how long after sex will a test show to say your pregnantas had light line

had sex on the early hours of thursday,took morning after pill on friday at 3.00 took a pregnanty test today and its come up a dark line then a light line in the result window i dont understand??my periods are all over the place but my last one was the 12 of may.....any idears or exprinces

i think you need to query those levels.such high levels can indicate a molar pregnancy.the fact that there was no embryo visible is also a bit worrying.

i hope thinks work out for you but i do think you need to check this out a bit more as this doesn't sound quite right imo.

10 days what? also no its all fine as the epau said the reason nothing showed up because its way to early as it was only 2 wks after sexual intercourse.im not worried as they never told me to be just said its all normal.

I'm a little confused. Why did you have a scan the day after you found out you were pregnant? May have missed something here btw?...

molar pregnancy is when there is a placenta which develops very quickly and abnormaly but no embryo.it can cause very high hormone levels.yours have gone from 82 to 277 in two days you say you have another scan on monday? the hospital must be concerned about something to be scanning you so often.what exactly have they said?

because the day after i fount out i was pregnant i went to the dos for a termaction
coz me and my hubby have had so issuses. . ...well anyway the doc said she cant refure me to the clinic coz i took the morning after pill there is a hight risk that its ectopic thats why all the scans and the blood tests,the hospital said the hormone levels are fine and have no worrys she wants me to have another scan just for the reason it was to early when she scaned me bofore so i know when i can go and have a termaction

for your informaction taylorsmummy,i just called the hospital and was told that if it was a molour pregnancy then my hormone levels would be in its thosands and that 82 then in two days 277 just show its a normal pregnancy.

vvv I've read some of your threads and I was, like I would for anyone, going to offer advice or at least a chat when you've asked but to be honest I find you rather insulting to other posters who are only trying to help you and advise you.

I can understand how hormones can make you a little edgy and it's evident you have some issues (that you made known to MN) and quite a lot to be worried about so some of your aggression can, to a degree, be excused but your threads are very strange and contradictory and volatile for no reason. I'll leave off here but you might try being a little nicer, really - you're rude.

lol im not rude it a computure im talking too...i only ask for help but everone seems to be rude and think im making it up half the time witch upsets me because thats not the case i have no idear what i have done to all the people on here

When you come here looking for advice and contradict yourself over and over it's difficult for any to advise you as requested and when they ask for clearer information TO HELP YOU you lash out and speak to them in a horrible way. Just look back over your own threads - it seems to me you are an attention seeker. I won't apologise again for doubting you. No-one here can tell you!

a scan, blood test or HPT can tell you

and if you have been told by the hospital you are pregnant..what is the problem??

and the thread you started recently about having sex with someone else shortly after your wedding, where you were extremely rude to a lot of posters, might be another reason people are suspicious.

if the hospital have confirmed things...what is the issue?

You have posted many times surronding conception adn pregnancy and your posts have often been contradictory to eachother and also dont always ring true. There are lots of women who are desperate to have a baby and are ttc or have lost babies etc. The fact is that you come accross as not very genuine at all and your attitude is offensive.

Your arent typing into a computer is is a community. If you cant be a part of the community and treat others with respect and courtesy then you are going to piss people off

on one thread you thought you were pg 6 weeks ago, on another you slept with a Mate about 4 weeks ago and now you are 2 weeks pg this makes no sense did you have a period in the middle somewhere I am confused!!!

Well at least I'm not the only one. I felt quite bad for remarking but it was really getting to me. I don't like to be horrible to anyone but suppose we all have limit. Now I know I'm justified.

this poster clearly has issues.you are an attention seeker.i have read over all your past threads and they are all very strange and you become aggressive on most of them when you don't get the answer you want.

you have been ttc and now you are saying you are having a termination.your dates contradicte each other.the whole thing is just odd imo.

agree 100%. having had an ep, several mc's and been ttc for a long time i find your attitude odd and a little offensive to say the least. you have contradicted yourself several times and refuse to listen to any genuine advice/comments. may i back up lulu's suggestion and ask you to see a doctor in future.
