Due in March and so bored.

I’m sure there’s loads of threads like this!
I’m due March 12th with my first - a little girl.
I have 10+2 days left and I am beyond bored! I have gone through clothes so many times and arranged them, I have washed all the pushchair and Moses basket and cot stuff. I have the majority of stuff we need only need a few minor bits (bathing stuff, extra bedding etc) but waiting on money for that!
I have had the easiest pregnancy only really suffering with back ache and hip pain every so often (touch wood it doesn’t change) and it still doesn’t feel real that I am having a baby but I’m impatient and bored now!
Anyone else feeling the same?!

@HidCat I’m only 35 weeks! Maternity leave doesn’t start until I’m 38 weeks though. Well done you! That’s amazing that you worked that far along! Xx

@Beherenow32 What about thinks like Shepard’s pie?! I was thinking of slow cooking a lot aswell!
Back up the hospital again - had no movement since 1am. Had an icepoll at 10:30 got a few kicks off her but nothing again. Feeling rather sick. Midwife said she’s 2/5 engaged on Friday so hoping she might come just after 37 weeks! I just want to hold her😍😂
But this no movement made me panic as she’s never not moved for so long so I’m up hospital while partner gets the last few bits we need just in case anything happens

@Firsttimetobe2019 slow cooker is a great idea.
How are you feeling now? 37 weeks is so close! I can’t believe it! I just know that my baby’s head is low down. But I would like her to get a bit bigger before arriving 😊 my bump has slowed down with growing.
Are you all ready for baby coming then? X

@Beherenow32 I'm 35+2 now as well. Had a very uncomfortable day today, hopefully this eases or I'll be begging my midwife for an induction 🙈.

@Mumstheword1987 how are you feeling? I’m starting to get lots of aches and pains and wondering if things will be happening soon! 🙈 I know it can go on for weeks though!

Beherenow32 feeling super sorry for myself today in agony from hip pain and not sleeping exhausted I've got consultant today to discuss a plan and hopefully a induction date

I'm being admitted to hospital on Monday as baby has no fluid, they are wanting to do a section the following week at 34 weeks 😞

Hello! Sorry ladies! Getting completely lost in the world at the minute😂
I hope everyone’s doing well! I’ve been doing ok so far had a few rounds of Braxton Hicks! They were by far the worst last night, I struggled to get to sleep and this morning i’ve woken up with burning under my right rib🙄 i’m debating whether I should contact midwife or just see if it goes! 37+4 and so ready to go!

Has anyone’s babies made an appearance yet!!?

@Firsttimetobe2019 sounds frustrating! Not sure if I would contact midwife, maybe see how it goes. Might have a little foot or something stuck under a rib, my boy does that and it is painful! No baby for me yet, only 36+3 but super frustrated. Feel like it's never going to happen!!

@CaseofEllen - god damn it’s uncomfortable! After a night of god awful like period pains, this is just as bad comfort wise to the point where I think labour is deffinatley going to make me die😂
I’m 37+4 and it’s like yay just over 2 weeks and then someone goes “but you could go upto 2 weeks over due” erm thanks for ruining it🙄😂

@Firsttimetobe2019 I know what you mean, been having those period pains on and off for about a week but no progress! I can think of it as 3 weeks to go but if someone says 'could be 5' I can't help that my face says it all for me 😂😂

@CaseofEllen it’s getting to the point where If I could I’d reach up inside and pull her out😂 She is making these last few weeks hell with pain, reduced movements, just want them to get her out already! 😂

@Firsttimetobe2019 the combination of BH and normal pregnancy pains definitely sucks. 37+2 here and everyone thinks I'm going to go early so I've resigned myself that I'm going to be late 🤦🏼‍♀️. If anyone asks when I'm due I always just say sometime in the next 5weeks lol.

Hi ladies, im due march 12th, SPD is awful and feeling like you all are aching and tired, hoping baby makes an appearance early so fed up. got midwife appointment tues am x anyone had their babied in last few days that ive missed?

@HidCat it most deffinatley sucks in theory I have 15 days left but really it could be another month😫 it’s depressing as I am so ready to pop her out!

I’m still pregnant too 👋 lol. 37+2 But not ready yet for baby to come. Maybe another couple of weeks... getting pains and Braxton Hicks and am now super nervous for labour! How is everyone else feeling about it? Have you made plans or tried hypnobirthing? X

@BeHereNowx32 I am more than ready now😂 everything’s in place! I’m planning to go on the MLU (with hopes everything goes ok that is) and i’m set to see it this Wednesday! From what i’ve heard it’s gorgeous and way more relaxed! So hopefully if they have space I can go in there!
Other than period pains after sex there’s nothing else happening🙄 i’m Now 38 weeks exactly, it’s annoying to think there could be another 2 weeks or another 4!!

Yeah the BH are driving me crazy. I'm ready for baby to arrive but think it's just from having had painful tightenings for nearly 2 months so had to brace myself for early intervention. Everything seems fairly normal now though so she'll probably be late!

Hey everyone I'm 37+5 now and soooo ready for lo to come out!! But hardly any signs that shes on her way which is soooo frustrating!! Sometimes I think I'm having some tightening but it might just be her trying to have a streach, had period pain type backache all of twice, and I've become paranoid about checked for a show every time I go to the loo!!!
