn't get any in the car! kudos to you!
