@Hayley89 my food adversion started pretty quickly last time and I think they havevthis time again. Just thinking about chicken or eggs makes me want to puke.

All I want to eat is packet garlic mash, sausages and bread

PrayingandHoping · 15/03/2019 08:16

My food aversion is to sweet food 😱 can't even put sugar on wheetabix lol! My friends are finding this hilarious (I am known for my sweet tooth)

Food also can only be strong tasting. Can't stick anything bland. Loving vinegar which I can usually give or take

TrashKitten10 · 15/03/2019 08:31

I've got vegetable bake for my lunch which is ordinarily one of my favourites but it just looks foul. Hopefully I'll be able to stomach it. Had a takeaway pizza for lunch and breakfast so need some health

Mintypea5 · 15/03/2019 08:35

I went of cauliflower last time. It’s usually my all time favourite veg and just the smell 🤢

Hayley89 · 15/03/2019 08:42

Oh wow! I thought it was just too early and I was being a bit fussy! I'm glad that's not the case, means things are still progressing (yay!). We've got spaghetti for dinner tonight but I've got a feeling that will be a struggle as well. A bowl of broccoli weirdly sounds good right now thoughHmm

Pamplem00se · 15/03/2019 08:51

I clearly spoke too soon.... now have a very small amount of brown blood. :(
My 3 successful pregnancies all had this, but so did the MC.... plus can't even do a scan for another ten days. It's going to be a long couple of weeks!

xx

Ruthsoph · 15/03/2019 08:54

I have woken today with what feels like period tummy, you know the feeling you just just before your period - I am 6+3 - has anyone else had/having this- think I might buy a pregnancy test later x

Mintypea5 · 15/03/2019 08:56

@Pamplem00se I had some small amounts of brown blood spotting last week too. It happened the day I found out with a faint positive so I waited a week to re test to make sure and get a string positive. I was 4 weeks so knew I was too early for any kind of scan. Fingers crossed for you it’s harmless and your scan in 10 days will show a beautiful heartbeat.

I know it’s hard not to be anxious or scared. I pretty much have a heart attack every loo trip now.

ellxx · 15/03/2019 09:10

Hi ladies, would love to join!! Just found out this morning that I'm pregnant, very early still AF was meant to be due Sunday! According to my app I'm due 24th November 💖💖

Hey can you add me?

aimingfor2019 · 15/03/2019 10:40

Feeling anxious this morning, the bad nights sleep probably didn't help. I woke up at 2am feeling pressure in my lower abdomen like I needed to go to the loo but couldn't go.

Boobs are a lot less achy and have not got any other symptoms at the moment. Sounds ridiculous but wish I had some more symptoms just so I felt like things were progressing.

Booked an early scan for the 6th April, by which time will be between 7+2 and 8+2. Seems like a lifetime away!

tigsyboo · 15/03/2019 10:42

Had the scan!
Little heartbeat and baby measuring 7 weeks , 9.7mm seen through abdominal scan! 💕

aimingfor2019 · 15/03/2019 10:46

@tigsyboo exciting stuff!
Congratulations!

Mintypea5 · 15/03/2019 11:06

@aimingfor2019 I barely get any symptoms so understand how frustrating it is. If I didn’t know I was pregnant I wouldn’t guess. Hopefully time will fly and you’ll have a lovely scan

@tigsyboo amazing! Flowers

FirstTimeMama91 · 15/03/2019 11:17

@shadow7uk we have the same due date! SmileThanks

FirstTimeMama91 · 15/03/2019 11:21

What's everyone think of the early babybond scans? Can be done from 6 weeks. I'm currently 4+1 1st child pregnant in 1st cycle. Feeling sooo bloated! Living in leggings lol Star

QforCucumber · 15/03/2019 11:33

@aimingfor2019 feeling the same at the moment, symptoms seems to be fluctuating and though a test I took today was positive it seems fainter than the one I did last week.

Argh I hate this part, actually wish I didn't know!

aimingfor2019 · 15/03/2019 11:37

@FirstTimeMama91
I've booked one in it was £90 which I thought was steep!

The one local to us doesn't do then until 7 weeks. I think it's cos your slightly more likely to get a heartbeat at 7 weeks.

Cos I don't know when I'll be 7 weeks I've booked it as 'worst case scenario' and have to wait until the 5th April. These 3 weeks are going to be hell!

aimingfor2019 · 15/03/2019 11:42

@Mintypea5 & @QforCucumber
Glad to know it's not just me feeling like this.

Same kinda wish I didn't know at the moment. Annoyingly I wasn't going to take a test this week. But my husband said I should cos he thought I might be pregnant because of how emotional I'd been for the week 😂

QforCucumber · 15/03/2019 11:44

haha how lovely of him!

I had a mmc at 8 weeks about 5 years ago so that doesn't help my head, but I also know i'm only 6 weeks now so even If I paid for a scan it wouldn't stop my worries.

With DS we paid for a private scan at 9 weeks, which was reassuring, but then as soon as we left the room both started to worry again - it's a never ending worry.

FirstTimeMama91 · 15/03/2019 11:46

@aimingfor2019 Awk good luck to you and bump Thanks I might book it for when I'm 7 weeks. I've no patience I can't wait lol

aimingfor2019 · 15/03/2019 11:48

@QforCucumber
I'm sorry to hear that.

I've been googling (dangerous I know), and read that after you'd heard a heartbeat at 8weeks the risk drops dramatically. So I'm trying to hold out and have my early scan as near to then as possible. Otherwise I know I'll just want another early scan every week until then.

Pamplem00se · 15/03/2019 11:51

I had a heartbeat at 8 weeks 4 days at a scan last year. Still miscarried :( I actually find scans feed my anxiety anyway as as soon as I've left the room I'm very aware of the lack of guarantees. Oh well.
