Hi I'm 36w1 been out or hospital since Sunday after having sepsis! Reduced movements started on Tuesday but been in for monitoring and heart rate etc fine. Been for scan again could see heart beating but no movement seen or felt by sonographer. Babies heart beat keeps spiking and midwife saying that's her moving but I'm not feeling the movements. I feel like they are just fobbing me off. I feel like there is something wrong and no one is listening to me

Advice would be great please 😌

So so glad she's here safe. A lot of what you went through sounded similar to what I had when I had my son, although I have to admit I was listened to a lot more than you were.

She's gorgeous and do definitely seek further advice about your treatment so far. You've done amazingly and you'll smash this Thanks

She's so lovely - congratulations! And I hope you get really good support to help you process the trauma you've experienced - it must have been awful.
Enjoy your beautiful girl!

thank you all so much! Im absoloutely loving being a mummy! I can't stop staring at her 😍. I'm being weekly assessed on my moods due to my risk of pnd due to the PTSD but right now I'm honestly on the biggest high ❤ I had a bit of a wobble the first night home when I realised I couldn't get up fast enough when she cried because I was in so much pain with my wound I spent half the night crying feeling a bit of a failure. I'm hoping and can't wait to feel normal! Anyway I'd 0330 and she has been widebl awake since midnight 🙈🙈

😍😍😍 she's so cute!
Be gentle with yourself. It may take you a bit longer but it doesn't make you a failure. The fact that you care so much proves that you're a great mum. Xx

Thank you very much ❤ the support from this thread has been amazing and if it weren't from some of the encouragement I had been given to keep going back to the hospital who knows what might have happened to my princess 😔 she's just amazingly perfect! 2 hours in theatre and and awful pregnancy was worth every it for the amazing end result...but nope won't do it again 😂❤
