Hi I'm 36w1 been out or hospital since Sunday after having sepsis! Reduced movements started on Tuesday but been in for monitoring and heart rate etc fine. Been for scan again could see heart beating but no movement seen or felt by sonographer. Babies heart beat keeps spiking and midwife saying that's her moving but I'm not feeling the movements. I feel like they are just fobbing me off. I feel like there is something wrong and no one is listening to me

Advice would be great please 😌

I had reduced Fetal movements and was induced at 37+4 I think it was. Don't give up and keep going back if in doubt!

@missmoodmoo, nothing to add but I hope bubs has arrived safe and well (although I am not sure if we are a day ahead in Aus?). All the best.

MissMoodyMoo · 28/02/2019 06:24

My very healthy 8lb 7 baby has arrived (midwives aren't convinced she is only an 38 weeker! More like a big gorgeous 42 weeker in all aspects apparently)❤ after hours in theatre after a big bleed I'm finally starting to feel like a mammy! I'm so in love with her I can't stop crying! She's just so perfect in every single way! She is a wee night owl so has been up since 2am eyes wide open lol! Life can't get much better than this ❤❤ i had opted for the 10 year coil during my c section but due to the blood loss and trauma to the uterous I wasn't allowed 😭 as much as I love my little angel I reckon she will be my last. I'm under the psychiatric consultant due to pregnancy PTSD and have being having panic attacks which I can only liken to what probably feels like a heart attack! I've never had anxiety or any mental health issues before pregnancy so I'm feeling a bit defeated on that aspect. I just want to say a massive thank you to all posters on this thread whom gave me Advice in one of the scariest moments of my life ❤

Congratulations!!!

I'm sorry about all the trauma you have gone through.
I have found the Birth Trauma Association private Facebook page so helpful when as I have come through my PTSD and out the other side after a traumatic birth. There are lots of people on there who have had traumatic pregnancies and suffered trauma after the birth too.

Wishing you all the best for your recovery. She is adorable!!! Xxxx
