I meant 4th February! But yeh best way to be sure is the dating scan until then it’s just LMP

thumper59 · 18/03/2019 09:40

@PrayingandHoping oh yeah I was up 3 times in the night for a wee! I have a phobia of being sick, but because I've been feeling queasy so much I've been trying to tell myself not to panic about it and I'm not poorly, so it seems to be helping me? Weird. I think the vitamins are helping me have a bit of energy through the day too!

bumblingalonghappily · 18/03/2019 09:59

Anyone else feeling extremely anxious? I spent pretty much the whole weekend on google and am now posting here whilst sat at my desk at work!

My baby dropped slightly yesterday and then again more today... really really worried that progesterone is dropping 🙁🙁 Im poppy to the toilet what seems like once an hour to check my knickers!

@thumper59 ha ha Yh 3 times a night seems around my routine too lol

I know what u mean. Because I haven't actually been sick (🤞) it makes it easier to deal with?

bumblingalonghappily · 18/03/2019 10:07

And of course autocorrect changes bbt to baby!!

Nowthenforever2019 · 18/03/2019 10:08

I know it's almost impossible, but try really really hard to step away from google and fertility apps. It's not going to help at all. If it is going to be bad news, you are just going to be stressed about it in the run up and it's not going to mean the outcome is any different. If it is good news, you're going to be so anxious you won't enjoy it. Try to put it out your mind as best you can! I do know that's no easy task though x

Mintypea5 · 18/03/2019 10:19

@Nowthenforever2019 I agree! I know people look for reassurance using appas and POAS but of you've got your positive that’s great you are pregnant!! Google/ apps and tests will just make you anxious waiting to see for change. They’re designed to tell you you are pregnant not track the health of a pregancy.

I got a 3+ CD with my first pregnancy which was. A miscarriage at 11/12 weeks didn’t get past 2-3 with my last ... he’s a healthy almost 9 monther asleep on me now.

FirstTimeMama91 · 18/03/2019 10:32

Just discovered a new stretch mark on my boobs Grin this is the start of it lol! Don't even care, will be totally worth it 👶🏻Thanks

TheGruffalosLoveChild · 18/03/2019 10:44

Nowthenforever2019 - this may be baby brain, but some people on this thread are actually due at the end of October, so could be 3+ weeks ahead of you Smile.

aimingfor2019 · 18/03/2019 10:47

@bumblingalonghappily
Me!
I woke up this morning without sore boob, even if I poke them they don't hurt. Now I'm worried.

thumper59 · 18/03/2019 10:47

@PrayingandHoping it does, and I think because obviously when your poorly sick you feel absolute dog shit, but this is a bit more bareable? The last time I was sick was food poisoning so I'm comparing it to that and I'll take preggo nausea any day over that!

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:16

Aww @Mintypea5 it truly is special how you're thinking about your SIL.
Thanks for letting me know about pintrest! Grin I'll have a look and see what I can find. Wink

BananasAreTheSourceOfEvil · 18/03/2019 11:18

Anyone else having temperature fluctuations?

One minute Im boiling and want to sit outside in the wind and then Im freezing and cant get my dressing gown on over my clothes fast enough! Confused

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:19

Oh my God @FirstTimeMama91!!

I was sat there thinking of getting a card of some sort and to have a picture of BFP inside there too, LOL. I thought I must be the only person to be thinking that as most would have a scan pic!! Grin
Your idea is so cute and fantastic!! Have you got a link to the cards please? Flowers

FirstTimeMama91 · 18/03/2019 11:29

@Littleseed Awk I know I loved it and so did they Thanks I dunno how to get the link from eBay app but if you type in 'pregnancy announcement card for mum dad parents get promoted to grandparents' it should come up. It has a gold heart on the front to scratch Smile

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:33

A lovely morning to you @bumblingalonghappily. Smile
Thank you, we're definitely thrilled. Flowers It just seems so surreal though, doesn't it. I think maybe at the first scan things would seem more real.

Aww, I was thinking of a card too, and to give to my mum! I think your idea is a lovely one. Halo I think it's a good idea to have your two scans on those dates. There's nothing nicer than feeling reassured. It's great you'll be able to relax throughout the Easter holidays as well!
Smile

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:37

Aww I truly think that is such a beautiful and sweet idea @FirstTimeMama91. I'm totally in love with it. Halo
I'll have a look for the card, thank you. Flowers
How did you print your BFP pic? I was thinking just from the laptop onto normal A4? I don't have glossy photo paper at home.

FirstTimeMama91 · 18/03/2019 11:40

@Littleseed Awk I know it was brilliant. I just told them we'd got them an early birthday present lol they had no idea Thanks
I'm a teacher so I just emailed it to myself then printed it onto normal paper and glued it in and wrote a wee message on the inside 😁

I was so excited / nervous lol!!

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:43

That's good to hear @thumper59. Great the brown has stopped, as have the cramping. Smile

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:44

Oh Gosh, yeh @Feelingsolow12345- I know that feeling checking the HPT to make sure!

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:49

Aww @Hayley89 it's still good news, as you said and makes it that little more real and hopefully when you go back in 2 weeks time, you'll see/ hear more too. Flowers

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:50

Oh my God @TrashKitten10 you made me laugh when you said "snot , sneee, sob and sleep! " You poor thing. I hope you feel better soon. Ginger honey and lemon is a natural remedy that should have you feeling better soon. Flowers

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:52

That sounds so lovely @FirstTimeMama91! Grin I'm already feeling those emotions just at the thought of it lol!
Aww @bumblinghappilyalong is a teacher too. Smile That sounds like a good idea. Printing it off and gluing it in. I'll tell DH this idea. Grin

Littleseed · 18/03/2019 11:53

Oops, sorry. I meant @bumblingalonghappily*

thumper59 · 18/03/2019 12:01

@Littleseed Thankyou. I actually never had any cramping which I was glad for! Just that slight bit of brown that once but never anything else so I'm assuming it was just a little bit of old blood. At the midwife a week tomorrow for our first app too! Exciting times x
