Just got Very first BFP!! Due May 2019 anyone else??

What do I do now?
When do I phone the Drs?

@Floofsquidge the appointment went really well they do blood pressure & urine check and mine listened in to the babys heartbeat which was just magical and that was it really they double check when your 20week scan is and any other appointments you may have (consultant) and that you have had flu jab hope it goes well for you xx

Hi ladies, sorry rejoining a bit late. Had my 16 week appt last week and hearing the heartbeat was amazing! I haven't had the flu jab yet - has everyone else?

Also suffering majorly at the moment with super sore boobs and nips! Anyone else? Just bought a nursing bra and even though I've gone up a cup size it still feels too tight!

Glad to hear 16 week scans are going well. I can’t wait for mine but it’s not until next week. I can definitely feel baby moving. Just lying on sofa, and when I’m really still and concentrating I can feel flutters

I have my 16 weeks appointment next week too. So looking forward to hearing the heartbeat! Xx

So exciting to hear about hearing heartbeats at 16 week appointments. I've got mine tomorrow, I'm really hoping now I'll get to hear the hearbeat.
@Twinklebear - My boobs aren't sore anymore but nipples are agony! I just got my flu jab this morning, was meant to get it last week but couldn't as was on antibiotics.

Had our gender scan today at 16+2 and we are team girl !! So excited about it all also got told I have an anterior placenta x

@rivermeadow I already have a girl 3 and boy 6 so now the girls will out number the boys !! , Both children are really excited about it, girl because she wants a little sister and to share her room and boy because he didn't want to share 😂

Is anyone else already counting down till their maternity leave. I am hoping to work up to 38 weeks, I have no real commute to work and office based. So I've got 21 weeks left to go haha!

@gingerraspberrypie how many weeks are you?I’m 17+4 and I can definitely feel flutters. But I have to be lying still and concentrate x x

@Countrygirl94 And yes, I’m on countdown! I’m a teacher so I’m looking ahead to how many weeks are in each half term and how far along I’ll be!

@Mummytoboyxx So gentle now right? Baby is not strong enough to kick hard I guess.

My bump is not so visible yet but I feel this tiny movements and it's something wow.☺️❤️

@gingerraspberrypie It’s so reassuring too when you feel something. Give it a few weeks and you’ll be getting kicked all over. I remember when DS1 rolled over in my tummy for the first time...such a weird but wonderful sensation!

Yes I can also feel it! I didn't feel anything til about 20 weeks with my first but I could feel this one from about 15 x

I've felt a few flutters, but as I'm only 16 weeks tomorrow, I'm still not sure whether it may have been just wind.

Saying this, I wasn't feeling particularly gassy at the time, so who knows. I guess I'll find out over the next few weeks.

I'm definitely starting to get a bump, my trousers are feeling super snug. Currently resorting to the hair-tie trick to be able to wear them for longer.

Have midwife appt tomorrow so hoping I’ll get to hear the heartbeat.

@Mikewazowskismrs I didn't feel a thing until 20 weeks with my first so try not to worry. I got to hear heartbeat last week, it takes the MW a little while to find so don't panic x

@RiverMeadow thanks I’m just at a stage where I have no symptoms at all and feel normal so would love to feel something !

@Mikewazowskismrs I haven't felt any movements either - first baby too. Can't wait to start feeling something. Though now when I bend my tummy feels hard, like you get stuck almost haha.
Hope you got to hear the heartbeat - I didn't at my midwife appointment.
